Campground Specific Cancellation Policy

CAMPGROUND SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOLIDAY LONG WEEKEND

NO REFUND will be given on Father's Day Weekend, Holiday Long Weekends: Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday , Labour Day.

The special policy applies to all reservations that cover any day of the Father's Day Weekend and the Holiday Long Weekends.

For Father's Day Weekend

Minimum Stay is 2 nights. Prepayment for the first 2 nights of the reservations is required as a deposit.

For other Holiday Long Weekends

Minimum Stay is 3 nights. Deposit for the first 3 nights of the reservation is required.

For the Weekend after Canada Day (Jul 3, Jul 4

Minimum Stay is 2 nights. Payment for the first two nights of the reservations is required as a deposit.

For KOA Rewards Appreciation Weekend (If the deal applies)

No refund will be given. No reschedule allowed. 

TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION

During Our Camping Season: you may call us at +1 (226) 887-2888 between 10 am - 6 pm. Or email the cancellation request with your name & reservation # to [email protected]

During Off-Season: Please email the cancellation request with your name & reservation # to [email protected] 

Cancellation requests are processed within 1 business day normally. If you don't receive any cancellation email within a day, your cancellation request may not have been completed - you may still be charged. Please contact us if you don't receive a cancellation email.

KOA Rewards Appreciation Weekend (If the deal applies)

No refund will be given. No reschedule allowed. 

National Cancellation Guideline

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

  • RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  • Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.

For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:

  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  • Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
  • No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  • The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  • Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.
