We enjoyed our stay. The pools were nice, dog park was nice, the washer and dryers at the bathrooms need work. All out of order needs charge card pay instead of quarters. That curve is a very busy road would not recommend staying there.

We had a very nice stay and it exceeded our expectations. The deluxe cabin and resort were much better than the photos were online. We came with our kids and they enjoyed the pool tremendously. We will definitely be back.

Very disappointing that the hot tub is still under construction. Was very upset with being woken up before sun up on two days of a four day stay. Not sure why lawn maintenance is being done during "quiet hours" before the sun is even up. Literally they were mowing one day and weed eating another by flashlight at 6 am. I feel a refund is in order but that's up to you.

Enjoy our stay with a few problems. We liked the pool parties. Maintenance does a great job picking up trash. We were very disappointed the the hot tub was NOT working the entire time of our stay. The pickleball fence didn’t get fix while we were there. We not happy we couldn’t bring water into some of the events. washer was broke a lot. Have a great summer, see ya next year. Thank you

We booked a cabin with a kitchenette and ended up with basic cabin for 2 weeks, kept asking about an upgrade, no one helped us out. Fan in cabin was VERY noisy, no microwave. Hot tub was out, no tv for a week. The water temp in adult pool was way too hot. Onsite food wasn’t available, until a couple days before we checked out. What we did order was fantastic! Pickleball was 5 stars!!!!

Room was beautiful and very clean....so disappointed that WIFI was not free with the room payment. I had no internet to apply for the WIFI or was I told that there would be a charge for it. I had to go to friends site to use their WIFI. Not enough toliet paper in the room for a 4 day stay. I loved the experience of your park, so much fun. Would of got a 5 star if not for the WIFI mixup...

The KOA overall was great and well kept. The bath houses were in great shape and clean. The pool area was amazing and we used the community fire pit which was nice and clean. There was a plethora of options for stuff to do and the events that were going on were well organized. I would definitely visit again!

I was at site 86 booked for 5 days wanted to extend my trip for 3 extra nights was told I had to move someone booked my site for the day I originally booked to leave So we packed up and moved to a site the was rally not big enough for our camper! I checked my original site daily no one was there the hole entire time !!!! This really is upsetting. We asked to stay at site 86 was told no no no !!!

Elizabeth, front desk was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & patient with my questions & lack of tech skills! TY. Camping cabin was old but clean. TV was too small to see! I’ve stayed in many camping cabins that were newer for the same price. Bathroom& shower were very clean.Happy to have & used the campfire ring. Check in should b earlier than 3pm. if u have to leave at 11am.

This is a nice park with lots of amenities, but some of the sites are a little worn. Our concrete pad was so broken that we had trouble leveling and the electric/cable poles were in pieces. The sewer dump was also UPhill from the parking pad. If you go, spring for a pull-through: they're in better shape.

Generally a nice campground. However, utility connections are poorly maintained and sewer connections are typically uphill for most campers unless you are in a large Class A or Fith Wheel.

We need to be able to reserve a fire pit. By the time i got there on Friday at 2pm they were all rented out.

Had some trouble with booking and our stay was not confirmed. So when we arrived and realized we didn't have a reservation we got a little panicky but Peggy worked hard to find us a stop and after giving us a few choices we found a spot that worked out great. She was very accommodating and helpful. She is truly a great asset for your KOA! Thank you!

We needed a place to spend the night between Stuart and home, Crystal River, and Okeechobee KOA was a great stop-over. Reservation process was swift and easy. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly face who was awesome. The guide helped us get into our site with ease and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. I think we have stayed with you in the past, and it was great, too. Thanks.

Very dissatisfied with the WI-FI. We paid to have it for the week, not worth the money. Need to have better control of the rules, you state about the animals on a leash but a lot of the full time campers appear to make their own rules for this.

Every employee at the KOA was very friendly and helpful when needed. The cabin we stayed was very clean and comfortable. At this time we are looking into going back next year.

Overall, this is a nice park, though usually crowded. The only issue we have is the drunks driving around on their golf carts late at night playing music and being loud. I come to Okeechobee for work, so when I'm there I need to be sleeping at night because I have to get up early in the morning to get to work. Other than that, the place is great!

Has everything. Perfect community for snowbirds. Convenient to everything. Facility maintained and groomed. Our first time and it felt like (and probably will be) home.
