Thank you for being so accommodating! Our first campsite was near the playground and very noisy. The office was so kind and let us move to another much quieter site.

It was a pretty nice campground but definitely did not feel like a KOA. When we pulled into the "Welcome Center" even though there were 6 staff members there and no other customers, we waited almost 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. This is not typical of the usual good customer service we are used to at other KOAs.

Our stay was amazing. Danielle was who checked us in and checked on us during our stay. She was amazing and definitely made our trip as awesome as it was.

Very nice, clean campground. Weather wasn't great, but still had a great time exploring Newport. Staff very helpful and courteous. Would stay there again.

We had terrible service. Waited over 45 minutes to be checked in while this girl sat on the phone.Asked to be put next to friends and they didnt because they said are friends were in a patio site and we were in full hookup. We asked if their was a patio site next to our friends that we could move to. They took us and put us on an old road with no patio it was terrible. The water was so terrible .

We enjoyed our stay but I did not like the showers. There were only 2 for women and they were kinda small and tight. Only the handicapped one had a bench. The other shower did not. We did not use the pool because it was cool in June, but did bike around .

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. The Clubhouse has 2 showers for women and 2 for men. Throughout the park we have many more located in each bathroom building.

I am glad I didn’t read some of the previous reviews about ownership change and all that before we camped this past weekend. Regardless of what happened previously, this was our first KOA experience and it was fantastic! Definitely a family friendly atmosphere and our kids (and pup) loved it. The activities were fun, the pool was fun, the dog park was great, and the staff were very friendly.

Nice Campground but it's a bit different than the other KOAs I've been too. There was a strange vibe. Several workers were complaining about middle/upper management. I had a bike tire to fill up and i asked the worker to use their compressor, the worker told me he would have to ask his boss if he could help. This place has alot, alot of potential but I must assume management is holding it back?

Friendly staff, very relaxing and overall nice facilities. It would be nice if the RV sites were a little more level and if there were standard garden hose connections at the dump sites so that we could rinse our blackwater tanks.

Fantastic area and such wide open spaces for any activity. Little Diamond lake is adorable and perfect for kids.

Beautiful surroundings. Love that natural areas have been left between many of the sites. Personnel varied from excellent to obnoxious. Bathrooms were spotless. Sure wish RV sites were flat!

Very nice camp ground. We were disappointed that being a Holiday KOA, that they didn’t offer any breakfast. We thought that the Holiday camp grounds all did. The pool and club house were nice, but far from the camp. With all the golf carts the staff had, you would think they would offer you a ride to the pool. Also seem to have a prairie dog or gofer problem, they’re everywhere watch for holes

Nice clean heated pool. Areas groomed and maintained. Campsites are set apart from others with lots of trees. The store could carry many more products seeing as Newport is half an hour away. Laundry facilities closed. Staff were friendly. There really is no little Diamond lake!

Our engineers are working with the county to find a solution to our drainfield/laundry problem that will protect the environment. So sorry it has not been resolved as of yet

I would rate it better if it had free Wi-Fi. Roger the person that checked us in was great! He was friendly and informed. I had two spots reserved but unfortunately they were not next to each other a very rude woman had 330 reserved for the season so she said. She started screaming at the children about getting too close to her spot and was worried about people stealing from her junky trailer

The campground was just fine if you need a reservation and are traveling through. For us it was too big and too crowded by Friday night. Only 2 dump stations is a definite negative for a place that big. Sunday must be awful!

Very clean and very friendly. The only thing was other camper did not have their pets on leash. Which made it hard to walk your own dogs or take a walk. With out being chasing by them.

We had just bought this motorhome and wanted to see if everything worked right. It was a pleasant stay. It wasn't the first time that we stayed here. As always it was a very good experience.

Beautiful and clean. Lots of mosquitoes but that can't be controlled well. Restrooms and showers were very clean too. It's our 2nd stay there and we'll be back.

Nice Campground, very good staff. Sites were either nice, big and private or small and had weird configuration, i.e. my neighbors fire ring was 4 feet from my camper, some fire rigs were placed directly under low tree limbs. Pool was very nice, hot tub looked inviting. Lots of trails around to walk dog. Bathrooms were very good and clean.

Very quiet, very peaceful. Some of your employees could be a bit friendlier...came across as disgruntled as if we had done something to upset them. Perhaps we just caught them on a bad day. Others were very nice and kind.

This is a very fun place for families. We usually don’t camp in campgrounds, but some of the sites are fairly private, so it was nice. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and there are many amenities to keep kids and parents busy. We felt safe and comfortable for our entire stay.

Newport/Little Diamond is a great place to stay. We camp with our friends who have kids and this KOA always has fun activities for the kids on holidays. Besides that, there is a pond to fish or kayak on, trails to walk, pool, playground, horseshoes, pool table and other games, a little store, dump station, pretty campground, and friendly employees! We always enjoy our stay.

The campground has definitely went down hill in the past few years. It used to be a great place for families and kids, but ownership seems to be focused on maximum profits at the expense of quality. So much potential is being wasted. No more boat rentals, no more tent shelter at at the beach, hot tub broken, pool tables worn out or broken, laundry closed, broken playground equipment.

Thank you for your comments. We are in the process of building a new permanent shade structure on the beach. We are working with engineer's and the county to repair or replace our 40 year old drain field to be environmentally compliant.

Been going here for years, fun times for our children now grand kids candy hunt and other events for kids, the pool is always clean and staff work endlessly to keep campground clean. Now we heard new regional manager wants to cut cost and boost profits and said all the events for kids need to be stopped, I, my family and friends that are members will quit, and find somewhere else if this happens

Love the camp sites. The hosts are amazing and make great recommendations for best sites. Weekend groups somestimes get loud but quiet down when asked. Lots of kid and family activities. Thank you staff.

Awesome team who were patient and extremely helpful with all the great information. Facilities were clean and lots of options for keeping occupied. Bathrooms and showers spread out among the grounds, clean and easy to access. Good spot for a quick and easy get-away from town.
