Great staff, unfortunately our site suffered rude drivers going over speed limit, causing dust. Possibly a speed bump would help. Beautiful surroundings, short hike on site

Thank you for cutting the dust on driveway to back area, with new rock surface. Marked 5mph, people are ignoring that and speeding up to 29-25 mph. Maybe time for speed bumps???? I was in space 24.

Stayed in space #9. Fantastic spot very close to restrooms/showers. At night, so quiet we could hear the creek flowing. Very well kept grounds! Beautiful area and great hosts and manager.

Always a pleasant experience. The staff was wonderful. The one thing I might suggest is that campers with bright lighting need to be asked to turn those bright lights off at quiet time. There was a fifth wheel with LED lights on the front of it that were on all night lighting the inside of our camper up. Very rude.

Asked to be moved to a more level spot and was immediately accommodated. Even moved our firewood for us.

Our site was level and had plenty of room. Bathrooms were clean and since our hot water heater was not working, the showers were nice as well. Helpful staff. Stayed 3 days and will stay again when back in the area.

We had a great stay, however our site was so dusty it coated the inside of our trailer. Other than the not so great site, the campground seems well organized and taken care of.

I guess we got what we asked for at this campground. Full hookups were as expected. No problems. The only thing that we didn't like was that we were assigned a site that was next to the maintenance building and more like an overflow area. There appeared to be other sites in the campground that would have made the stay much nicer.

Park was nice and bathrooms clean. Very strange thing in the restaurant tho! The breakfast burrito is a tiny little gas station like burrito, while the southwest breakfast burrito was more than twice the size and only 50 cents more? The reasoning from the cook was that more ingredients go into the big one so it is bigger. Both workers agreed it was wrong! Put more into the breakfas one to eve

Great koa, The whole office staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The managers helped out a great deal with reservations as we extended are stay. Already planning on returning.

The park was great. The restrooms down by the horse area could use a lot of improvement to include heat, and new shower heads and curtains.

We recently went on a road trip and stayed at 4 KOAs. The KOA at Ouray was the best one we've stayed out so far. The spots were big, the sites were clean and I loved the music in the bathroom! :) I wish the K9 park was not so far but that's my only feedback. We will be back for sure!

Our site was next to the road going up to other camp sites. That was fine however, the speed limit was 5 miles an hr and everyone, even the employees were going well over 15 miles an hr which caused a lot of pebble splitting rocks hitting myself and our van... If you are going to put a camper in this last spot ,you must make sure it's 5 mi an hr for safety and liability issues.

We so enjoyed working with Jeff and his staff. We understand it is a work in progress and that’s ok. I am sure it will evolve to be a great location. I don’t think it is up to the price point yet. But it will get there.,

we have been there many times over the past 5 or 6 years, and we have seen the nice improvements. The restaurant was awesome. The playgrounds and activities that were there made my young grandsons very happy. Yes, we will be back.

This is a nice KOA, but we got off on the wrong foot when our spot was not locked in as we were told it was. I reserved a locked in spot and then confirmed that with Rakeem 3 months later, but we did not get that spot. I'm over that, but we were not offerred any compensation for this error. Only that no one undersands why this happened. We should have been offerred a free spot or an upgrade.

Thank you for this feedback. I do apologize again that this happened and your lock fee was refunded as stated at time of our discussion. Lastly you were already in a patio site which is our premium site although you booked a standard back-in site. Again, thank you and we hope to see you again.

3 nights stay to visit Ouray and Telluride. Park clean. Friendly, fast service at front desk. Spaces very tight. Some noise from barking dogs, but usually controlled within a few minutes.

We had a delux cabin since we were staying a whole week and I have zero complaints. The Cabin was perfect for my wife and I. The price was much cheaper than hotels in town and I would take my own cabin over that any ways.

Our RV club spent 5 days at the Ouray KOA amid the most splendid scenery imaginable. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs and the rest room facilities were spotless. I believe the management has changed recently because everyone in our group oof 30 trailers was very pleased with their experience at Ouray. The sites were spacious and shaded.
