We were tent camping with a Boy Scout group. The weather turned awful and the campground was able to hook us up with some cabins. Thank you?

Called and made reservations months early only to get there and find out they only had one handicapped accessible cabin which was given to a different couple that didn't look handicapped I did not see a plate or a sign in the window we called four or five times before we made the trip 7 hours to the campground just for the nutella's too bad so sad not very friendly or understanding I won't be goin

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Island KOA. We rented a cabin to visit the falls and view the total solar eclipse. The campground is beautiful with lots of amenities, and there are restaurants and shops within easy driving (or biking) distance from the KOA. We were there too early in the season to appreciate the pools, but this would be a great place for a warm-weather stay.

I was so happy with our cabin! We had trouble with our lock but after texting the front desk, someone quickly came and fixed it.

Very nice cabins, would have given 5 stars if the bathrooms weren't such an issue. The ones closest to me there 4 and 2 of them were out of order and the other 2 kept being locked out

This was our second time staying here! As always very clean, and friendly- They handled the eclipse with grace, for sure. There were some closed bathrooms but it didn’t impact our stay as the others were always super clean and wait was minimal to no wait at all. We’ll be back!!

The heater was not working in the cabin, the refrigerator was not working, there were no sheets on the beds. There were so many empty single room cabins, but the guard gave us a two room one and when asked he said everything was booked which didn’t make any sense, I want a partial or full refund for my stay this is not how it’s done

everything was extremely well kept. the large fire pits were extremely appreciated. the weather was cold and wet but we were able to have large fires. we wore our rain gear and enjoyed many laughs and stories. would certainly return again.

We stayed in cabin 44. It was a disappointment compared to other cabins there. The front door was disgustingly dirty and the door knob doesn’t turn properly. The worst part was the bathroom… sprayed over half of the tub and part of the wall looked like blood but I think it may be wood stain but it should be cleaned up. We didn’t use it.

our stay was great. I do wish that the bathroom area did have a little more lighting at night to feel a little safer and that the man cleaning charcoal out of the grill before we were checked out and sleeping in to wake us up didnt happen. However everyone was very friendly and helpful and we will def be back. cabins were clean the bathrooms were very clean.

The only fault we found was that your one room cabins do not have a space heater. Saturday night was very cold.

Absolutely Wonderful �� When we realized we were going to arrive after closing, we contacted the office to let them know. Bob couldn't have been more accommodating. He even walked over to our cabin to open the door and turn the light on for us!! Super Clean! Lots of activities for all of us. I would highly recommend KOA all day!!!

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin, and we had a wonderful time. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and new. The cabin had a large private outdoor sitting area with a BBQ and fire pit which we enjoyed each night. The property was conveniently located to Niagara Falls. The KOA property was clean and beautiful, and the staff was kind.

Only 1 recommendation, add path lights around the sidewalks. When walking to the center cabins at night it is very dark and path lights would be extremely helpful. But it is a really pretty campground

Had s very nice time , nice and peaceful . l enjoyed seeing the leaves fall , and the beautiful , different colored leaves , the staff are very nice , and they make you fell welcomed , their is a Tim Hortons close by and a plaza , with different stores and acouple different resturants , very convient , in walking distance .

Love the staff, and experience. However, the TV promised in C49 either didn't work the entire time or was so poor quality it was unwatchable and they just seemed to give up on helping each night in exasperation. Only received partial amount of a refund that was promised.

Most of the staff was very friendly and the campground was pretty well taken care of. We just had a hard time sleeping at night due to the road noise and it was a little expensive.

This was by far the best KOA we have ever stayed at. We don’t have young children but it would be a children’s paradise. The sites are roomy and my daughter had a cabin and it was equally nice. Great stay.

The KOA Grand Island is such a beautiful gem of a place, so many amenities. Close to the falls and Buffalo. Couldn't ask for a more friendly staff. Everyone was so helpful. We would stay again

We loved all the activities for the kids, also enjoyed the nice grassy campsite, the beds in cabin were not great at all but otherwise everything was awesome. I wud definitely recommend to my friends with young children... thanks .

We had such a great time at the KOA,The cabin we had was beautiful and very specious. My daughter's had so much fun in the heated pool and jump pads. There are games all over from bochi ball, chess, and bean bag toss. Two playgrounds, two fishing ponds. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Had A Beautiful and relaxing time , didnt want to leave , the camp ground us so relaxing , all the campers are nice and say goid morning to you and also the staff are very friendly and nice , my time always goes fast , when I am their . I also enjoyed the arts and crafts and doing the tie dye shirts and movie night , and the campfire with the smores , they were delicous . Thank You !!

The grounds are very nice. Our cabin was not well prepped. Low on shower soap, not enough towels, wash rags and no dish soap.

Great KOA! Great level sites and a friendly staff. Lots of fun for kids-2 pools, 2 playgrounds,paddle boats, a jump pillow and a jump pad. Also, lots of other games and activities. Only about 10 minutes to the falls.

Beautiful place. Well maintained. Plenty of family things to do. Spacious sites. Some are not as level, but not too bad. Very convenient access to Niagra falls.
