You are the same as Jellystone in Java NY and 100 dollars more. The amusement park that is afility with you camping is not in good shape at all. We will not be staying at another KOA as the cost are way higher than the competition.

We’ve had good experiences here in year’s past but this stay was different. We rented a deluxe cabin, as well as our family so altogether our group rented 4 cabins. All of us slept terribly, the mattresses and beds were really bad. I don’t remember them being like this in the past. The whole bed moves if you so much as blink. Campground was very clean and staff was very friendly. Back pull thru sites close to Interstate. Amenities are top notch. Pool had problems when we were there. All in all we would stay there again �

This was my second stay here and I took my kids with me this time. With that said, there was a very strong marijuana smell Friday and Saturday night. Also parking was tight as all the spots in the dedicated lot were taken by cars without permit tags. My kids had a blast and it was their first time camping so it was a success but camp site B38 where we stayed shouldn't be a premium site.

My first time at KOA and I wasn't disappointed. Plenty of things for kids and the young at heart. The pocket park is where is at! The cabin was nice and clean. Had everything I needed and clean facilities.

The staff was really friendly and courtesy they had to make different arrangements for my stay but made the changes fast prompt and with no problem had a great stay this weekend with family

I’m not sure how this KOA is a Holiday. Not maintained to the standard you would expect. Very uneven sites and roads. Pool filthy and the shutdown our last day. Cable didn’t work. Premium site where landscape was nothing but huge weeds. Convenient location but I would much rather drive further. Will definitely not stay again.

Wish they would leave the gate open to the amusement park a bit longer. Especially if the train breaks down thank you � everything was cute hope to see it get bigger and better

This KOA is okay, the only problem I see is everytime we stay there we're right next to the Freeway and all the noise. The was a yellow jacket nest in out electrical box. They did take care of it. Other than the Freeway it's a pretty good campground.

Great amenities and very nice staff. I was not impressed with our site, It was so tight you were either eating at the table right next to the adjacent sewer connection or you had to figure out how to have a fire without setting the neighbors car ablaze. Pull through sites at every KOA we've stayed at are usually reasonably spacious, but we learned our lesson. They need to freshen up the gravel.

I was dissapointed that the KOA was basically a parking lot. Not many trees for shade. There were issues with the pool, the shower houses seemed dirty. Fire wood was over priced. Staff was friendly.

I really enjoyed myself , and got the rest and relaxion , I needed , the pool is heated , so you just get right in , and I enjoyed the hot showers and enjoyed playing free bingo , I won and I usually don't LOL also enjoyed seeing the little rabbits running around , � I didn't want to leave .

A quick, local getaway with my husband and 3 yr old son turned into a weekend full of great memories! The grounds were extremely well taken care of, I didn't see trash anywhere or anything that was overgrown. Staff was very helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Special thanks to Dennis for working hard to clean out our totally flooded fire pit! We will be back!

We stayed here last year and we’re so excited to return! I saw a few recent reviews about the upkeep of the pool but the pool was awesome! It was warm and clean and any imperfections that were complained about were exaggerated. The owners did lots of upgrades from last year. We couldn’t even get to everything! I love the comfy beds, fire pit patios, and propane grill.

VERY DUSTY going in and out. No excuse for using that gravel that crushes to power easily creating the dust base in dry, dirty “stick to everything” when wet. I’ll never drive my clean tad axle in there again. That I can assure you.

I live only 6 miles away and have driven past the campground often. That said, I had no idea how much the property had to offer! I brought my young son and nephew for an overnight getaway and we had a blast! Paddle boats, jumping pillow, fishing, swimming, ping pong, bingo, sitting around the campfire - all great memories for us.

The campground and workers were very nice. However, our site was terrible. We were on the last row of pull through sites. There was no yard space between sites. When it rained, our site was a river & mud. I feel that more gravel needs to be brought in on those sites for setting up campers and they need to have less sites in that area to give campers more space. I expected more from a Holiday KOA.

The restrooms were not clean. They were not handicapped accessible: it was hard to get a walker though the doors. There were no handicapped accessible bathrooms. For the high coast, I was surprised how basic everything was. Otherwise I appreciated the ease to get off and on the highway and the friendliness of the staff.

Cabin got flooded, pools not open when they were supposed to be, lining of pool ripped with a gaping hole, no golf cart rentals, cancelled events. Friendly staff very helpful and willing to help.

Simply great. The location has easy access to restaurants and a grocery store, and as always KOAs have good amenities onsite.

The girl working the desk that checked us in was so sweet and helpful. She helped book our bus tour. The rest of the grounds staff was not friendly. We had a nice spot with a shower house directly behind us, but the next morning when I went in every toilet was overflowing it was disgusting. I will say the maintenance guys were quick to get it fixed. Overall a nice place to stay for Niagara.

The cabin wasn’t clean like I expected, had to spend some time cleaning it then the main rec area wasn’t clean either, bathrooms were awful and dirty and shaded area had big spots of water from the rain and it was messy. You’d think the staff would clean up water so no children or adults slipped but didn’t see a staff member anywhere.

We stayed with our grandchildren and there was plenty to do at the Koa and in the area. We have traveled through many states and stayed at many Koa campgrounds and are members and we felt your price per night was high, even though it was peak season.

Hubby Property Engineer and I also employed here as housekeeper. Excellent management team. Great clean, friendly campground near Niagara Falls.

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!! You gave us such uplifting from all our other things. You can never know how much it truly meant to us With gratitude, Wayne & Alan Ross
