Was our first time staying at a KOA and you didn't disappoint! Great experience and friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest as an option would be to allow guests to pick their own spot or do you have a system where you can reserve your spot ahead of time? There were several open spots when we arrived and would of like the opportunity to pick a different spot.

The KAO staff was great!! The live music was a bonus! We really enjoyed our stay there and have already started talking when we will be coming back! If you happen to put more gravel in campsite 48 to help with the red dirt and dust situation, I'm sure other campers would appreciate it too! :)

The location was extremely convenient and the staff was very helpful. We were surprised at how good the food at the restaurant was. Highly recommend this campground.

Great place to stay, Lots of activities for the kids to do. They texted you of the activities that’s going on that day and night. The staff was great. Really liked the cafe that was there and the price of the food was very reasonable.

The hot tub was out of order but everything else was perfect. We had a shady spot by the river. Next time we will reserve full hook ups. We loved all the extra activities and my daughter had a great time on the jump pad and playground.

You'll never meet a more kind group of people working at any campsite in America. We prefer to camp boondocking style, but when we do campsites, it's at a KOA. This was our favorite. Only two recommendations: figure out the electrical/plumbing hookups for sites 55-60 and put in some trees back in that area. Really just petty request on my part. Great place and amenities. We'll be back again.

The pull through spot we were in was way to crowded. Difficult to walk around site. Also difficult to line up door and slide on patio side because of the pole.

Beautiful campground in a beautiful location. I asked for a site with trees. The First site was in full sun, they tried to put us in another site that was tow small for my camper. Finally moved us to a really nice site. No pool, hot tub was broken, not internet.

WIFI not working was a huge inconvenience. We would have stayed elsewhere if we knew it would not be working. The staff was excellent and very friendly.

It seems that if you're assigned a drive through space adjacent to the propane fill station, and the entrance where you can be awakened by late arrivals and disturbed by coming and going, the space should be discounted.

It was such an easy way to camp with our RV, it was quiet, it was clean and we had a spot in the shade near the creek running through the campground! It was very peaceful and just the perfect location to Ouray town and to Telluride! We will definitely be back!

The original site we were assigned was too narrow for us to open our slides. The staff went above and beyond to find us a suitable site and upgraded us to a premium patio site. The employees were very attentive and friendly, it seems like someone drove by every few hours to make sure everything was okay. The site was beautiful, the campground was clean and well-maintained.

It was fine. Nothing special. You should have some concrete sites for wheelchair users. I was never able to connect to Wi-Fi. You should invest in technology that would allow you to check people in from outside.so we don’t have to get out and go inside. I don’t think your park represents good value based on what you are charging.

We stayed in a campsite that was next to the office, store and restaurant kitchen. It was a very busy place! We made our reservation very late and it was on e of only two spots available. In the end it was good. Next time I’ll make my reservation earlier.

Ouray KOA is wonderful! It is our favorite so far and we have stayed at many KOA’s. First, it’s just gorgeous. Beautiful creeks grow through, a fishing pond, lush trees for shade, and well maintained campgrounds make this KOA stand out. Our kids loved the hiking trails and activities planned such as tie dying and ice cream socials! Restrooms were clean and showers were wonderful! Recommend!!

We stayed here after staying at the Moab koa, and we loved Moab, but this koa was amazing! It is a great community of wonderful hosts who make the guests feel like they’re part of the community. The activities were fun and the work campers go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. We enjoyed it so much we wanted to stay all summer! Will definitely be stopping here every summer! Thanks!!

Everything was above average. Only two demerits. My map had two pre drawn lines that neither took me to my site. Also the wifi did not work on the pull through side at all. I will be back in the fall.

Be nice to have a pool and food at the restaurant was high which made us eat in town. But otherwise people were great and overall very nice place. Will stay here again for sure.

We had a delux cabin since we were staying a whole week and I have zero complaints. The Cabin was perfect for my wife and I. The price was much cheaper than hotels in town and I would take my own cabin over that any ways.

Our RV club spent 5 days at the Ouray KOA amid the most splendid scenery imaginable. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs and the rest room facilities were spotless. I believe the management has changed recently because everyone in our group oof 30 trailers was very pleased with their experience at Ouray. The sites were spacious and shaded.
