As always a great stay.I was happy to finally see some improvements to the cabin. Sheets & towels were all nice & clean! However, the overall cleanliness still needs work.I cleaned the counters & table, all dirty.Ceiling fans are full of dust & the rug at the entrance apparently has never been vacuumed. For as much as you charge I would expect better.The futon is old & uncomfortable.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Site was clean, bathroom, showers and laundry room clean. Your store area has fun and clever items. We are looking forward to staying next spring. Oh, and thanks for letting us check in early. I know you really didn’t want to but we appreciated it. Have a great winter and we’ll see in next year!

We really enjoy this campground. It is next to the dunes so it is dusty but we go their to ride our side by side. We also travel with our dogs and they have a nice dog park. We have stayed here several times and the staff has always been polite and friendly.

Very good customer service, bathrooms and showers were clean, plenty of activities and close to the dunes. The only issue I had is it's very dusty. Other than that it's a great campground:-)

The woman behind the counter was the only redeeming quality of my stay. She was friendly and helpful. The facility is horrible. I’d like to explain in depth, but there’s a character limit. Suffice to say, maybe instead of clear cutting more land for campsites, they should invest in ground over & a water truck. I’ll be hacking up dust & dirt for days.

A great place if you are planning on taking an ATV on the dunes. A little more open than the othwr KOA's we stayed at.

The staff is exceptional, we come here 6-7 times a year sometimes more and stay 7-10 days at a time. The only complaint I have is some campers dogs are running around no leash, the other is people driving utv, atv, motorcycle to fast in the park.

Awesome place for us to stay considering we don’t have a toy hauler the cabins work out great for us !! Everyone’s always friendly and just a nice comfortable place to stay ! Only thing I wish they’d do is make a small sand side road , the gravel is pretty harsh on paddles

Your staff are not approachable. I don't think they know how to smile nor make eye contact. The men's bathroom at one point had no working toilets and the men had to use the women's bathrooms. And yes the staff were notified and they didn't care. When we arrived at our cabin we found half eaten mashed potatoes in the microwave. we swept the floor we found piles of dirt. I picked up garbage outside

Our campsite was great! We enjoyed watching and listening to the chickens as they strutted around. Nice to see the KOA is expanding, we'll be back!

Nothing wrong with the park, but some of the staff are terrible. One yelled at us when we were trying to park for speeding (we were not) and another kept bothering us that we were blocking the road (we weren't) when trying to load up our sandrail. They seem to be on power trips.

I arrived 20 minutes before 2pm and the lady in the office told me she would check me in early this time and this time only! The web page says as long as it's available check in early is ok. I talked with either in the park, many said they checked in early , no problem. She was rude! If this is your park's stance , you should post that!

The staff are amazing, from the from desk to the The maintenance guy Troy (I hope I got his name correct-the red headed guy). Troy has a lot of great ideas too. The owners are great to talk to. They have a lot of great planes to improve the place. It it nice they have a lot more sites they have put in to the new ones currently going in. I am excited to see the improvements over time.

Stayed in cabin 54. Loved it. Will bring a porta-potty next time though. Everyone was so nice at KOA, staff. Showers and rest room clean. Thank you! We will return.

The stay itself was great, however the next day we received a $100 cleaning charge for a stain on a sheet. We were not told beforehand nor was it posted that such a fee existed. I get the need, but it should have been posted and we should have been notified before the charge.

Just so loud. It's really an OHV staging and sleeping area. If that's what you want, this place is for you The amenities were fine and the staff were all very nice but it's by far the loudest KOA we have ever visited. Won't be back.

I learned to read the fine print before booking! This one warns that it is a dune buggy centered campground but we didn't see it until too late. Imo, this place should not be a KOA. It should be a private dune buggy only campground. Book only if you're okay with dune buggies zooming around all day and night.

Provide a solution for overflow parking that costs an additional vehicle fee rather than having to rent a site. Ridiculous to charge $50 a night to park a cargo trailer. Girls in office were horrible! Terrible customer service.

My family stays here every time we visit the Oregon Dunes. We love the accessibility to the dunes while being out of the wind. The amenities available at camp are outstanding. This location is family and dog friendly. The kids dune area is especially great for young kids and we appreciate the rec area on bad weather weekends.
