We enjoyed our stay again this time. The only complaint we have as a family was that the bathrooms were never very clean, we found ourselves having to clean them before we used them each time :(

Had a great time with family and kids enjoyed the holiday activities. Wish the pool was opened earlier to enjoy heated water. Would like to recommend possible wooden stockade fence at rear camping area to block out noise from highway for those camping in the back. Also it may deflect vehicle exhaust and visual traffic .Other than that everything was great,see you again. Great job!.

I would like a refund or credit!!! The website stated HEATED pool. It was FAR from heated. If we had known it was not heated we would not booked a site!!!

The sites in the C section are tight. The camp store is amazing. The pool was not clean for just opening. The paw pen sites are a great idea!

Cons: There was not near enough bathrooms for a busy holiday weekend, or cleaned&supplied enough. Unloading was a nightmare with bringing a wagon down a steep hill, no ability to unload your car at the cabin. Our cabinB31 had a door that dragged on floor and a broken screen. We also had carpenter bees. No way to have fan on light off at night. Pro: lots of staff avail, good activities, clean pool!

We absolutely love it. We try to go to this KoA at least once a year. Tons for the kids to do. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it!

We had such a wonderful stay that we didn't want to leave! We tried to extend our stay, but our cabin had already been rented out. Hopefully we can come back someday!

It served its purpose. We needed a place to stay after seeing a concert at Artpark and the Lewiston KOA was full. Not our type of camping. Plant some trees! It’s essentially just a parking lot with everyone stacked next to each other. We like privacy and woods. It’s loud without trees to absorb some sound. Dogs barking were out of control. Facilities were clean.

My family and I have been camping at KOA's for year's and always had an enjoyable experience this time was terrible. I paid 550.00 for no sleep and a freezing cold pool that was supposed to be heated. There was no security for the playground which meant kid's can play on it all hour's of the night and morning. When I mentioned it to the office they dimissed my concerns. it was a terrible vacation

Kid's were at the playground through The night and early morning. It should not open until at least 10am so families can sleep in on their vacation also you should have security have it locked at 9pm with no access. The heated pool was freezing. We were disappointed during our stay this time

Absolutely beautiful location. Well maintained sites and easily maneuverable with the largest of rigs. Campground has TONS of recreational stuff for kids. Lots of little dog areas. Our only complaint is that the dog areas were small. With all that they have we wish they had a dog park / playground with more space for bigger dogs to run and obstacles. That would just make this place all star.

The staff were the nicest we have dealt with at all the different KOAs we have been to. The sites were well maintained, lots of activities for the kids. 15 minute easy ride to the falls. Traveled 7 hours to this KOA, would definitely do it again.

When we arrived there was a garbage bag in our cabin with garbage remaining and the dishes weren't as clean as I would have expected. In addition, our cabin could sleep up to 8 but there were only 6 towels. Overall the staff were pleasant, helpful and it was so nice to be guided to our cabin and the garbage pick up daily was nice. Overall we would come again just some tips for future.

The amenities were good. Lots of activities for all ages. The staff were friendly and gave great recommendations on where to eat. Unfortunately the pull thru site that we were in, was so tight that we couldn’t open our awning all the way because of a tree and the traffic noise from the highway was quite noticeable.

"Excellence", professionalism & knowledgeable and accommodating staff has created a world class campground! Was great to be surrounded by beautiful, clean sites, which were consistently immaculate & refreshing not to encounter 'junky' sites w/ seasonal or full timers, who don't respect what it means for travelers to get away. Will be back, highly recommend & KUDOS for creating a beautiful space!

Nice staff, wonderful, huge personal dog park just for our dogs. The only thing is not being able to ride the bus with everyone who was going to Niagara Falls because no motorized wheelchair access. But would definitely recommend the koa to friends and family.

Great KOA! Great level sites and a friendly staff. Lots of fun for kids-2 pools, 2 playgrounds,paddle boats, a jump pillow and a jump pad. Also, lots of other games and activities. Only about 10 minutes to the falls.

Beautiful place. Well maintained. Plenty of family things to do. Spacious sites. Some are not as level, but not too bad. Very convenient access to Niagra falls.
