My spot 63 was miserable. It is a dust bowel there and very noisy next to the play ground. I probably won’t be back.

I stay at this KOA 45 times a year and always love it. It’s my favorite one across the western US. The only downfall is poor Wi-Fi.

Everything was clean, the trash pickup service in the mornings was a nice touch. The kids loved the playground, and the activities (Tye-dye, bracelet making, bike parade, etc) for kids kept them entertained and wanting more. Best experience of our summer.

Out of the dozens of different KOAs we have stayed at this is at the top of the list. Great shop, great sites, great staff. Beautiful scenery. Lots of activities put on by the staff.

We enjoyed it. We were initially concerned about being so close to the employee shed for repairing the carts but it turned out to be a nice trip. No complaints. Particular shoutout to the staff at check-in, at the store and running the children's events, they were above and beyond.

My wife and I have been staying at the Ouray KOA for several years now, each time we make our summer trip to Ouray. As always, we had another great time and really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We’ll be back! Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay at this KOA! Started out with 1 night at an RV site with our tent and ended up extending our stay an additional night at a cabin. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking and the campground itself is also very cute with a small creek running through it. Very clean amenities! Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly! The on site restaurant has great food!

We have been coming there for years. I love going there, but the prices are pretty high. Plus we wanted to hold a spot. We were charged $75.00 to do so. I miss understood what the lady said and asked her to hold it for us. ( my fault). I would not have ok'd it if I understood correctly. We are probably going to be looking else where for a place or just not come down so often.

One of several stops on a two week vacation. Well kept property, nice restaurant, shower house and laundry facilities. Friendly staff. Kids would have liked a pool but we did the hot springs the day before we left. A great time was had by all!

Ouray KOA is a beautiful setting, with many trees, rock cliffs and a sweet little stream. Everything is clean and well maintained. The numerous staff are very friendly and helpful. We have already recommended it to friends and family. We would love to return.

Our stay was wonderful! Frank and his wife were fabulous and so helpful. We actually extended our stay by a day. Can’t wait to go back next year.

This was our second stay at Ouray koa Holiday and LOVED it. Everyone working were very nice and always quick to say hi. Such a great place to stay and see the area from. There are some very tight spots, however like most RV Parks there are also some very nice spots. Can’t wait for our next stay.

We love spending time at KOA Ouray!! We go there a few times a year to enjoy the trail running with our 2 Jack Russells. The staff are very friendly, the campground is always clean and well maintained. Thank you to all for their efforts!!

We enjoyed our stay! There was plenty to do in Ouray, Ridgeway and the surrounding area. Both towns are quaint and full of activity. We took a hike as well. Plenty of shade, a creek runs through it, staff was friendly and helpful. Lovely spot!

Overall the stay was great. High marks for a very nice restaurant/café. This campground is very quiet. The staff was good at best. We had no issues with the staff. They just were not as friendly as staff that we’ve encountered in other KOAs. The campground is spread out, although some of the sites are very close to each other. With all of this being said we recommend to friends and family.

Great park, friendly and helpful staff! Just try avoid the Tent/Camper spot #9 or you'll be up all night with the lights from the bathroom and walkway area by the restaurant, along with hearing all noises from surrounding campers making their way to the bathroom and lodge. It would be great if you could reserve specific spots straight from the reservation website vs waiting until you check-in.

Beautiful campground with streams passing through it. Great facility. Lots of great activities for kids. The site we were originally slated to be in was a bit short for our rig and the campground was very accommodating in placing us in an equivalent site. We offered to pay a higher rate if that applied and they declined taking any payment.

We got there 2 hours early and was towing a car we were not able to check in until 2:00 and had no place to go we had to go park on the side of the road the man was very rude also other than that the place was really nice except the bathroom was dirty

Very impressed with the improvements made under the new ownership. We enjoyed the music trivia night and the kids painting activity.

There is a ton of staff, all very nice. But the store closes at 5 every day and the restaurant was not open the entire Sun-Thu of our stay. If you are out during the day exploring it’s impossible to get firewood, or food past 5pm. With all those yellow shirt people it would be nice if someone stayed later. Another minor complaint is the use of 1” river rock vs class 5. Very hard to walk on.

Jeff and the staff were amazing and helpful. Jeff provided great information on area activities, dirt bike trails and other interesting sites to see. The camp was clean to include good clean bathrooms. One down side was there was not enough staff for the coffee bar and breakfast, so plan accordingly. A great location to see some beautiful views! We would stay there again.

Perfect location for those who want proximity to Ouray while staying in a peaceful area out of town. The KOA personnel are very friendly and helpful about local hiking and dining options. The scenery is beautiful and a neighboring landowner welcomes guests to enjoy a hike on their property.

We loved our site (59). However, it needs more gravel badly as do all the sites in that area. Mud was a problem. Some staff were unfriendly, actually disrespectful. Restrooms not well done. Outside lights at restrooms burned out. When taking people to their site, the host pointed at it and drove away. Didn't impact us but some others were left confused I could tell. Good location.

Aside from the arrival issues discussed with Jeff, the on-site general manager (which were explained and resolved promptly), it was a great stay and will return for our next vacation to Ouray.

We loved the views and our campsite - the bathrooms were not as clean as we would have liked. The shower curtains need to be changed out as they have pink mold and dirt on them -

Power issues at this campground prevented my van from staying powered up. Voltage was only at 111v and kept tripping my surge protector offline. Also, for some reason they have the porch lights on the cabins come on automatically and stay on. I was parked right next to one so I had to leave my shades down to keep the obnoxious lights out. Overall not impressed with this KOA.

Small showers, not kept clean. Worst was they close the doors at 5 pm rain or shine. When campers come back from a long day no place to purchase items, food, etc.. worst koa I’ve ever stayed at. Corporate KOA should be ashamed to claim this as theirs!!

This was our first KOA experience (we are almost exclusively off grid) and it was fantastic! The bathrooms were clean & so nice to have on site, the campground was clean, and the staff were helpful & kind. Very crowded, but again, we don't do this often so it was an unknown for us.

We had a delux cabin since we were staying a whole week and I have zero complaints. The Cabin was perfect for my wife and I. The price was much cheaper than hotels in town and I would take my own cabin over that any ways.

Our RV club spent 5 days at the Ouray KOA amid the most splendid scenery imaginable. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs and the rest room facilities were spotless. I believe the management has changed recently because everyone in our group oof 30 trailers was very pleased with their experience at Ouray. The sites were spacious and shaded. We have booked again for next..
