It was a very nice KOA but we arrived at night 1030 pm and many spots were open we parked in one right up front it had a very nice concrete pad with chairs and table and a fire pit… so we went to fill out the thing to put in night drop box and looked and looked for a price rate nothing clearly marked so in morning we were charged $195. For the night! Wow felt like highway robbery!! Nice amenitie

Lots of things to do for the kids!! Only thing I'd complain about it the bathrooms. They were not cleaned or stocked with toilet paper multiple times.

Booked well in advance and still was in a parking lot spot at the back with all the highway noise. Bathrooms were never cleaned and were very dirty. Terribly over priced for a parking lot. Small pool and tiny areas for dogs to go. Will not be back or recommend to others. Disappointed at the quality of a ‘Holiday’ KOA.

Campground & staff NEED improvement! Upon arrival we were not provided with the usual run down of a campground (what they have to offer, where facilities are, etc). The pools are in BAD shape and not even opened on time. Bathroom showers are full of black mold. Staff was constantly on their phones texting and not paying attention or verifying campers. In hindsight, we could have stayed for free.

Love this campground! We had to switch sites because our first was soooo uneven, And yes it was the KOA Patio site! Just pop more gravel and fix them… there are quite a few! Our new site was level … no shade but thats ok. Also, the cabins had parties with smoking pot all night… we had to go in because it stunk so bad……yes I know it’s legal in NYS but cmon…..

Very nice place, easy to get to Niagara Falls from here (driving or bus). We chose to drive to Niagara (small bridge toll) when we stayed. Plenty of things for the kids to do. Cable was out (I was told that a mower ran over the cable). I would have given it 5 stars but our cabin silverware and cups were slightly dirty and it was a tad pricey per night.

Very poor experience from the get-go. Mislead regarding climate controlled rooms and no resolution able to be reached within timely manner other than to vacate and leave for a local motel/hotel. Will not be back. 97 bucks down the drain to lay in a hot cabin until time to check out the next AM. Would have been better to bring a tent. Will not be back.

Have stayed here previously and liked your KOA very much. Presently sites are just too expensive for what you get. (Section D is terrible and would never want to stay in that area). Many of the patio sites were vacant on a Friday night in the middle of July which should not be the case. Perhaps if the owner was charging a more reasonable price these sites would have been booked.

Koa was great! Pools were very nice and clean. Lots of games to play and things to do. Bathrooms were very clean. Only thing is have to wait a long time just to use bathroom because all of them have showers . Might be nice to have separate bathroom for just toilet. Otherwise was a great stay!!!

The price was one of the highest per night we have ever paid. If we weren’t KOA members and didn’t have friends and family give us KOA gift cards as gifts we probably would stay somewhere else. The staff was pleasant but the bathrooms by the playground and pool were very dirty and they don’t enforce the speed limit at all. Vehicles were traveling way too fast all the time.

Staff were great! The cabin we stayed in was nice but could have used a little bit of a good cleaning. The showers and toilets areas were clean, however, maybe a few more would make it better. We did notice that the "accessible" toilet was not super accessible, as it did not have a power door which would make it hard for someone in a wheelchair to access independently. overall, great experience!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. We liked our stay for going to Niagara Falls and having a place to cook, relax, and have campfires. Some things that would have made it better: the cabin was not ready for 1.5 hours after check-in which was frustrating. The zip-line does not work at the playground and the crowded pool needs repaired.

It was a great place, with many amenities. Our site (C-30) was a setting but really too short to park tow. It was also a “loud” site because of proximity to Rex center and a lot of kids playing and screaming outside. We had issues hooking up to the cable and the office promised to send someone out to help but they never did and we did not ask again. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Quiet hours were not enforced. There was a large group in the cabins near our tent site that were up until 2 am our first night and midnight our second. The location and amenities were great and staff were pleasant. Our tent site was not well maintained. Mud patches were everywhere, which caused pooling under our tent during the rain and in the one large patch, we had seepage into the tent.

Nice location with lots of amenities. Not a ton of shade, but nice grounds nonetheless. My only complaint would be the bathrooms, they felt so old & dirty. Definitely need an upgrade on those.

The facilities and amenities were great. However, the campers next to us were extremely loud after quiet hours with music and yelling. We had to ask him to quiet down, but it’s still did not stop.

Lots of activities for the kids, and close to Niagara Falls. Staff is clearly overworked and tired. The bathrooms near the heated pool smelled like mildew and the heated pool was cracking in the corner (border line dangerous).

Pool was in rough shape - liner was ripped and falling in Pool bathrooms smelled like a dead animal and were not clean Prices were very high… $12 firewood? Tops down the road had it for 6 Garbage pick up in morning - had to have garbage sit in site all night instead of having it picked up in evening No one enforces speed around camp- many vehicles seemed to be exceeding

I would recommend to friends. The campground is well cared for, staff very friendly and tons of fun for the kiddos. My only knock is the screens were all torn to the point they were waving in the wind, so I couldn't just use the screen door or open the windows in our cabin.

Love this KOA campground!, everyone you encounter on the staff is so friendly and helpful. The Deluxe cabin that we stayed at was so clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The pool is in need of some repair and a good cleaning around the edge. The water was always clear and well filtered just needs a little extra TLC. Great campground, the kids had a blast..

Wow just wow! First time staying at a KOA .. our family had a great time! We went to visit Niagara Falls but we will come back just to stay at your KOA! Our kids had an absolute blast making friends in the pool and games of Gaga ball! Great setup! Great job we really enjoyed it!

Pricey from my 10 months of experience - But 1) nice patios if you paid that premium includes a nice table set, fire ring and landscaping. Cabins had grills. 2) 20 minute $2 bus ride each way to the Falls if no car. 3) great Wi-Fi. Beware when booking - one section has a roller coaster along side it and another a major highway. Basic sites are nothing special.

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!! You gave us such uplifting from all our other things. You can never know how much it truly meant to us With gratitude, Wayne & Alan Ross

Great KOA! Great level sites and a friendly staff. Lots of fun for kids-2 pools, 2 playgrounds,paddle boats, a jump pillow and a jump pad. Also, lots of other games and activities. Only about 10 minutes to the falls.
