Staff was friendly & helpful — answered all our WeGo questions fully and gave us good info for getting around. Loved walking around & seeing all the different rigs at the campground, everyone seemed to be having a great time. Definitely would recommend.

ous avons adoré notre séjour au koa Niagara. Propreté, tranquillité, salle de bain ultra-propre. employer vraiment super gentil... À 10 minutes en voiture des chutes et centre-ville. Je vous le recommande et nous y reviendrons à coup sûr.

Really nice KOA. Very convenient location for everything Niagara Falls. Great Staff, decent internet access and WEGO Red line at your doorstep. A must stay for your visit to Niagara Falls!!

We were a reunion group of 64 from the US and Canada. The park location was perfect for those who wanted to see the Falls, those who wanted to visit local wineries, and those who wanted to golf. The park is clean, well maintained and well organized with many amenities not normally found in a campground. A perfect 10 for us!

In the 30 plus campgrounds I’ve stayed at,none have been as clean,well kept and groomed as Niagara Falls KOA. Staff were all pleasant,friendly and cordially.

Park had many amenities and it was fairly treed place. The bus is located conveniently in front of the campground.

Trop en ville... collé un sur l'autre. Nous ont facturés 30,00$ de plus pour un terrain avec câble que nous n'avons jamais eu. Les piscines pas très claires et c'est dommage car un bel emplacement. Les salles de bain très propres et spacieuses.

This camp ground was everything you see in the promo videos. It was clean, safe, full of activities, convenient to the sights (Niagara Falls). The campsite had just enough shade and the faculties were clean and plentiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great stay! Only negative is people leaving their pets in their RV while out for the day. We had them on each side of us. Dogs barked and wined the whole time the owners were gone.

It's the best Campground in Niagara Falls. Nice environment and pleasant staff. Roads are flat and are ini good condition. Recommendation: a must to fix shower room lock located in women washroom. Please schedule to remove garbage bin inside that shower room too. Water faucets for washing dishes need to be adjusted and please add strainers to prevent clogging.

Great facilities. Very well taken care of and very clean. Loved the pools and hot tubs. The location is perfect for visiting the falls.

KOA Niagara Falls is an excellent campground. Pictures & descriptions are accurate. We enjoyed our short stay & will be back.

Wonderfully clean as usual. Fairly quiet considering the amount of children on the weekend. Outdoor pool sparkling. Indoor pool a little cloudy on Monday from heavy shocking due to heavy use on weekend. Understandable. Have yet to enjoy the pub. Never seems to be open when we would like to go but looks like a nice venue. Washrooms are very clean with no wait. All in all we enjoy this park.

Sites were tight & ours was right behind a huge mud puddle. Had to park tow car in front of RV -made it difficult to get to RV without getting muddy.

Yah, I would of been there on the long weekend which I had booked already. But you raised the price per night so I cancelled the weekend, Falls KOA is getting too expensive and not necessary. I can go to other campground.

Great KOA. The only negative thing I can say: we were travelling with another couple and asked to be side by side. Never having heard the term “sister sites” we had “side by side” sites, while the “sister sites” (by far nicer than the sites assigned to us) sat empty for the time we were there. We sat in mud for 2 days. It’s up to you to offer these sites, when available.

Overall a good time. Friendly staff, no serious issues. The sites are rather small. We had an upgraded site, but our neighbours were extremely close. The sewer connections are raised, which makes dumping waste water challenging.

We stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. We actually didn't want to leave and will be booking for this coming Thanksgiving. It is very clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful!

The site is well positioned with lots of things to do and places to see. However the site itself is cramped and the pitches are very close together and some are also back to back. The patios are worthwhile as they give you more room and the furniture is great and well cared for.

Nice campground in a bad location unless you like to walk to your adult entertainment (pot and go-go's) located on the other side of the street. I wish this campground was located more north. Niagara-on-the-lake saved my trip from being a complete disappointment. Amazing town and bike trails. Best thing to do is keep looking at the car in front of you when you are driving out of the campground

This is one of the nicest KOA’s we have visited. Two heated pools, two hot tubs, great playground for kids, beautiful bathroom/showers. The sites were level and well maintained. We would definitely come back!

Really enjoyed our stay (eclipse 2024). Very thankful that the campground was able to open early for this event. Staff were excellent and super helpful. I would recommend. Thanks!

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
