Clean and well tended sites. Friendly and gracious staff. We had reserved months ago for 6 days but at the end of our trip we just did not want to go home yet. The person who helped us moved other reservations around to accomodate us staying an additional 4 nights, so grateful!! My suggestions are though that they find a way to reopen the cafe next to pool and bathrooms there as well. Thank you.

The smell of Marijuana was constant and made us sick with no one doing anything about it. People were shooting off fireworks despite being told they were not allowed in the park. The bathrooms were disgusting. Permanent campers were rude, acting like they were the owners, Driving their golf carts at high speed day and night the wrong way on roads tying up traffic and almost hitting kids.

This Campground has seen better days. Pond is not circulating so it's gross, playground still not fixed (full of weeds, roots and leaves. Definitely needs mulching hasn't been done in year's) they used to have beautiful landscaped areas. Pool area needs attention walking areas around pool are hazardous. The pool closes at 9pm but couldn’t get in at 8:30 because staff needed to be clocked out by

Nice park with large sites. Nice bathrooms. The roads to the sites could use some updates. Would have liked to see rule for children to need to wear helmets when riding bikes or scooters

Nice site, nice hosts, This campground is very convenient to lots of attractions. I like staying here and will probably stay again. The only thing keeping them from a 5 star rating is that the bathrooms and showers need more attention. I noticed the showers were dirty most of my stay. The bathrooms were cleaned several times but I noticed that the toilets had stains outside the bowl .

Wonderful wooded campground with sites nicely spaced. Appreciated the escort to the site even though it was pretty straight forward. Only stayed overnight so didn't get to check out the amenities.

The Mens bathroom one toilet needs to be repaired so that it is not stopped up. I under stand it has been that was for at least a week.

This is a nice woodsy KOA - overall well maintained with nice, attentive staff. Thanks Newburgh KOA for providing a great place to rest our heads for a few days!!

This is one of my favorite KOA. The site we were in was private with trees all around us. It was beautiful.

Accessibility for those with mobility impairments was very poor especially in the women’s restroom and shower. The absence of grab bars in toilet stalls and showers, the presence of steps/curbs at entrances, the distance from parking to the restrooms/showers, and the presence of chains across access points all combined to create significant challenges for mobility impaired people.

We have a camper. So we did not stay in any of the cabins. We walked around had a great time. I would definitely say the bathrooms behind the main building meaning the showers you need to bleach them. They were very dirty and the corner did have mold. So needless to say the camper shower was so much better. The other discrepancy was when I booked it they told me check-in was at 3:00 but it's 2:00

Our biggest complaints were the bathrooms were outdated and several times unclean, sites are way too close to each other unlike other koa and quiet time is not enforced it took security coming 4 times with the last time almost resulting in a physical altercation and police threatened for them to quiet down at 230am. We left after 1 night out of 3 reserved. Supervisor Breanna was great at check-in.

I want to give the staff 5 stars, they are super polite. But they could not keep up with the mess in the bathrooms. One toilet in the Women’s room was clogged for 3 days.

Clean, level gravel sites, out standing customer service from Tiffany. She checked us in, so friendly, sociable and pleasant at the wine tasting. Very knowledgeable about the area. Recommend things/ places to visit that we were interested in. Outstanding customer service Tiffany!

Some things are lacking, such as consistent hours at facilities, sometimes not consistent with actual open hours, also availability of activities with published schedule, so that you don't find out about things after they have occurred. That being said, staff was great and will go back.

Campground itself if wonderful. The staff however isn’t very helpful. I was charged an extra $18 for “resort fees” that were not included on my reservation total or ever mentioned when I paid the deposit a few months ago. I only found out when I got there and when I asked for an explanation all I got was “that’s what we charge”. Also all of the supplies in the store are extremely expen

We only stayed overnight as a half-way stop to MA but would’ve liked to have stayed longer. Park was clean, staff friendly. Grassy areas needed mowing but it was midweek. Dog park’s double gate is nice and mutt-mitts being provided was appreciated but there were a lot of piles left behind by irresponsible owners. Store was well stocked with camping supplies and souvenirs.

We are brand new to RV’ing and it was only our 2nd night on the road so we knew KOA’s reputation. Despite trying to make sure I remembered everything, the coax cable wasn’t packed. Whoever worked Friday evening couldn’t have been more helpful searching the store inside out for cable. Finally found one for sale in manager’s office. Extra effort…much appreciated.

Beautiful campground, very clean, large sites, lots of activities, and close to many attractions (cities, cycling, hiking, etc.). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come again next year and add it to our regular camping circuit.

Had a 1 night stayover, which worked very well. FHU was fine & what is expected. Need a bigger/better sign out at the SR32 (when heading east) since by the time I saw it I went past it & had to turnaround.

My site was perfect, spacious and well maintained. The other side of the campground that had the seasonal campers had many sites that were messy and unkempt...this made the whole area feel unsafe. The vibe on the other side where I was different. The pool water was green in the deep end, not sure if this was due to the pool not being open yet as it was cool. I visited the third week of June.

Nice, wooded sites. Lots to see and do in the area. Plenty of things to do for kids. Friendly, helpful staff. Our third stay here and we continue to come back.

Backin sites in essentially a parking lot way too close together and too small. Many large 5 th wheels had their tow vehicles basically in the shared street. People had to keep moving vehicles to allow others to enter or exit.

Very good campground. Experience marred by very poor laundry room. Was like that last year. Not many working machines. No excuse for that KOA not to have good laundry as all other KOAs we have stayed in do.

We stayed one night passing through back home. Many of the campsites are very nice, wooded, often secluded. I rated this lower because much of the activity infrastructure is pretty run down. I am not sure I would say that this is where I would want to spend a "holiday" vacation . On top of that, they slapped a resort fee to our bill which negated our KOA rewards savings... this is hardly a resort!

This was our first visit to a KOA and will not be our last to this one in particular. We spent a week with another camping couple and had an awesome time. The staff were friendly and attentive. When we arrived we were missing a picnic table. I called the office and figured by the time we set up, which takes us 3 hours min, we are tent glampers so we have a lot of stuff, they would be by. To our surprise they came immediately. It seems the previous campers had moved it to another site. Two young men moved it back, apologized and left. They come by every evening to pick up the trash. The dumpster on the map had been removed. The office staff were always helpful. Now for the "wildlife" There were two extremely large owls who loved to swoop down and startle us. We had a skunk visit us the one night my dear husband didn't put the trash out. The Fox's began crying out in the middle of the night, we didn't know what it was so our friends called the office and a night lady asked them to hold the phone so she could hear it and advised what it was. In the middle of the night, they answer the phone!!!! We had a bird fly into the tent one afternoon but the most annoying flying things were the mosquitoes, they were vicious, they ate me up to the point it was very uncomfortable. We loved the location and the campgrounds and are planning another trip in late May or early June, hopefully before the mosquitoes come comping. The other campers were friendly and respectful. The section we were in had a lot of trees but not so many you can't enjoy the sun. A really nice relaxing experience. Will be back.

We were here Columbus weekend 2020 and we coming back again. What a great campground. Our first time here for Columbus Weekend 2020 and we all had a blast. Kids had also a good time. Halloween theme weekend was good as it gets during these times of Covid19. Lots to do in the area wine tasting or hiking and biking. Place was clean and staff were really nice. We sure are coming back. it was nice listing to the music on weekends with band and dj. 2023- great as always love coming here
