We were very unhappy with the condition of the site. To me it’s a trip/ fall accident waiting to happen with all the uneven/ cracked pavement areas. We don’t like the rule that you can’t have a dog fence ( ours doesn’t go into the grass). The cable/ electric boxes have still not been replaced. We were hoping that under new ownership a lot of the repairs would have been made to improve t

Our stay was nice, however this is the first time we have been back in a while, and the new rules are quite extensive, especially for dogs. This is a KOA, not an elite HOA. Most sites need new concrete and power boxes, especially along the golf course. I tripped because tree roots broke the concrete pad. Checkin took way too long. Precheck was a joke. I still had to go inside and wait to checkin.

It was a pretty good stay with a few little things that we didn’t enjoy too much. Site was fairly level, and the hookups were close and easy. They have a lot of long term campers. Clean. Negatives; some of the long term folks really make the site their own with dogs off the leashes (actually came after our dog) kids screaming and yelling til after 11pm right outside. Most part, good though.

We had a great stay at KOA for the winter season! Every staff person we had interaction with was very helpful, courteous. So many activities! Just a fantastic place to stay for the winter.

Really enjoy staying at the campground( 8 years )- so much we are coming back in Dec 2023 until May 1 2024 . the only situation that is frustrating is the continual issues with getting food because of a broken oven in store - fixed and then broken again. Minor inconvenience . See things getting done with the new manager- front office very helpful and always pleasant !!!! Thanks Steve & Karla

The best KOA experience ever! The Staff is amazing. Rebecca in the office was so helpful in every way. Elizabeth too. The grounds crew keeps everything nice. Pools are clean and so many activities. Everyone is friendly. Made so many friends. Can't wait to come back.

I don't often give reviews but I took the time to give this review because this resort was outstanding We stayed here one night on our way to the Keys but it was one of the prettiest most beautiful KOAs that I've ever stayed out and I've stayed at hundreds.

Everything was very clean. The pools were very nice. We enjoyed looking at the golfcourse and canal as the view outside our campsite. There was plenty to do there. The only downside was the hot tub wasn't working. I would visit again.

We were only there for a single night but would definitely consider staying longer next time. VER gooY CLEAN washrooms - might be the best ones I've seen yet :) Laundry facility was good (we did one quick load). They Had ICE CREAM in my favourite flavour - cookie dough. Plus a big library. It's a great park - thumbs up all the way!

Wonderful facilities. Restrooms kept clean. Pools kept clean, warm, and operating. Excellent activities and management. Trash picked up regularly. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Great reservations experience. Great times.

We had a great spot, overlooking the golf course, the bath houses and laundry were very nice. Have a very good stay. Highly recommend this location.

We stayed for two nights. Nice sites. Pretty stocked camp store that serves food. Nice adult pool area with adult beverages served at the Shanty which is right in the pool area. Entertainment by the pool. Would stay again. Great huge flea market near by.

A little run down and no shade on our pricey upgraded pull through lot, broken concrete pads & trash around the ponds, playground & putt putt. Could use a lot of TLC. Bathrooms were very clean & the people that work there are all very nice. Great location, less than 5 minutes to Lake Okeechobee Pier for fishing.

Very friendly staff help me get set up make sure everything was right. We asked for two side-by-side sites and they made it work. We really had a great weekend. Thanks again for a great weekend stay.

Friendly service. Clean grounds. Excellent communication from the front desk. Beautiful camping area next to golf course. We will be back! Only issue was the old motor coach next to us was partying Saturday night till 3am, smoking and drinking with all lights on outside. Someone from the park should have driven by to ask them to tone it down and take it inside.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Okeechobee KOA. The customer service we received at arrival was great and our site was large enough for our 45ft 5th wheel and Heavy Duty Truck (HDT). The golf course was fun and we wrote a review about it on our blog (18holesandcounting.com) The pool was refreshing. There were plenty of things to do on site or near by. We rode the L.O.S.T. on our bicycles. Thx

Did not realize it was also a retirement type community. But other than that the place was nice the staff was pleasant. I would recommend and return again.

Location was great. Site was tired looking. Concrete pad (broken) with gravel lot was premium. Provided grill was dirty & did not work. Golf was shared with permanent rv park which abutted. Bathrooms were clean, laundry was clean. Did not stay on a night to rate entertainment.

Great campground! My only criticism is that I wish the campground had a recycling program, especially for aluminum cans and plastic bottles.

Les gens sont tres aimable. Le probleme est la gérance ( Encore ). Ils disent que c'est un KOA mais il y a des lacunes, Exemple certain lot ont plus de 2 véhicules, ( 174A ). La sécurité le soir est un peu désuete, nous ne pouvons nous plaindre car les bureaux sont ferme. des courses . Si c'est un KOA pourquoi un dépôt de $750.00 US. Sur la confirmation de la réservation il montre $100.0

I have been coming for 6 yrs and I love it there it's my second home. People are great new owners are getting things done in the park and staff is great. All and all its my little paridise. ����

Your new general manager has a way of rubbing people the wrong way. Reservations from the 1st to the 1st doesn't make sense. We all have time frames and they all don't fit his. He seems to say, my way or the highway. We understand the rules but he said if you don't agree with him, maybe it's time you move on. We've been there 6 years and have enjoyed the park and people
