Cabins were very nice. They are not UTV friendly! Frank was very rude to our group and we had no parking. Between our group we paid $6000. Next year we are looking to go to a different place.

We found our sleeper cabin clean and centrally located near the creek. Common restrooms and shower facilities were also clean and nearby. We were impressed by the on-site cafe and coffee bar. We noted that the property is in process of making improvements and remedying needed maintenance items.

Your cabins are always so clean. Bathrooms and showers are well tended to. Staff is amazing. Top notch customer service. Love your restaurant. We’ll be back every year.

Prices have gotten too expensive. Camper cabin prices went from $80 to $140 per night in two years time. I have stayed at your koa 8 of last 9 summers/fall so I am sad that I will need to look for a more economical place to stay.

This is our favorite KOA. It’s peaceful and, although it strays a bit from traditional camping/Glamping, the on-site restaurant/coffee house/bar is fantastic. It’s clean but we can’t get over how friendly/warm the staff has been in the years since new ownership. We’d never been before the change but it just seems like that’s all people say. We have never been to a KOA before and had a wonderful time! We stayed 3 nights with friends in the cabins and we’re impressed by the size, amenities, cleanliness, and layout of the KOA. The porch was large and made hanging out nice at night. Every staff member we encountered were so friendly and helpful!! The food at the cafe/ restaurant was also delicious. We will absolutely be back!

It was beautiful setting. Loved the large deck on a deluxe cabin. Only disappointment was the coffee maker. Advertised as a keurig but they had a 12 cup drip. I brought my k cup coffees and no keurig. Fortunately I brought my french press. Scenery was beautiful. Jeeps everywhere if you love 4 wheeling. I recommend a deluxe cabin if you want privacy. Can't wait to go again! Loved it!

There was a huge problem with tiny black flying bugs (knats?) in our cabin 22. Although I did not report the problem, maybe there is something that could be done to minimize the problem with the bugs, such as have door that has a better seal, something similar to our friends' cabin 81. They did not have any issues with bugs. Great job on keeping the bathroom and the campground very clean and tidy!

We stayed in a camping cabin. It felt like we were sleeping on the wooden bed frame. There was a one inch opening at the bottom of the door that allowed biting midges to come into the cabin. Worst night of sleep we’ve ever had. The bathrooms had so many dead bugs near sinks and in showers that it was disgusting.

Cabin had not been cleaned recently. Flag was not properly mounted on the wall. Door did not close completely—needs adjustment—let’s bugs in.

Receptionist Sandi was cheerful, efficient, extremely helpful. Went out of her way for us. Thank you! Weekend closure of restaurant was an annoying surprise, especially in view of the alarming increase in prices for cabins and sites. If we have to cook, might as well use a (free) National Forest pull-out.

Was just a bit disappointed from last year The restaurant & bar was fabulous last year -it was a little bit to be desired this year although the food was good the night we ate the bathroom shampoo and things were empty as well as there was a blood stain mattress pad when I took the sheets off —no kitchen towels or hot pads but when we needed something everyone was kind & Got it for us-

Well kept place, friendly staff. Beautiful. My only complaint is the paperwork and website say the store is open till 8 thru September and when I went at 5:30 to grab supplies for dinner there was a sign on the door that said closed at 5. �

Great time, Ouray is gorgeous. The camp itself is about 10 min out of town but the drive is amazing beautiful. I've been in at least 6 different KOA and this one is the best bathroom/shower so far. Highly recommend it.

Overall it was great! We noticed there seemed to be a shortage in staff in kitchen but the food was still great! Just took longer for breakfast. Also we noticed a huge knat infestation this year where we didn’t see them like this last year. The bathrooms needed to be constantly monitored to keep the knats off the sink/counter but not sure what you do about them.

Very poor senior management, defensive of reservation errors, refused to listen to complaints about cleaning issues, said if we were unhappy we could leave campground. No warning lack of breakfast Monday. Dining rm & bar not open. Food served in steriform containers.Restrooms cleaned 9AM just when campers need relief. Really miss former private owners!!!

Neat little cabin with bunk bed room. A little expensive, but it’s a resort area. Service was outstanding. Check the hot water in the bathroom sink.

Gentlemen that checked me in was very helpful and accommodating. Cabin and restrooms were clean. The restaurant was an awesome bonus, food was very tasty. Would definitely come back.

The price of the camping cabin was raised too much from last year and I didn't like the fact of paying more for Friday and Saturday nights over the quote I got for Sunday night that I took out of my reservation because I can't afford it. Missed the biscuits and gravy that I had for breakfast over 35 years of camping there.

We rented the small cabin and it was cozy, warm and clean. It’s a great location with options in Ouray or Ridgeway. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I would stay here again.

It was okay. Could have been better. The facility is getting a little crusty. Staff are mostly friendly, but messed up my reservation. They’ve already changed to off season hours even though the place was booked solid. Website says the social club has tap beer and a pool table, was looking forward to that but it neither were there.

We love Ouray and we love this camp ground. The staff is extremely friendly great location and everything is kept nice. I would recommend this KOA to anyone.

Our deluxe cabin was advertised as having wi-fi but did not. Disappointed how poorly stocked the kitchenet was, there was only 1 glass other than coffee cups. The BBQ was poorly maintained and we actually had a grease fire flare up. Luckily a camper next door alerted us and we got the gas shut off but not before charring our dinner. Restaurant wasn't reliably open & couldn't buy ice after hours.

Lovely camp ground nestled along the mountains just outside of Ouray. Great camp store, great breakfast and dinner service at kitchen just behind store. Our kabin with showers along the canal was fantastic. cant wait to visit again!

I was shocked by the negative reviews once we arrived and checked it out for ourselves. This place is a dream! Great location, spotless clean bathrooms, and the kindest staff. We would absolutely come back. I genuinely have no idea where the negative reviews are coming from!

The bathrooms and cabin were clean and staff friendly and helpful. Appreciated the willingness of staff to take garbage even off hours from their normal drive around, especially with an infant in tow. A playground down the road would be the cherry on top! :)

We had a delux cabin since we were staying a whole week and I have zero complaints. The Cabin was perfect for my wife and I. The price was much cheaper than hotels in town and I would take my own cabin over that any ways.

Our RV club spent 5 days at the Ouray KOA amid the most splendid scenery imaginable. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs and the rest room facilities were spotless. I believe the management has changed recently because everyone in our group oof 30 trailers was very pleased with their experience at Ouray. The sites were spacious and shaded.
