Our major concern at your Koa are the fact that many sites have low hanging branches that can scratch the roof or sides of our expensive RVs. Also we had been given a site prior to our leaving last time and when we arrived this time they had moved us to another site with lots of branches. We should be notified of a site change. Everything else was perfect there.

We had a great time! Lots of things to do. Everything is very clean. Staff is friendly. Nice to be only 10 minutes from Clifton Hill but be away from the hustle and bustle and not feel like you're in the core of Niagara Falls. We will definitely be returning!

Though I was quite sick and didn’t get to enjoy all the park offered I lived the park. If ever back in the area this is where we will stay!

My only complaint is site 163 is way to small and felt like we were sitting on the side of a road with everyone passing by.

First time with a RV on holiday. Staff were friendly and explained things we didn't understand.

We had a great stay . The only complaint we have is that the staff as well the patrons drive way too fast in the campground.

Nice stay. The patio and the furnuiture were very nice. Impressed with the community area with the community firepit, table tennis etc. Love the two pools. Love the store and the ice cream/snack bar. Overall very well maintained and clearn. Couple -ve things: 1) long wait at the store for small purchase 2) not reasonable that teenagers need to be accompanied by adults to use the pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved being so close to the Falls and all the wonderful activities! We hope to make this an annual trip!!

Very quiet, clean and close to the Falls. It was easy taking the WEGO bus everywhere. I love swimming in the indoor pool!

Nice sites, a little too close for us. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Clean and nice handicapped accessible bathrooms. Dump station was easy to use.

Very nice stay. Sites are close with not much privacy. Patio a plus with friendly staff. Would like to see more amenities like tennis and pickle ball. Overall a nice quiet stay.

Great time at Niagara KOA as usual great sites. level, it rained one day lots of rain but didn’t see much water laying around in the sites for very long easy check in great staff staff golf carts could slow down a bit lol no lights on back ? Some trees could be trimmed a bit lots of rain this year so might be growing faster than they can keep up ( back one row over from my site 172 near tents

short 2 night stay. timed with music live show on site. super fun. nice pools and elaborate site for families and kids with all sorts of games and outside play space. very clean. a little late for curfew (midnight).

Great place, very clean, but if you book a back-in, you don’t get any privacy, your neighbour might be a foot away, also the location of the sewer of your neighbour is in your sitting area, so there is not a lot of sitting area left! Again very clean, but next time I would book pull through or the high end sites mend for big rigs!

Entry gate sucks had to get out every time and scan and rescan to get it to open We paid for full hookups but the sewage hookup at our site was higher by about 1 ft and sewage doesn’t run uphill!

We stayed for 5 nights while touring NF. We are 2 adults (mother and daughter) who were on site 58. For the most part, the park is well cared for has great facilities such as a store, laundry facilities, multiple pools, hot tub. On negative side our site was very close to the road with lots of in/out traffic. Also loud concert on Sat night til 10 PM. Could hear it even with A/C running.

Je n'ai pas aimer mon emplacement, j'avais réserver un coin 108 , 122. J'ai essayer de changer plusieurs fois mais sans cooperation de vos employés. J'avais réserver ce site en janvier 2023 alors peu de chance de me revoir sur votre terrain

Really enjoyed our stay (eclipse 2024). Very thankful that the campground was able to open early for this event. Staff were excellent and super helpful. I would recommend. Thanks!

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
