It was a very nice location with golf course and many activities. My only suggestion is to maybe power wash twice a year, the inside roof of shaded area by the adult pool where tables are. Very dirty looking and not appealing or appetizing to sit and eat food there.

We really liked the camp ground, clean, safe and friendly. We wish we would have stayed longer….but we will definitely be back sometime.

It is nice to have a dog park, but the one at the Okeechobee KOA is so small. It could be twice as big if it were extended it to include the empty space on the east side of it. What would be even better, is to have two dog parks. Otherwise, it's a nice park and clean.

Location was great and so was the staff. Loved the amenities. I was a little bummed that the hot tub was out of service but everything else was great.

Was disapointed that the payground is STILL not up and running yet. The sail shades have not been fully replaced at the family pool. When I asked the staff on where to go for a playground for my kids they didnt know. They were willing to look at google maps which was thoughtful. But I didnt feel like they knew the area at all. Staff was friendly and our space was clean, so tha was good.

Wonderful stay. Staff were friendly. Campground was clean, pristine, and everyone was so happy to be there. Loved it! Can’t wait to go back (but for a longer stay… �)

Two-week stay for relaxing was great. Not destination for sightseeing - middle of cattle/dairy farms. Excellent weather! Friendly guests, locals & seasonals. Employee with trailered golf cart short cut through our site - SO NOT COOL! Same employee lobbed garbage - missed trailer. Broken hot tub. Lots of grumbling about new ELS owners and unfavorable changes. No Smoking at pool - not enforced.

I believe your service to supply power to each individual site should be an essential along providing WI-FI for the price you charge. Sharing a pole between another site is ridiculous. If you get there first you get the 50 amp but if not you get 30 amp. Fine then charge the individual less for ending up with a 30 amp when the reservation was for a 50 amp service.

We were surprised to find that the facilities and equipment were showing age and wear and in need of replacement. Examples are the pool chairs and the dog park. Staff was friendly and other guests were great.

Sites were good, pickleball courts are outstanding, laundry facilities are nice, poolside food options great. Sad we weren't told ahead of time that the hot tub is broken. Showers were clean water comes our hard and hits your body like needles. Please update the RV street names in Google so that emergency services could find us if needed. Only park model section street names are shown in Google.

The site was great. I wish the lunch box was open at 9th for breakfast. The staff was great the garbage pickup was amazing. We have bein there many times in the last 8 years we will be back

The kampground is kept very clean and orderly but, is so very tight, due to the layout probably set many decades ago when RVs were not so big. It’s quite expensive to stay there if you’re not into the property amenities (golf, baking in the sun by the pool, shows in the convention center, drinking at the Shanty, etc.)

For $100/night there should be free wifi at one's campsite. No fire ring. The women restrooms...the doors should swing out so one doesn't have to straddle the toilet to close the door. My husband said the men's were the same. The water spigot and dump drain are located too close together. Our neighbor kindly informed us the last guy had an 'accident' while dumping his tanks. Was not impressed. Felt like the park only catered to french Canadians and the return guests. We understand we were new to the park, we were going to stay long term. Very clicky feeling there. We also had a situation with a neighbor that pulled in and put up an abrasive canopy that touched our rig. We addressed it with the front desk. Was told it would be addressed. Never did. So we left.

Very nice KOA. Central location make this a great site from which to make day trips to the east or west coasts of Florida. Very nice facilities. Very helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed a two week stay.

Cable didn’t work well. The internet was sporadi. Lots a little small. Park was clean and people were very nice.

Enjoyed our month long stay. Most staff was courteous and our neighbors were wonderful. Our miniature pig Munchie enjoyed it too!

Stayed for one month. Front highway sign not lit up at night! Park needs maintenance, many concrete pads cracked. Poor communication of gate codes each week. Gate unsecured after office closes. Golf carts, bikers and vehicles running stop signs. Mail system antiquated, piles of mail just laying in open slots. Very important doc's just mixed with others in alphabetical slots. Poor management

we really enjoyed our stay and will rebook for next year and the next if possible. we enjoyed the 9 hole golf course on property and the Shanty bar. our site was great and spacious.

The staff were great - the site we had another matter, couldn’t use the whole pitch due to a badly broken base - had to buy extra sewer pipe and electrics cable, although there was no hesitation offering a discount

I would rate you higher but. No one cleans the rv spot before I get there. I know because the umbrella was all tore up and still there. Then I have to sweep and wipe off furniture. Just a few things would make you a 5 star. We come every year in a class A.
