Special event going on with a band that was nice. Cabin was clean. Bathrooms pretty clean. Staff very nice. Felt like a nice community, made friends fast with other campers who had kids.

We had a great time. The cabins seemed a bit more dirty and there was absolutely no hot water so we didn’t shower for few days. We love KOA and their staff but it’s getting harder to come back each year.

The only complaint we have is that the sites are very close together and not spaced out.

We had an overnight getaway in a cabin and it was just what we needed. So much there for kids to do. We realized our next trip has to be longer

My daughter and I have stayed at this campground many times. She always has the time of her life , makes loads of friends, and engages in all the fun activities the camp organizes. Everyone who works there is helpful and kind , we have never had a bad experience , always had fun, even when the weather wasn’t cooperating.

We were bummed that linens weren’t included for paying $321 a night . The cabinet fell off , the blinds were broken, the air conditioner smelled musty . We were trying to use the pool and bouncer before we had to check out it said opened at 10, we hung around till 1045 waiting but no luck So many geese and poop everywhere. The only thing that saved it was the nice guy in the store.

I love all the events. Miss Carol is the greatest! She comes up.with fun things to include everyone! The personnel this year is so helpful. Just missing the ice cream at the pool you had last year.

Unfortunately I had to cut my stay short with the poor air conditions due to the wildfires up north but the facility was great. The cabin was clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will be back when I can actually enjoy the outdoors and everything available on site.

Was very nice. Out of all of the KOA cabins I have rented across the country, this is the first time it didn’t have a heater, or AC, or micro, fridge, not even a fan. I was a little surprised when it dipped to 40 degrees and woke up freezing. I would have brought a electrical heater if I knew this about the lack of heat. The bathroom was destroyed with toilet paper and paper towels all over.

extremely noisy after quiet hours, had to call security 2 times @midnight, our first night there, had to leave @11:30pm on our second night because the cabin was infested with ants

The cabin had an issue with very little hot water in the shower. In the past there has been a large table on the deck, which made it convenient to entertain the large group we were with. But for some reason the large table is gone & a smaller round table is there. The service was very good, a new texting service made it easy to order Campfire wood which was quite convenient. We had a great stay. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Place is kept clean. Many amenities and activities for the kids. We were there for four days and my grandson didn’t even think about his electronics, just wholesome outdoor fresh air and fun. We can’t wait to return!

The bathrooms were disgusting. I know the first stall in the women's room broke but the third stall was out of toilet paper for over 16 hours. Also, the garbage having such a hard to push open panel meant people were just throwing paper towels on the floor. Just leave an open garbage can and refill supplies once in a while.

My stay was very enjoyable. My only complaint is about the rest rooms. The could have been cleaned a little more frequently as it was a holiday weekend. The toilet that was not working should have been repaired right away as there are only 3 stalls in the ladies room. Other than that, I had a wonderful time!

Staff were friendly, cabin was clean and well equipped, pools were freezing as usual. Pedal carts were not available which we were bummed about.

Well tried to tell me I owed more money then had a mouse in cabin and hot water doesn’t work. Carol was wonderful as always had fun at events just wish the auction was still that weekend been doing this 20 years but still worth the memories

The cabin we stayed in was very clean, very well kept up on, and the campground itself was wonderful. There was plenty to do for the little one, and the staff was absolutely amazing!! We are planning for another stay in the fall, and can’t wait to come back!

First, Your General Manager is absolutely incredible and did her best. With that said, this campground experience was also the most stressful experience I've ever had. It was one disaster after another. On top of that, being constantly monitored/confronted by staff was extremely awkward and stressful. Lastly, a staff members child spent literally 9-11 hours with us EVERY day we were there.

This was our first visit to a KOA and will not be our last to this one in particular. We spent a week with another camping couple and had an awesome time. The staff were friendly and attentive. When we arrived we were missing a picnic table. I called the office and figured by the time we set up, which takes us 3 hours min, we are tent glampers so we have a lot of stuff, they would be by. To our surprise they came immediately. It seems the previous campers had moved it to another site. Two young men moved it back, apologized and left. They come by every evening to pick up the trash. The dumpster on the map had been removed. The office staff were always helpful. Now for the "wildlife" There were two extremely large owls who loved to swoop down and startle us. We had a skunk visit us the one night my dear husband didn't put the trash out. The Fox's began crying out in the middle of the night, we didn't know what it was so our friends called the office and a night lady asked them to hold the phone so she could hear it and advised what it was. In the middle of the night, they answer the phone!!!! We had a bird fly into the tent one afternoon but the most annoying flying things were the mosquitoes, they were vicious, they ate me up to the point it was very uncomfortable. We loved the location and the campgrounds and are planning another trip in late May or early June, hopefully before the mosquitoes come comping. The other campers were friendly and respectful. The section we were in had a lot of trees but not so many you can't enjoy the sun. A really nice relaxing experience. Will be back.

We were here Columbus weekend 2020 and we coming back again. What a great campground. Our first time here for Columbus Weekend 2020 and we all had a blast. Kids had also a good time. Halloween theme weekend was good as it gets during these times of Covid19. Lots to do in the area wine tasting or hiking and biking. Place was clean and staff were really nice. We sure are coming back. it was nice listing to the music on weekends with band and dj. 2023- great as always love coming here
