The only concern I have is one of the workers. I think her name was chelsey. She was not nice. Not friendly at all. Seem like she had a chip on her shoulders.

This was my family and i's 9th straight year of coming there, and 11th time in the last 13 years, we love it, only issue we had was we ordered wood and they forgot to bring it to us, but then later it was rectified. Thank you for providing our family a safe and happy vacation

I really had a wonderful time at KOA , the deluxe cabin was excellent , I would come back and get the deluxe cabins again . Also the staff were so friendly , lots of places to walk . And lots of activities for the children , yes I would recommend it to friends and Family . I hope to come back again .

Cabins (deluxe) are very clean and a good size. Some cabins (no. 4) are slightly smaller which makes a big difference in the second bedroom. Some also only have one AC unit. Front desk staff can be a bit short and aren't as friendly/accommodating as other campgrounds. Amenities for kids are great and the program staff friendly.

We were very happy with everything this KOA site had to offer. Would definitely come back to this campground if we make a trip back to this area!

Camping cabin was good. Facilities and activities also seemed good. Skunks were entertaining. A group of campers seemed to claim the Kamp Kitchen as their own because their site was there. May it difficult for others. Same group also played music past 10pm without staff stopping them. Overall stay was good.

Always a great time at KOA. My infant enjoyed the activities. Staff are welcoming and friendly. We only had an issue with our BBQ grill. It took more than an hour for the grill to heat up, I believe the grill needs some cleaning as it looked like it was clogged when my husband inspected it. Otherwise we had a great time at KOA

Campground is clean and well maintained. Only issue is that after the very large rain, the fire pit for the cabin we stayed in was filled with water and unusable. It should be built up higher so that the water doesn’t pool in it. Other issue we had which was no fault of the campground, was that the cabin next door to us took our bbq while we were away and didn’t return it. Who does that?

We stayed in the cabin and it was great! Clean and all you need for a great stay. Staff is great and helpful. Many amenities and lots for kids to do! All in one vacation location!

Our stay here Is always good. The people are friendly, we feel safe, we don't worry about leaving chairs or belongings out overnight. Skunks and bees are an issue .... But, that's camping!

The park was very clean and the staff were lovely. There was a smell of sewer wafting into our cabin, unfortunately. One of the knobs on the stove top was not working. Apart from those two issues, our cabin was clean and comfortable. The outdoor set up was great.

We loved our stay! The deluxe cabin was very clean, just enough room for a family of 4. Nice outdoor area that managed to feel semi private even with cabins close by. LOTS of kids activities and loved that most were not an extra cost. Close to the falls and shopping/restaurants for anything you need. Friendly staff. Loved the pool options and the wading pool for our toddler. Will return!

Very nice campground. Lots of things for kids to do. Too many skunks wandering around all night. Friend’s dog got sprayed. When checking in, staff should mention this to people so they are aware.

Very nice campground - extremely family friendly. Deluxe cabin was clean and comfortable. All staff members that we encountered were very friendly. Would highly recommend and am looking forward to a future stay!

We were bullied, targeted and literally being followed the entire time. We were a group of 25 people including senior citizens and children and were there to have simple fun. Still we had a staff who had no other work but yo keep shouting at us the entire time.

C'étais très bien. Le nombre d'activités disponibles sur le campus valent le retour pour une autre fois. Nos enfants étaient ravis! Le petit inconvénient c'est le voisinage des mouflets dans la proximité de notre cabane. Sinon, tout a été magnifique ! Merci!

beautiful campground with plenty of kid stuff to do as well as your fur babies! We had the 28' deluxe cabin which was delightful with all amenities.

We enjoyed our stay, but the indoor pool was dirty/gross and the small wading pool was closed for most of the day we were there so we lost out on using it. When it did open the young girl working the area was so great with my son!! She deserves recognition ( going into grade 12 with dark hair in a braid)

The only beef we have it that the campfire needs to be put out at midnight. For those who have children , it doesn't give much of a time to relax and sit and enjoy the fire 1 am would be great .

The staff is always next level, so polite and willing to help! There were minor things that we encountered that were disappointing- our bed in deluxe cabin 18 was broken on the right front corner, so the whole bed would tip up if you sat there. And secondly, the private cabin wifi never worked which was disappointing because that's part of the benefit of those cabins, and we had to tether phones

I rented a cabin and RV site. The cabin had spiders. The RV site was flooded quite a bit. Made it hard to get in and out of the camper. For the most part I enjoyed the location and the people were very friendly. Will stay here again.

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
