Very clean but camp sites are to close to one another and the price per night is out of line with many other camps.

This was the best KOA out of the 6 we have stayed at during our 6 week trip. There are 3 important boxes to check off for me at any campground. The most important thing is that the sites are level and nicely maintained. Our site was both. Secondly, they must have great WiFi. This one was great! Lastly, it must have a clean, convenient well-kept laundry facility. Not so convenient.

Our stay there was wonderful, staff was helpful and Friendly lots to do just at the campground and met some neat campers too.

It was three nights. We visited NiagRa Falls for two days and the tour bus picked us up at the campground. It was great to have a break from driving. We had a fire every night and ate dinner on our patio. One note to kOA , the wood we bought from their store was wet so it did not burn well. Thanks for a great stay.

The KOA Grand Island is such a beautiful gem of a place, so many amenities. Close to the falls and Buffalo. Couldn't ask for a more friendly staff. Everyone was so helpful. We would stay again

We loved all the activities for the kids, also enjoyed the nice grassy campsite, the beds in cabin were not great at all but otherwise everything was awesome. I wud definitely recommend to my friends with young children... thanks .

We really enjoyed our stay at the Niagara Falls, Grand Island KOA campground. It is a great campground: wonderful pool and game area, lovely grounds, and very pleasant and helpful staff in the office!

We only stayed for one night but you certainly have a beautiful place with lots of extra amenities. Looks like a perfect place for families with the large, heated pool, playground, bounce pad, ping pong tables, chess, checkers, basketball, Gaga ball, bocce ball and other fun games. Lots of cabins/cottages and lovely landscaping. Your staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location. About 7 minutes from Niagara Falls. Decent WIFI. Good cable TV. Staff are great. My site was long enough for the RV and toad. My site was level. Quiet and peaceful. Washrooms and showers are clean, great water pressure and no shortage of hot water. I would stay again if I was in the area. The only negative is the sewer connection is too high, difficult to empty tanks.

It was the best KOA we’ve been to. Yes it was small, but the sites were very nice. The staff was excellent and we loved the big area with all the games: ping pong, corn hole, Gaga ball, chess, bocce, connect four, etc. near the heated pool. So much stuff to do! The crafts were organized and fun. We had a site with a kennel for our dog. The only downside was all the hornets flying around the site

Pleasant KOA. Some nice features such as laundry and proximity to attractions. Bathroom light that goes out halfway thru a shower is disappointing for a relatively expensive park.

We were very close to the highway which we didn’t realize. If we return I will pick one of the patio sites up front. The rec area was very nice. Great for little kids which we don’t have.

We only had one night there during off season on a week day. Very quiet. Clean. Heated pool was open. Very nice!

Hello The campground was great, clean bathrooms and showers. The Maintenace Man was extremely nice, we arrived late as he was already locking up the pool area and he allowed us to jump in the pool even though it was closed, as he was cleaning and locking things up for the night. He could have easily said no, however, he went out of hi way to accommodate our late arrival.

We had a gret time in Niagara Falls. The campground offers spacious sites and activities for adults and children alike. Definitely would stay there again if we return.

We had such a great time at the KOA,The cabin we had was beautiful and very specious. My daughter's had so much fun in the heated pool and jump pads. There are games all over from bochi ball, chess, and bean bag toss. Two playgrounds, two fishing ponds. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Had A Beautiful and relaxing time , didnt want to leave , the camp ground us so relaxing , all the campers are nice and say goid morning to you and also the staff are very friendly and nice , my time always goes fast , when I am their . I also enjoyed the arts and crafts and doing the tie dye shirts and movie night , and the campfire with the smores , they were delicous . Thank You !!

Very helpful staff! Niagara Falls tour tickets can be purchased in the office and shuttle pickup from the office makes it very convenient!

The grounds are very nice. Our cabin was not well prepped. Low on shower soap, not enough towels, wash rags and no dish soap.

Location was good. RV sites were decent. Cabin could have been a bit cleaner. Bathrooms were not cleaned very thoroughly. Sinks and counters appeared to have been cleaned while we were there. Shower and toilet stalls and especially floors were not kept clean at all. I would stay again in our RV but not a cabin where I had a need for the bathroom.

This trip was bad and we usually come numerous times a year. Cabin was dirty, bees were swarming the whole cabin area. Under patio and fire pit were dirty and had cans from previous people. One of the pools were closed which they didn’t state.

Wonderful KOA, resort like. Lots of amenities for the entire family. A bit too pricey, but we were there on a holiday so maybe that added to the per night rate.

This is one of the nicest KOA’s. I love how the cabins are intermingled with the camping sites. It’s also very clean and well kept. This was our second stay there and I’m sure we’ll be back again.

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!! You gave us such uplifting from all our other things. You can never know how much it truly meant to us With gratitude, Wayne & Alan Ross
