Stay over the weekend was good! Friendly and clean campground. Our only complaint was the amount of chlorine in the pool, it was pretty extreme and our 3 girls did not even want to swim because of the chlorine causing them to get rashy and burning their eyes (ages 6, 9 and 12). The playground and equipment was fun and in great shape.

Would have been 5 stars but our tent was lit up by the bright lights on the back of the store all night long. Most campgrounds have shades on their lights so the walk way is lit but not the entire area. We didn't need to use flashlights inside our tent. As someone who lives in the country and is not use to the light, it was very hard to sleep for 8 nights!

The staff was very friendly. My daughter loved the playground and bounce pillow. The campsite was roomy and very clean. A train went by around 9:45pm, but didn’t wake the kids. We loved this KOA.

I would prefer if we had the option to pick our site, especially when it comes to staying in groups. It was very difficult to spend time together when the other party was at the opposite side of the campground, we spent a lot of time traveling back and forth.

Had awesome time all employees are helpful and curtious and kind. We will definitely be staying again. Kids loved the pool, bouncing pillow.

Very nice well kept campground. Bathrooms, showers, laundry are all above average. Activity center, playground, kid activities kept our grandkids happy and busy. Our only negative is the over-chlorinated pool. It's small and heavily used, so understandable that it needs chlorine, but our kids ages 8-15 complained about the effects on skin and eyes. Still really like this KOA and its staff.

Camp was clean and well layed out. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Nice location close to town and activities. Park was peaceful and quiet in the evening

We had a very nice site with lots of room away from the playground area. Pool was kept clean and it was very quiet at night. Only issue is the train that goes by late in the evening.

My stay was great. I just wish they had at least one deluxe cabin that had a full kitchen. One with a cooktop/stove. The area in which KOA is located is beautiful.

Dog park is very small. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Spots were not all that level and gravel. I thought a patio spot would be all cement. It's just a SLAB on the side of the gravel. It had rained quite hard the day before we arrived, but the drives were very muddy with lots of deep mud puddles. The train tracks running beside the camp sites, with trains blowing whistles wasn't good

EXCELLENT!!! Everything about this campground is wonderful. Very clean and well kept. Lot’s of things for children and adults to enjoy. Friendly, kind and helpful staff. See you again next year

Nice wooded park and the staff were very friendly. It had a large rec room and lots of room for the kids to play. It is next to a train track and a train went by around 10 o’clock at night. Although it didn’t bother us, it may annoy some people.

We had a great time at the Oscoda/Tawas KOA. The sites were good size and many had trees for shade. Some were a little sandy though. Lots of amenities. Loved the little arcade. The ladies that worked in the store were fabulous!

Loved our stay. Very nice campsite. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Just didn’t like how the computer saved peoples credit card numbers when checking in for a visitors pass bexause a lot of my purchases got made on friends and family’s credit cards that made for a bunch of confusion. Other than that I love the campsite and already booked for next year again! :)

First time in the area, we had a great time. The grandkids had fun with all the activities. The park was quiet and staff were friendly. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was the short drive to the beach and river.

Staff was the best, courteous, professional and fun. One of the cleanest and best campground we have been to and this was on a Sunday arrival.

Clean and well managed; we stayed at site 149, pull thru with full hookup and mostly shaded; everything worked fine; the dump station only accommodates one camper at a time, so plan accordingly

Stay was ok except they stuck us in a cabin between about 4 families, our cabin was also rented out to the same family not sure why they wood do this as other cabins were empty
