Ck-in fail. Errors, mis-applied discounts/points, no receipts. Blamed on system issues. Called when we got home (office not open when we vacated) to get receipts and found errors. Told too late to correct after checkout. Spent half a day trying to fix. Sites average (gravel), facilities (bathroom, shower, wreck room, store, laundry) above average, (no pool), proximity to recreation excellent.

VERY clean. Nicest/cleanest bathrooms I have ever used. I wasn’t scared to set my clean clothes in the shower like other typical facilities. Way to impress!

Always a great experience. Only complaint is the WiFi worked sometimes and sometimes would just kick me off. Otherwise, everyone is friendly, all the campers are respectful, the staff is amazing and it's a fun time for the entire familym

This will be our last visit to this KOA. Rules weren't enforced and each step of this stay wasn't enjoyable. We weren't given shower tokens at check-in (or well informed about amenities we wouldn't get as advertised), the quiet hours weren't enforced, were told to dump our tanks elsewhere (when they've allowed us to do so at a vacant spot previously) and overall safety wasn't a priority.

Construction work was VERY loud! Site we were in was very near maintenance yard for the campground and very noisy. Carts, tractors, zipping around all day long, very fast and loud. Dust was kicked up all day by the employees going back and forth. Should relocate the maint area if you are going to rent sites that close to all of that traffic. The chickens were fun to watch tho...

It's all about ATV's! We were only there for 2 nights (early season) but it was fun for us to see families having fun with their ATV's. Didn't mind some noise. Loved the cabooses and wagons available. Restrooms & laundry clean. Could maybe use a couple of additional washers & dryers during high season. Friendly staff. So close to the Dunes, we really enjoyed it!

Great dunes riding,horrible access to the dunes. They did road construction very early on the morning which was very disturbing, especially being on vacation and being woke up that early by a big piece of machinery. Marg was very sweet and I feel like she tried to apologize for it. But I would like my first two days comped back to me due to this. All in all. It's not the best campsite I have bee

Granted, most people choose to stay here for the dunes, but we stayed at this location for work. Internet is essential for a productive work/homeschool week & the internet did not work AT ALL. Laundry facilities were clean, but not ADA accessible. Pros: friendly staff, well maintained campground, well stocked store. Would only recommend/return for recreation.

Very sad the construction right behind my camp site. I spoke to the office the Monday and they said they would tell them to not start until 8 but that didn’t mean anything. Cranked those machines up before 8, back up beepers, left some matching beeping all through lunch. Not a very good vacation.

The owners could not have been nicer. We needed propane and it was near time for the office to close. The owner saw us, filled it and even drove the tank back to our space. The spots have picnic tables on grass and gravel where you park which is great when it is raining. Cuts down on tracking in mud.

When we pulled into our site there was dog poop that we had to clean up before we could even get our dogs out of the vehicle! Needed a token to shower for 10 minutes? Took at least 2 of those minutes to actually get hot water. Quiet time was till 8 am. Someone started their diesel truck up shortly after 7. Left it running till almost 8. The campsite it’s self was ok.

Our stay was great. This KOA is great for kids and the dunes what I love about this place is all the amenities it had to offer for kids. My kids being 3 and 5 love riding but don't want that to be everything. It has a play ground and a rec hall for indoor play including a play room with play kitchen! Perfect for your under 5s ! There was alot of other amenities but they were not open, seasonal?

We were very very upset. There was construction equipment running right next to us the whole time we were camping. At a couple points there was a vibrating roller that was shaking our camper. We get that you guys have to get work done, we would have moved to another site or went to a different campground if we would have just known. We feel that our week should be comped for another week. Many times we went to the office and they were closed. The wood we bought there was wet and wouldn’t burn. We asked to use the Community red room for a max of 1 hour and they charged us $300 for 2 hours. After the first hour others came in and asked if we were doing a private event we said we were done. The “boss” sent someone over and saw us still in there and charged the full $300 even tho

Our stay at koa campground was in Oregon was our first time and I was very satisfied it was quiet not too crowded They have a little general store that has a lot of products and souvenirs which you wouldn’t think for such a tiny store very pleasant what colors yes I did not visit the shower facility but I heard it was very nice things a lot to do in the general area I most definitely going back

It was super muddy! Needs gravel in the sites. Wh have been staying at this one for years and used to always have new gravel so it wasn’t muddy when it rained but nothing the last 2 years �

The dunes are always good. The road to KOA is much better but when it rains the sites turn into a mud pit. The power hook ups Need to be checked. Many Bo receptacle wouldn’t work.

We would recommend your KOA but the grounds have been getting worse and worse. Seems like the new owners are not taking care of the camp sites like the old ones did. Every year when we camp its like a lake in the big boy sites. No gravel and the grounds are mud puddles through out the sites. Seem like they put money to new sites and not keeping up with the old ones NEEDS MORE GRAVEL!!!

While the campground and amenities were clean and well maintained, the campsites are right on top of each other and I felt like my RV was parked in a bar parking lot on a Saturday night. The other campers were there to party all night and get loud, and there was no staff on hand to enforce the quiet hours. We left two nights early and found somewhere else to finish our family vacation.

My family stays here every time we visit the Oregon Dunes. We love the accessibility to the dunes while being out of the wind. The amenities available at camp are outstanding. This location is family and dog friendly. The kids dune area is especially great for young kids and we appreciate the rec area on bad weather weekends.
