General Campground Information

For the safety and privacy of our guest, flying of Drones is prohibited in our campground.

Golf Carts

You must register and provide proof of insurance prior to using your golf cart in our campground. Carts must be parked in your campsite by 10:00 pm. Passengers on a golf cart must be seated at all times, one person per seat. Any and all vehicles must observe the speed limit at all times, and watch for children, pedestrians, and animals that may be sharing the roads with you. Operation of a golf cart or vehicle is restricted to licensed drivers only. Children are not to operate these vehicles at any time, whether riding with an adult or not, due to the safety risk this presents. Trails are well marked, and we ask that you remain on them at all times. Please respect others' campsites. If your vehicle does not have operable headlights, use is restricted to daylight hours only.  Owners/operators are responsible for any damage they incur.

Pet Rules

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times by an adult. Limit of 3 dogs per site. Dogs must be walked in the designated dog walk area and must be picked up after. Pets are not to be tied outside of your RV when you are not in the park and not to be left unattended at any time. No ground tie-downs permitted. If any pet demonstrates aggressive behavior toward another pet or camper, you will be asked to leave the campground. Not excessive barking. No pets allowed in our camping cabins or tent sites. Kamp K9 located beside bathhouse.


Sunday thru Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Laundry: Open 24 hours
Swimming Pool, Hot Tub: 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
Recreational Hall: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm

Quiet Hour

10:00 pm. To 8:00 am. All children under 18 must be on their site by 9:00 pm. Please be courteous and respectful to your neighbors. Please follow only designated roads or walkways and do not cut though occupied RV sites.

Boats and Jet Skis

You must be a registered camper to launch a boat/jet ski and must present proof of registration/ownership. All boats/jet skis must register at the office prior to launching. Only boats and jet skis owned by registered campers are allowed. Guests are not permitted to bring boats or jet skis. One time launch fee of $10.00

Visitors of registered guests

All visitors must stop at the office and register. No more than 6 persons are allowed on a site (including guests). Charges are $5.00 per adult and $3.00 per child. All visitors' passes expire by 10:00 pm. Guests are not permitted to bring boats or jet skis.Only paid visitors with car tags allowed after the store/office closes.


Campfires are not permitted on the ground. Only use self-contained units that are at least 6 inches off the ground. Do not leave fires unattended. All fires must be extinguished by midnight. Management assumes no responsibility for loss by fire, theft, accident, acts of Nature, etc. Due to extreme fire danger, fire bans have been issued. Please check the general store for fire ban information.

Best Routes

From I-95 North; Exit onto I-4 West exit 260B towards Orlando. Take SR-417 Toll (Central Florida Greenway) exit #101B towards the International Airport. Exit on SR-15/Narcoossee Road exit #22 and go South Narcoossee Road approx. 1.2 miles to the KOA entrance.

From 1-95 South; Exit on US-192 exit #180 towards West Melbourne/Melbourne Hospital. Turn left onto US-192 West to SR-15/Narcossee Road. Turn right on Narcoossee Road approx. 10 miles to the KOA entrance.

From I-75 North; Exit on the Florida Turnpike and exit #254 (SR-528 Toll Beachline Expressway Orlando South, Orlando Airport). Take 528 Toll East to Exit #13 (SR15/ Narcoossee Road. Go South Narcoossee Road approx. 5 miles to the KOA entrance.

From I-75 South; Merge onto I-4 exit #24 towards Orlando. Take the SR-417 Toll (Central Florida Greenway) Exit #62. Take SR-417 to exit #22 (SR15/ Narcoossee Road. Go South Narcoossee Road approx.1.2 miles to the KOA entrance.
