We were in a 44 ft. Class A and were assigned a site in the overflow area in an area with smaller RV’s. Site was tight and crowded. Other larger coaches had sites with more room. We were not offered one of these sites. Did enjoy the staff in the store and the convenience of buying tours there. Good location near the falls, Canada, and Buffalo.

It was a very nice KOA but we arrived at night 1030 pm and many spots were open we parked in one right up front it had a very nice concrete pad with chairs and table and a fire pit… so we went to fill out the thing to put in night drop box and looked and looked for a price rate nothing clearly marked so in morning we were charged $195. For the night! Wow felt like highway robbery!! Nice amenitie

Booked well in advance and still was in a parking lot spot at the back with all the highway noise. Bathrooms were never cleaned and were very dirty. Terribly over priced for a parking lot. Small pool and tiny areas for dogs to go. Will not be back or recommend to others. Disappointed at the quality of a ‘Holiday’ KOA.

Love this campground! We had to switch sites because our first was soooo uneven, And yes it was the KOA Patio site! Just pop more gravel and fix them… there are quite a few! Our new site was level … no shade but thats ok. Also, the cabins had parties with smoking pot all night… we had to go in because it stunk so bad……yes I know it’s legal in NYS but cmon…..

Have stayed here previously and liked your KOA very much. Presently sites are just too expensive for what you get. (Section D is terrible and would never want to stay in that area). Many of the patio sites were vacant on a Friday night in the middle of July which should not be the case. Perhaps if the owner was charging a more reasonable price these sites would have been booked.

The price was one of the highest per night we have ever paid. If we weren’t KOA members and didn’t have friends and family give us KOA gift cards as gifts we probably would stay somewhere else. The staff was pleasant but the bathrooms by the playground and pool were very dirty and they don’t enforce the speed limit at all. Vehicles were traveling way too fast all the time.

It was a great place, with many amenities. Our site (C-30) was a setting but really too short to park tow. It was also a “loud” site because of proximity to Rex center and a lot of kids playing and screaming outside. We had issues hooking up to the cable and the office promised to send someone out to help but they never did and we did not ask again. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Nice location with lots of amenities. Not a ton of shade, but nice grounds nonetheless. My only complaint would be the bathrooms, they felt so old & dirty. Definitely need an upgrade on those.

Lots of activities for the kids, and close to Niagara Falls. Staff is clearly overworked and tired. The bathrooms near the heated pool smelled like mildew and the heated pool was cracking in the corner (border line dangerous).

Pool was in rough shape - liner was ripped and falling in Pool bathrooms smelled like a dead animal and were not clean Prices were very high… $12 firewood? Tops down the road had it for 6 Garbage pick up in morning - had to have garbage sit in site all night instead of having it picked up in evening No one enforces speed around camp- many vehicles seemed to be exceeding

Pricey from my 10 months of experience - But 1) nice patios if you paid that premium includes a nice table set, fire ring and landscaping. Cabins had grills. 2) 20 minute $2 bus ride each way to the Falls if no car. 3) great Wi-Fi. Beware when booking - one section has a roller coaster along side it and another a major highway. Basic sites are nothing special.

The campground is solid and the location near the falls is great. My ratings are not maxed out for a few less than perfect reasons. We had a premium site but there was no Weber grill provided as I’ve grown accustomed to on other KOA premium sites. The restrooms were not as clean as expected and the hand dryers were sorry.

Convenient proximity to Niagara Falls National Park. We saw everything we wanted to see in the area! On our last day, we mostly stayed@ the Kampground& enjoyed a day just to relax there. Made use of the pool & kids enjoyed the jump pad. LOVED the atmosphere. The BEST Kampstore: convenient and ALL the staff were friendly and helpful. Suggest coin machine &soap vending @laundry for night time.

We stayed on the backside of the park. Interstate noise is TERRIBLE! If it rains, it floods also. Gravel needs to be updated on the roads. If KOA would evaluate their pricing and make it affordable for all it would be nice. Not all need a dog fence or patio area but don't want to pay an higher price just because! Laundry room was neglected and needed cleaning daily with the amount of campers.

The pool was extremely dirty and looked like it had not been clean. The sites are extremely narrow. We believe we were in an area that had seasonal campers and we weren’t able to put our our awning due to the closeness of the other campers. The sewer of the camp site next to us was directly outside of our door which our neighbors left their valve open. Our site had leftover trash and dog poop.

Our site was across from pool and play area. The rail swing, which doesn’t work right, was noisy. Our kids wanted to actually leave the pool since was hair and 2 band aids floating in it. The light from main area was so bright it made sitting outside at night annoying. Bathrooms were disgusting. Very disappointed considering the price for this location. Only positive is short drive to fall

wonderful time here. Best KOA i have ever been at. Would definitely stay again. Staff friendly, place very clean, plenty to do.Individual sites are well landscaped and the whole place is well taken care of.

This location is convenient for your tourist travels to the Falls. It's well maintained. Has two swimming pools and a number of other amenities to keep the kids busy. Convenient city bus takes you right to the Falls. However, I think it is overpriced for a campground with a LOUD highway nearby. If you're using it as a base for visiting, it's okay. Not if you plan to stay longer.

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Site was clean and easy to access and setup. Campground was very clean and plenty of space to talk the dogs for a walk ! I mentioned to family would don't have campers about the little cabins there, so they might be coming up and staying in one of them. Campground was very close to the falls and almost anything you may need.

On checkout day we had some issues and were a little late getting the motor home back on the road. The park was almost empty. The lady calls my cell phone and leaves a message that if we are not gone in another 15 minutes she will charge us for another day. Not the kind of hospitality we expected after travelling up the east coast going from KOA to KOA! Their rates were $165 to $215 a night!

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!! You gave us such uplifting from all our other things. You can never know how much it truly meant to us With gratitude, Wayne & Alan Ross
