Nice campground. Had quite a bit of rain which flooded some roads on the campground as well as some tent campsites. Glad I was not staying in a tent. The site drainage is definitely something that should be looked at…

We came down for the long weekend with my mother in law and my daughter with her 2 kids it was amazing lots to do at the campgrounds 3 beautiful pool the plus side is they are heated pool, very clean nice people and beautiful campground

I was impressed with most of the staff they were very friendly and helpful accept for the one staff member who was very rude to my other half at the time or extinguishing fires. He literally walked up with a bucket of water and threw it on our fire and said it’s by-law you could get a fine. Other than that experience we had a great time and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Thank you

One of the best campground experiences ever! Every staff member was friendly and gracious and kind. Our site was clean and spacious. The indoor and outdoor pools were actually warm. The karaoke and band were a lot of fun. The bus stop right outside the campground was so convenient! This KOA is so close to Niagara Falls and all of the tourist attractions. We will be back!

Ce site de camping est fantastique! Les piscines sont très bien, le miniputt est bien amusant, les terrains sont très propres et le personnel est vraiment courtois. Les parcs à chien pourraient être plus grand, mais c'est déjà très bien qu'il y en ait et ils sont propres. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous souhaitons y retourner!

The campground was clean, neat and wonderfully kept. The staff were always available, friendly and easy to work with. All quiet hours were observed and gentle reminders were given when needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

There was a ton to do for everyone at this campground. There were activities for younger children based on a theme and lots to do like corn hole, mini golf, ping pong, etc for everyone. The campground was very clean and there was a consistent presence of staff. Very quiet at night, campfires out by midnight enforced, fun pools, convenient WEGO bus stop for getting to attractions.

You have a very well-run campground - check-in, facilities, grounds keeping. However, I would not be staying with you again. Your property is great for families with kids, but for old foggies like me and my wife the closeness of the sites, noise from kids playing, and the Saturday night band loudness is not our choice. Best of luck with your target market.

We enjoyed our stay in Niagara Falls Koa especially my daughter. There’s a lot of things to do, clean washrooms and nice staffs. We had so much fun staying there.

We had a pull-thru site and it was very nice! We liked all of the amenities! One of your employees - Rebekka -- was very very helpful with driving directions from the campground to the Peace Bridge.

Enjoyed our stay although our party mostly rested and Enjoyed the campground. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. Gift shop had plenty to choose from. Our Big Rig site was very nice, clean, and easy to get in and out. Would definitely stay again. Keep up the good work.

Stayed on site 120. Convenient to bathhouse and laundry and brand new dump station . Bathrooms were dated but clean and large. Plenty of showers and one even had a bathtub. We bought tickets for the WEGO bus in the camp store. This bus takes you all over downtown, including the falls. The bus runs every 15 min. during day and the stop is at the camp entrance.

The kids loved the pool here. The office staff was very helpful. It’s very convenient that you can buy a pass for some of the Niagara Falls attractions here and catch the WeGo bus right across the street.

Nous avons aimé la place, très propre, bon accueil, beaucoup d’infrastructures pour jeux et amuser les enfants, près de la ville et des chutes, transport en commun passe à la porte. Par contre terrain 164 face à avec le voisin, les feux à même pas 10’ l’un de l’autre! Pas d’intimité. Il y aurait place à un réaménagement. Sinon j’y retournerais probablement.

Clean restrooms in central RV area . Lots of attractions and eateries and wineries nearby. Pool is usually crowded. Many trees enough to shade vehicles. Our RV site 73 had a sewer connection that was too high for class A motorhome = some spillage unavoidable.I suggest you only allow trailers on that site.

Very nice place they have a lot going on there's an awful lot for the kids to do, they send you texts everyday about what's going on they keep you updated on all the events of the day. They have cutest cabins and they even have a little bar pub. you can just call them and then we'll bring you wood,, we are going back again for this long weekend.

This is a great park with numerous activities for the young ones, all the staff we came in contact with were pleasant and cooperative. The main reason I didn’t rate it a 5 was an issue with the campsite itself, they had installed a new standpipe for fresh water, it was too close to the ground that I couldn’t install our external water filter unless it was lying in the mud from recent rains plu

While the site we were in was large I do not consider this BigRig friendly. Too narrow to drive around and no room to hookup toad without blocking traffic. Lots of sites were shared. Definitely felt crammed in like sardines.

Very nice campground with lots of activities and clean amenities. Wi-if did not work inside of our camper or outside during the busy day time hours. Being in another country we really needed to have wi-fi. Sites we small even for a koa.

Great place to camp. But they need to put some money fixing up a lot of the sites. For the price of over a 100 dollars a nite

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
