Stay and things to do was OK. But I did not like the poor internet service was terrible. I could get better service from a hotel and not paid extra.

Wonderful staff and facilities. My rating is based on our site. Paid for the patio site. Cement on patio was cracked, grill was unusable due to rust, chairs around table were in bad shape. We ended up leaving a day early and went to a different KOA

Sites were not well maintained, concrete pads are all cracked and falling apart, laundry machines dirty and broken. Went to the office to ask for a late check out the night before and I was told I had to come back at 8am the next day to check if it was available for my site pay $20 and leave at 3pm... Well next morning I went to the office, the lady there was very rude "there is no late checkout"

Stayed in the super long sites(131) in the south west side of the campground for 7 nights. Heavy rains caused soggy ground and standing water everywhere (poor grading). A lot of sites need to be resurfaced. Adult and separate family pool are great as is the Shanty bar. We have been coming here for many years, and will return. You make enough money, so fix the place up a little.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Did not use any other amenities. Property was nice and clean. Seems to be lots of amenities.

All around great experience very comfortable cabin friendly staff and amenities. Only thing that wasn't good was lake Okeechobee as no fish bit the 2 days we were out

The campground has changed so much since we stopped camping there many years ago. The staff was friendly and professional but the grounds leave much to be desired. The children's play area was all broken, the mini golf for kids was not kept up or maintained. The family pool had way to much chlorine in the pool that my grandson's eyes were constantly burning. No one followed the rules. No returning

Very clean place, staff was friendly. They had entertainment by the pool and other activities. It was really nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We will be back. The entire staff was very pleasant and professional. A special thanks to Becca for sending her husband Mike over to fix our AC. Thank you, Mike. We are trying to plan a stay while relatives rent and stay in one of your friends and park our RV in a space nearby.

Honestly only like 2 people from their team were friendly and we paid for wifi and it was trash and free one was better and it should be the opposite.

Unfortunately we arrived when it was pouring down so we didn’t get to experience all the amenities. The site didn’t have gravel so everything was pretty dirty the next morning. We did really appreciate the pizza delivery service directly to our campsite and the pizza was affordable and really yummy! We would like to go back and explore more as the lake is big and looks fun!

Nice park. Looks like some areas are showing their age (play grounds, putt putt, game room, etc.) but the sites and amenities are generally very nice.

We were very disappointed to arrive with a very large group for an event, and then be told we were unable to sit in the pool and drinks outside next . Furthermore, we’re paying high rates to rent a spot or a cabin and being told if we don’t follow the rules well then we kicked out rules been having a drink by the pool why have a bar and offered beverages if we’re not able to drink them pools

Rented a cabin. Grill leaked gas at tank could not use a/c in bedroom didn’t cool properly. As far as personnel that I spoke to.everyone was very friendly and helpful the pool area was nice and banquet room was great

Not Handicap Friendly. Pool lift requires additional person to run lift. Bathhouse requires someone to open the door and no Handicap stalls and no Handicap rails in stalls. Showers have high ledge to maneuver over. Clubhouse has no Handicap doors to open or close.

On Thursday and Friday no drinks on the edge of the pool on Friday and Saturday there were drinks everywhere even in the pool on floats. We were not happy with your staff on Thursday our club will stay somewhere else next year for Unity weekend

The rules in place are running out the summer campers. Once the new campground is completed if KOA doesn’t improve their mentality and fix the rules they will lose a lot of business but I was told by an employee they don’t care they make enough profit from the yearly very sad it used to be a fun place

Everything was great except for wifi. Free wifi only at the pool? Huh? Hotels have free wifi for guests in the room, why not KOA? The KOA in Perry had free wifi, but not Okeechobee. Otherwise everything was fine.

We had a great time love the new T shirts craft for the kids Love the golf car parade and the site decorations contest dislike the playground still broken disklike only music at the adult pool I feel there should be a lot more activities for families like a large camp fire and camp singalong toast marshmallows need more family activities staff is wonderful it’s very clean

Very Disappointed in this stay at KOA I was very shocked to see All the Amenities that have been done away with as well as the lack of upkeep on the whole property from Cabins to Lawn Maintenance Also Very Unfriendly Staff Now I see why So Many are NOT Returning !!!!! Shame Shame

We found the camp grounds too quite compared to the past, a little boring. That camp ground use to be packed. The rules should apply to all occupants. No political flags? I saw a gay pride flag out in front of one’s camp sight……. Maybe that was an over sight on KOA. Hope this helps.
