Everything was great! Plenty of things to keep the kids occupied. I only wish the pool was open until at least 10pm. That's when quiet hours start at the campground. Currently closes at 9pm.

Horrible experience. Visible mold in the AC and on the beds! Mold stench was unbearable. Told staff about it but nothing was done. Internet/ TV doesnt work. The after hours line is a joke. Called multiple times with no answer or return call. My experience is consistent with other on-line reviews. Wish I would have read those reviews before deciding to stay here.

Cabin & bathrooms/showers were clean and comfortable! The playground and pool were awesome! It was our first time staying at a KOA, the front desk staff was great, super friendly and we'll definitely be staying at KOAs again!

Very uncourteous and lazy staff. I visit many KOA's and I've never found this to be a problem. They rented me a cabin without checking to see if it was operational. It was not. They told me it had been down for the last week and refused to do anything about it including a discount or a refund or change of cabin.

Was visiting our daughter and taking our granddaughter and friend to Universal Studios. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and nice. This is our second stay at this KOA. Had difficulty with internet and cable. But it was cleared up on the last couple of days of our stay. Will be back in the future.

Pool and playground area were fantastic. I wish the cable television selections were better, nothing for children to watch at night or sports for adults.

Friendly, helpful staff, as always. I was working on some projects and had some boxes I was going to take home to recycle since I didn’t think KOA should have to deal with my excess, but someone was kind enough to take them for me. Greatly appreciated! The only point of feedback, my daughter took the dog to the dog park area and other owners had not picked up after them, so she had to leave.

This campground is the epitome of a continuous improvement mentality. Every year we visit there have been added benefits and improvements. Excited to see them again in 2024 if not sooner!

Nice campsite, great employees that were very considerate about letting us change sites when we first got to the campground due to wanting to be out from trees because we use a starlink for internet. The only issue was in site 48 where we stayed, the sewer hookup is elevated almost a foot above the ground and made draining the tanks interesting.

All the workers were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and showers were nice and clean. The only thing was that the fire ring we had, did not have a moving grate. We had a terrible time cooking. All the other cabins and tent sites had them.

The park was very well landscaped and kept clean. Our cabin was located near the playground area and there was so much to do. Unfortunately the day before we arrived a storm knocked out the cable so we had no TV. Regardless, we would definitely come back. Very centrally located to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Great amenities: coffee maker and keurig, dishes and silverware, towels,dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, sheets, pillows and 3 air conditioners. The bad: It was dirty. it needed vacuumed, the bunk beds needed vacuumed. floors were sticky. toilet and shower not clean. ceiling coming loose. Fridge had food and grease smears on door and handle. This could be an awesome place, just clean it up.

Very great facility. Well kept. One employee was very over the top on the rules even if we wasn’t breaking any always made it a point to tell us to make sure we didn’t break any rules. uncomfortable at times.

I stayed in K2 cabin and I was very dissatisfied. The mini refrigerator was all moldy and didn't work Also the tv didn't work I stay here every 2 months .I hope things are better next time

Pool is amazing! The playground has lots of activities and fun for all ages. We stayed in a mini cabin and it fit all our needs. The grounds and bathrooms were very clean and well kept.

We stayed at a very slow time for this KOA park so this probably improved our stay. The park has lots of fun stuff for young kids to enjoy. The pool was clean and the restroom and showers were very clean as well. Our camp site was nice as well. Because it was not busy, we were able to get a shady spot. All in all a nice stay for us.

This was our 3rd time at this KOA, but our 1st in the Deluxe Cabin. The check-in staff on Friday was great! On Sunday, when we notified the staff of an issue with one of the dryers, a very grumpy gentleman (who was not part of the maintenance staff because I asked) was extremely unhelpful and argumentative about the matter. The cabin was adorable, but we found a ton of dog hair under the sofa bed.

We stayed in a tent site. We loved the covered Pato area with each site and being so close to the playground. They had SO much stuff for the kids to do, they never got bored. The staff was beyond friendly and the campground was clean and bathrooms were great! The only downside is being close to the freeway and hearing that all night long. Besides the freeway, it is a perfect campground for families. We will be back and definitely recommend.
