We are Open! Update on our KOA

To our valued customers and guests, the Lake Livingston/Onalaska KOA is open for business as usual.  We are experiencing a higher than normal call volume so we appreciate your patience in reaching us.  Our office hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm every day except Fridays and we are open until 8:00 pm in order to better serve our late arriving customers.  If you reach our answering machine during these hours please leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Our office and general store will remain open at this time.  However, should you feel more comfortable and prefer not to enter the office to register upon arrival, we are happy to provide you with curbside check-in during business hours.  Just give us a call upon arrival and we will meet you outside to complete your check-in.  If you are arriving after hours, as per our usual process, you will find a site map with directions to your site on our after hours arrival board.  Again, should you feel  more comfortable not coming into the office the following morning to complete your check-in we will be happy to check you in via a phone call to the office the following morning. The health and safety of our camping guests has always been and will continue to be our most important priority. Our staff use all possible measures to ensure common areas at our campground are kept as clean and germ-free as possible.
