What a joyful place to stay! Especially for families because there are so many options of things to do there in the park.

My stay was great! I noticed that there are some pipe systems that are continuously leaking water. I hope you would do maintenance on the leaking pipes soon. Also, I wish there were two showers for every washroom locations.

Very disappointing than what I paid. A lot of weeds on our campsites (we got three sites with full hook up) I was #90 patio furniture, very cute but landscaping looked terrible. Employees were nice …pool are nice. I just expected a very nice site.

Roads within the campground very narrow. We have a 33 foot travel trailer and it was very difficult to get the trailer backed in to our site with the length and the placement of firepits, hookups, picnic tables and other camper's vehicles. Because the sites aren't angled and are perpendicular to the road, this made it more of a challenge.

We loved our patio sight. It was so great to have so many activities for the kids. The bouncy bubble was a huge hit. The facilities were clean and staff was helpful. Pools were nice. It was quiet after 9 and I loved the fact that there were no teens buzzing around on golf carts. Only negative was that some showers had no water and there were only 4 machines in the laundry and one wasn't working.

The absolute best part of this campground is it convenience to the public transit line. Additionally, the staff assistance in getting the tickets, and directions for how to get to the Falls. My only complaint would be that they have some dog waste receptacles throughout the park. Having to walk up front to the closest trash receptacle was very inconvenient.

Loved the indoor pool, the site and amenities offered were very good. The best part was being right on the Wego bus line to go into the Falls area.

Niagara Falls KOA is an excellent place to camp. Clean park, friendly people, nice pool. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful campground with great amenities and so handy to the wego bus to the falls. Immaculate grounds and facility. The only thing that could improve the accessibility is handrails at the stairs to the washrooms located behind the office.

This was a nice KOA. Everyone there was friendly and loved their job. The bathrooms/shower house was kept clean. My family and I had a wonderful vacation.

All good here, must remember you are staying at the biggest tourist trap in Ontario. Sites are big enough however just big enough.

5 nights, 4 adults and 3 dogs. Convenient to the falls and other attractions. Campground was very clean, especially given the number of dogs we saw staying there. Showers were clean and had plenty of hot water. Camp store personnel were pleasant.

The camp ground was clean . pools were great Magan checked us in . Very quick . Brady always came by said Hello Chelsey always was cheery and gave my grand baby a hug. said nice to see you again.

We had a great stay. It was very close to all attractions and public transportation stopped right in front of the koa. They even sold the passes We needed. When we come back in the future we will stay here again

We had a great stay . Only thing our site was a back in and there wasn’t a lot of room once the other site that backed into ours was taken . Could not lower my back ramp :(

What we did not like....barking, barking and barking. Barking pass 11 PM the night I paid extra dollars to stay and enjoy July 1st. We also had to ask one of your rep to remove dog poo on our lot. Luc Moncion

We have stayed here quite a few times and are never disappointed! The staff are friendly, the park is clean, there are a TON of amenities for everyone. Even when it's really busy it's still a great place to be! We have a hard time camping anywhere else now because we love this KOA so much!

This was not a pleasant stay for us. The other KOAs were very pleasant and clean. The bathrooms were filthy. The site had overhanging limbs that I had to try and move out of the way before we could back in. We were not escorted to our site. It felt like staff was too busy for us when we checked in. Not a place we will revisit, especially at the price we paid.

It was a fantastic place to stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, and their were plenty of things for our family to do. The facilities and campground were clean and well organized which made our stay all the more pleasant.

While it is not exactly deep woods camping, it is handy to most Niagara attractions. The camp and the folks are nice. We spend a few days most years.

We were given a site that was a mud pit from a linking underground connection. My husband talked to maintenance and they said there was nothing they could do. Site 294. On July 1, a rock band played very loud annoying music close by from 7-10 pm which ruined the evening. The water leakage was again relayed at checkout and no courtesy or compensation was offered. May cancel all KOA reservations

The dog fenced sites look great, I would consider those sites in the future. We stayed only one night, didn't take time to explore the campground.

Really enjoyed our stay (eclipse 2024). Very thankful that the campground was able to open early for this event. Staff were excellent and super helpful. I would recommend. Thanks!

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
