It was a nice place to relax. The lot we were on (61) and many others did look grown in and could use the cedars to be trimmed and cut back to make more room for slide outs and awnings. Friendly staff

Providing full access wi fi is a must in todays society. Even when on vacation or just camping we need to be connected. The one hour a day is very inconvenient.

We were 5 families stayed at Owen sound KOA. We had no issues before at this location but with the change of ownership seems like everything changed. Their staff were keep watching us from behind the trees in the night to make sure we aren't making any noise. Of course we weren't. Lots of arguments on small things. We aren't going back to this KOA. And I wish KOA take some actions.

We are sorry for your experiences,however we have tons of complaints about noise from other guest.We stopped by and asked you to keep quiet as it was 12:00am already, our quiet time is 11:00pm and most of the guest were enjoy the quiet of our campground. We aim to provide a quiet and peaceful time.

Overall clean facility, No privacy between cabins & RV's , No dish washing station , missing accessible rest rooms (Violation of Construction code ) , missing family restrooms. No Baby change tables , no practical option to give bath or to change to infents. restrooms are outdated & water pressure /temprature fluctuating in mens restroom.

Thank you for your comments. As a KOA we are so proud of our A Frame building, however it is a historical building,so it was not build with 2013 Ontario's build code. When it was build,accessible restroom was not one of the requirement. However we will consider to add it to our park in the fut

We always had been to this KOA but with the change in management we were perturbed by the way they treated customers … We booked out cabin well in advance for our group we were not given cabins the staff was rude and took more than 1hr to register us and they charged us extra for painting for the desk which was unpainted …

We are sorry for your experiences, however the cabin you requested was reserved by another guest. We try so hard to move the reservation so that you can have the cabin you want for a night. You can use "KOA select my site " to pick the site you like next time to prevent this problem.

Didn't find the experience the same as other KOA locations. Activities, bulk deals in wood, ice, etc just weren't there.

Everything was great, the only thing that I might say is about the non functioning outlet in our cabin. It was ON but then turned OFF by itself.

Don’t like the up front site fee! Stay was good, we usually do day trips so our full hook up site is mostly for sleeping. Grounds well kept, no garbage pick up anymore, comfort stations clean and well maintained. Pool well maintained but no chairs around like in the past. Just subtle but noticeable changes since new ownership took over. We will return again and hope things are just as good.

The ground here are well maintained. Bathrooms and pool always very clean. Centrally located to many hotspots. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

Our 3rd visit to this campground….very well kept and clean….staff go out of their way to manage and keep rules enforced…always quiet at night and pleasant throughout the day…washrooms and showers are clean and well kept...we highly recommend this KOA and fully expect to return again

Staff were extremely helpful in fitting our oversized trailer on a site with easy access. Washrooms we’re well-maintained. We enjoyed the new flower planters!

Quiet and green. Tommy and the staff are so nice and helpful. Owen Sound and Meaford are close by for anything we need or to do some site seeing.

The management has changed, they were very friendly. Wood was way too expensive. The men's main washroom was not cleaned very well. Ladies was good.

My only problem with our stay was we have friends who are seasonal so asked, back in May when I booked, if we could be close as possible to them. We ended up almost as far away as possible from them when there was spots available right across from them. But it all was good, very friendly staff. And park was very clean. A+

It’s a barebones basic park, some spots are extremely close to your neighbours. Visitor policy and store prices are a total rip-off for campers, garbage handling is totally out of contol

Not worth the koa price for what you get, but it is a nice camp ground. The workers were confused about what was going on in their own camp ground.

This is a great KOA …great staff from the moment we walk in the door to check in good size campground morning walk around all sections was nice some camps have lots of sites but this one had lots of green space and trees as well, every time staff drove around always a wave Hi ..site good size, utilities in good spots easy to get to first time here but not our last worth the stop at Owen sound KO

This was our first time staying at this KOA and it was great! We would definitely stay here again and have shared our experience with friends. The staff were friendly, helpful and available. They work hard to keep the campsite clean and organized. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one.

Got in late but were fortunate that a staff member was available for sale of firewood! Nice big site, lots of room, very few bugs in the cedar grove.

Overall very good. The first night the campers beside me were very loud until 12:30, swearing and just being noisy with no regard for anyone else.

The washrooms were clean. The trails off the park were interesting. The salt water pool was clean and very handy to my site. The cedar hedges between sites was a nice touch. The staff was courteous and helpful.

They don’t have air conditioning or a fridge in the cabins like Barrie KOA does. Their office and pool hours are strange. They overcharged for one small damage done that was an accident on our part.

Unfortunately, door was found seriously damaged instead of slightly. The structure of the door was affected by the damage. It was costly and time-consuming for the repair to ensure the cabin is safe and secure for the next guest. The cabin couldnt be sold for the night due to the damage.

It was OK. The "pad" was not flat or even. It sloped downhill. I was able to compensate but it made for a tall last step from the RV. The grass area had rather large craters. It needed work. Staff were nice. Pool was nice too. The pad next to us, next to the pool was too close so I had to park a little off sight. Generally a good stay. We will visit again but pick a different site.

My family and I have booked KOA trips for multiple years now and love this location. We recently had booking problems and Tommy helped us reserve a cabin after hours and was overall very helpful

Very specious for a KOA. Very welcoming and accommodating. The sites are spotless: no sign of thrash (the classic in the fire ring). Very quiet at night. Felt very safe.

We frequent KOA locations across North America. This is our first time here. We found it to be beautiful, very clean, and the attendants were very pleasant and welcoming. We did a lot of hiking through the national parks within this area so this KOA was in a perfect location to set as a base camp.
