The Ouray KOA was extremely clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and personable. Kay, the restaurant manager was extremely helpful and enjoyed meeting her. The manager has done a very good job. Our stay was perfect! Thank you to the Ouray KOA team! We are already planning to stay again next year!!

Well maintained and large KOA! They have added a playground & dog park, & periodically offer group activities for the children. They also have horseback riding available. They have a nice restaurant and offer live music on weekends during summer. They even offer Jeep rentals. All the staff are very helpful. Highly recommend!

It was a beautiful campground and I loved getting text messages to stay in the loop. The manager was awesome as well as all the staff. Would stay there again:)

This has to be the best KOA we’ve stayed in. Lots of things for kids to do. Big wide open spaces. Very nice hosts. Staff workers were so friendly. Very nice bath houses. Several around park. Easy to walk to. Totally we’ll be back!!!

Beautiful campground and super friendly staff. We made a mistake on booking and the onsite team quickly upgraded us to a better site. The restaurant was a nice surprise, and the laundry room was top notch. We will definitely be back!

We had some issues but they said they would give us a refund. I would have been happy to stay there again but the refund has still not been issued. I called them and they said to contact my bank. They still didn't issue it on their end. Very disappointing.

Fantastic scenery, Creek side spot was nice. Store and restaurant a great gathering spot with good food options. Upgraded hookups. Close to Ouray and Ridgeway with easy access to Telluride. The Wi-Fi band width needs more capacity as we could not stream TV during peak hours. A little attention to grading and filling in low spots would be appreciated in the gravel sights. # 75-76 others etc. Thanks

The management and maintenance teams are incredibly friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant is delicious and super convenient. The bathrooms were spotless and the sites were beautiful. I would recommend the Ouray KOA to anyone!

The park itself is nice but office hours need to be a little longer. Staff is friendly and helpful. Red Mares stables does a great job. The brisket at the onsite restaurant is legit.

I love this KOA Kampground! It is close to Ouray and Ridgeway, CO. It is a great park for the weekend or for a longer stay. I like to stay here because there is an onsight restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner. There is so many outdoor activities to do in this area, or just stay at the park and relax. We always have a great stay.

Check in was easy. They led us to our site. The park worker even loaned us two sections of stinky slinky when the neighbor trailer used the wrong sewer hole and our two sections wasn't enough. They Rv park was great and we will be back again.

My main complaint is with the with the trash pickup. The flyer said to have your trash out by 11 & if it was after 5 you would have to take it to the dumpster. They rarely picked it up and birds pecked holes in it. I put my trash out before 5 and it wasn't picked up and I was told I would have to take it myself.I had to walk the trash .5mi with my 5, 3 and 1yo - very inconvenient. More receptacle

Very enjoyable. We were greeted by staff and assisted promptly. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Sites appeared well maintained and showers and restrooms clean. This was a Our second stay with the first in 2020. We saw many improvements. Would definitely plan to stay again!

As a long time member of KOA I was disappointed to be placed in a very sunny site when shade was available. Then to add insult onto that I was offered a 30% discount to stay another day but that weekend was the stay and get a free night The front desk clerk who was a substitute was awesome at check in with answers for my questions.

What a great camp! I can’t say enough about it! In our experience KOAs are kind of hit or miss. This particular camp is on their A game! We had a fantastic time and will definitely return.

Nicest KOA I’ve ever stayed at. Everyone is so nice and checking in is a breeze. They accommodate all shapes and sizes of transportation and camping.

It was great except the restrooms need a facelift. Paint, new caulking etc. they had dirt smeared on the walls, showers just looked dingy.

You need to do a better job of letting people know that certain sites are patio sites and thus x amount of dollars more per night so they know when they book. We booked our site last and wanted to be sure to be near our 2 friends so reserved the remaining site in that row. The price for something we didn’t need or use was comparatively insane! Make it clear!!!

GREAT stay! We have been 3 times this summer for a total of 16 nights. My wife mentioned to me that there is no handicap accommodation in the restrooms. SO that would be a recommendation to place grab bars in at least one stall and one shower and then label them accordingly. My only other note would be the operating hours of the office. It seems to close a bit too early in the evening.

We had a delux cabin since we were staying a whole week and I have zero complaints. The Cabin was perfect for my wife and I. The price was much cheaper than hotels in town and I would take my own cabin over that any ways.

Our RV club spent 5 days at the Ouray KOA amid the most splendid scenery imaginable. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs and the rest room facilities were spotless. I believe the management has changed recently because everyone in our group oof 30 trailers was very pleased with their experience at Ouray. The sites were spacious and shaded. We have booked again for next..
