This is our new favorite KOA! Beautiful area, nice roomy sites, every individual working is friendly, thoughtful, helpful. The café serves delicious breakfast and dinner. Clean large showers/restrooms and laundry. Very dog friendly with dog walking trails. Extras such as horseback riding and jeep rentals. Nice store if forget something. Lots of upgrades being made, new patio sites are wonderful.

The staff at this location was beyond exceptional! Definitely the most helpful and friendly group I've run across yet. The location itself is really beautiful and close to all things one would need to see/visit. Did I mention the incredible staff?

One of the cleanest KOA's I have been to from the grounds to showers. Very friendly and helpful staff. The camping hut was really great. I will say it was overpriced and I may consider other options on my return trip. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The staff was amazing! Our RV slide was stuck and they attempted to help and blocked out our space so we could wait for a technician. They have a great restaurant, very well stocked store and a beautiful location! Loved staying there, one of the best places to get stuck, 10/10 can’t recommend enough.

The campground was clean and all employees were helpful and friendly. We have stayed at this campground before. Lots of tall pine trees make it a beeautiful spot.

This was our 23rd year to stay at Ouray. Due to the manager's unprofessional attitude and ineffective and uncaring management this was the worst experience we have ever encountered at KOA. All previous everywhere KOA stays were enjoyable. This manager is the worst and does not reflect the overall attitude of corporate KOA.

Everything was great, staff was very friendly. We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was very nice in part because there was nobody in the RV pad next to us. Had there been, rating would probably be lower because it wouldn't have been as quiet/private. Shower bombs were a really nice touch. Next time in the area, would stay here again.

Staff was delightful, engaging and went out of their way to assist us! We stayed 5 nights and traveled all around the area. The site was great, level and convenient. The amenities were wonderful, hot tub, availability of Jeep to rent and the available restaurant when you’re just to tired to cook! We fell in love with the area! We’ll be back!

We originally booked a pull through #107. Second day a camper was places right beside us and their slide prevented us from using our fire ring. The park was basically empty. We had to move sites. NO WIFI where we moved to but nobody mentioned that before we picked the site and moved. Very dusty campground. No pool and a Holiday? Also , use your GPS bc it is on a County Rd ! No big sign!

We had a 5 day camping trip around South West Colorado and stayed at multiple places, Ouray KOA by far is my favorite, staff are super friendly and helpful, facility is clean and nice also there is actually some space between spots and you are not sleeping right next to the neighbor. Overall great experience and will recommend to anyone needing to camp around Ouray.

The cabin was great. Not that I expected them to be dirty but it was super clean. I’ve stayed in high end hotel rooms that weren’t as clean. It was quite and was perfect for an overnight stay.

We had a great stay in Ouray. The man at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating. I was very pleasantly surprised with the café and the quality of the delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again

We had a delux cabin since we were staying a whole week and I have zero complaints. The Cabin was perfect for my wife and I. The price was much cheaper than hotels in town and I would take my own cabin over that any ways.

Our RV club spent 5 days at the Ouray KOA amid the most splendid scenery imaginable. The staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs and the rest room facilities were spotless. I believe the management has changed recently because everyone in our group oof 30 trailers was very pleased with their experience at Ouray. The sites were spacious and shaded.
