The staff was helpful and friendly. Check in was easy and efficient. The grounds are nice and well-kept, with a number of things for kiddos to do. The spaces were incredibly close. When our neighbors opened their slide outs, they were so close to our picnic table I could rest my back on their slide (and yes, we moved our table in a bit). I was most concerned with lack of ventilation/mold in RRoo

Nice campground but too much road noise. We were put in the wrong spot and the road noise was awful. Could not even sit outside. Office discovered the mistake when trying to schedule a tour. Did change the rate but did not enjoy my stay in the overflow area.

Very clean campground and a lot to do. It is right next to the freeway and very noisy. We got a spot given to us right next to the freeway and my wife had to wear earplugs to sleep! Don’t recommend unless you get spot closer to office.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Niagra Falls/Grand Island KOA. The location was very convenient to the falls and easy to access. The campground's recreation amenities were wonderful! Our kids spent hours playing basketball, checkers, ping pong, and more. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

We had a great stay. The entire park is really nice, lots of flowers and landscaping. The staff was super helpful and all very nice. The location is great for all activities and sightseeing, Close to Niagara Falls and Lewiston.

The campground was lovely, with wide streets and nice landscaping. The location was fabulous for visiting the falls. Highly recommend a restaurant a few minutes away - 773 North. 773 North had amazing people and food. Overall - this KOA was great.

Friendly staff, well maintained park. Facilities were plentiful for kids. Sites were clean, well cared for, and easy access. Crews came around daily to collect trash. A bit of road noise from the highway but not too bad. We would stay here again

Stay 4 days in 38 ft class a motorhome. Easy access to Niagara Falls only 7 miles away. Nice showers Very friendly staff.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The campground is clean, well maintained and beautiful. Located within a 30 minute drive to a ton of things to get out to on a rainy day. We'll be back again!

Was very disappointed I was charged a late check out fee. Tried calling the office starting at 9:00 when they opened on the day of our scheduled departure. Left a message asking to extend our stay due to the rainy weather. Kept calling with no success. Finally walked to the office to ask shortly before 11:00 and was told we would have to move to another site to stay one more night!

This is our second visit to Grand Island KOA. Park is extremely well maintained with friendly helpful staff. It is conveniently located with short commutes to the American and Canadian Falls attractions.

From arrival to departure every interaction with KOA staff was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. The campground was well taken care of and maintained. Activities were plenty and a wonderful addition to our stay. We will be coming back again in the future and it is no doubt because of the friendly staff and well cared for campground! We loved our stay at KOA Niagara Falls!!

It was fine for our purpose but I felt some sites could be a bit nicer, aesthetically. It does look like you're upgrading so the newer sites were beautiful but they're too expensive. Staff was nice. Location proximity to falls was great.

Nice park, good location to get to Niagara Falls and the surrounding areas. We were in the "overflow" section all the way in the back of the park but it was still no issue sleeping, etc.

Very nice campground with a lot of amenities for kids. Even with all that though I can not see how they can justify a $100.00 plus per night for the spot. Also having gravel roads it was very dusty whenever someone was driving around. Overall a nice park, just to expensive. Day before I was to leave, sent me a text for 50% off if I wanted to stay any longer.

Heated pool wasn't heated and second pool needed work wasn't operable!! Bathrooms and showers need up dating put were clean.

Location, location, location. Great location for Niagara Falls. Staff was wonderful and suggested a Niagara Falls tour that picks up at the campground. Laundry was very clean and all the washers and dryers worked. Bathrooms were clean, WiFI great, as was cable. Also, if you're into Frank Lloyd Wright designed home, about 20 minutes away is the Martin Darwin home in Buffalo, NY.

We stayed at this campground to be close to Niagara Falls, and it was great for that. We didn’t use any amenities so can’t comment on those. Sight we had was narrow for our Class A motor home, but there were larger sights if you were willing to pay more. We were only there for two nights, so it was fine. Only slight complaint was that the cable tv service - about half the channels were fuzzy.

Overall a fairly nice place. However, bad directions with poor signage made it hard to find. We had no escort to our spot, which resulted in quite a a bit of confusion and a wrong turn caused damage to our coach. Somewhat expensive for a dirt slot.

Everyone we encountered at this KOA was friendly & helpful with any questions. The campground & facility was well maintained & clean. The staff was also helpful with recommending activities. We would recommend this campground!

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!! You gave us such uplifting from all our other things. You can never know how much it truly meant to us With gratitude, Wayne & Alan Ross
