Was unable to check in early because of personnel shortage. Site was two Lynx blocks off level side to side. Fire pit remained full of water the entire trip. Our site had more standing water than most sites. Mosquitoes were plentiful. Staff was professional. Bathrooms where clean and well maintained. Overall facility maintenance was good. Stayed here because of NYC proximity.

Site 32 was miserable, no one should be camping on this site. The rain caused a flood through our site, water filled our fire pit, and ran under our camper. In addition the site was very slanted and required extra set-up. Furthermore, the mosquitos were horrible. There is a scummy pond at the entrance filled with mosquito larve. The pond needs treated. Pathetic!

Everything is very good. Large spaces are very clean. The only problem is the bathrooms and showers, if they fixed them, it would be better perfect, but everything else perfect I recommend it 100%

We were only there for one night, but it looked like a awesome camp ground and close to New York city! I would go back there and camp there for a longer stay.

Check in was so easy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The site and the bathroom were so clean!

Great place to stop on either north or southbound routes. Pleasant staff and good site. They couldn't control the rain, unfortunately.

Nice small campground with excellent internet. Very wooded with sites tucked into wooded areas with good space at each site.

Nice park. Staff was very friendly. Lots for kids to do including fishing. Lots are in the trees so your satellite dish will not work but there is cable. Nice space between the sites. Some of the turns on the access roads are narrow but they are definitely do able.

very nice campground friendly staff my only complaint was that our site was very tight to back into big tree on one side and power pedestal on the other tough to get set so I could get slide and awning out

Monday afternoon through Friday afternoon very nice park other than sewage smell from recent rains and over capacity septic tanks. Friday afternoon the locals move in and turn this place into absolute trash. Our neighbors decide to start the party early and despite calls to after hours security at 11:45pm, 12:18am, 12:54am and 1:39am, the party continued to 2am Saturday morning. Management Failed

Grass areas not mowed/weedwacked, Garbage @ playground/ice cream stand gone, store selection less (no coax/H2O filter), yet tons of staff with downtime/hiding. Still no ramp at the main door of store-disabled told to go along uneven/wobbly side of bldg to gain access, really? Sad to see a little girl in wheelchair and family struggle to get in bldg). We love Carol! and activities, great as always!

We came two years ago and we’re disappointed by how unkept this campsite was The pool area was dirty, the railing was broken and someone could of easily been hurt, the tables were broken and should be replaced The snack bar doesn’t open till 9am - people with small children are awake at 7am Staff was friendly and attentive but seems their is no leadership or assignments of duties

Just needed to stay one night on our way home. Had a back in site that my coach would not level in. Went to the office and the staff was able to switch our site to one that would work for our coach. And then did it all with a smile on their faces. Thank you.

Staff is perfect. Facilities are old Wifi perfect. Location is good. Our site was good but the tents are too close and it was extremely noisy. Impossible to enjoy the calm of the forest. Elsewhere on the campsite might have been better.

We will definitely come back! It was very quiet in the area of our campsite. It was a ample castaff is very efficient and extremely polite. The rest rooms and showers were very clean. It was nice to see the friendly staff patrolling the roads. The amenities were great, children would never be bored. The pools were immaculate. It was a wonderful stay.

Very nice stay. Only problem is I paid for an extra adult and two children who were going to visit from Missouri, but because of a family emergency, they couldn’t make it. Was not reimbursed for that fee.

Beautiful campground, live music on Saturday (band was excellent), delicious Pancakes Sunday morning! Activities for the kids (even though we didn’t bring any)! We enjoyed the area attractions, Brotherhood Winery and Reinbeck Aerodrome. We will definitely be back!!

We have been coming here for decades and always have a good time! Everything was good, however this year there must be new management as the snack bar has been closed (permanently it seems), and the atmosphere was just good… not great as in the past. Fire truck ride was just 1 night, pancake breakfast only on the weekend, seems like a few things have been cut back. Still had a nice time thoug

Travelling with 34' campers, the sites were too tight and had terrible sewage smell at sites 72 and 73. Unpleasant to sit outdoors.

I have been coming there since 1995 I will never return again whoever the new supervisor is needs to take a class in customer service place was filthy sights were over crowded not allowed to pick sites no concessions open staff was horrible !!

This was our first visit to a KOA and will not be our last to this one in particular. We spent a week with another camping couple and had an awesome time. The staff were friendly and attentive. When we arrived we were missing a picnic table. I called the office and figured by the time we set up, which takes us 3 hours min, we are tent glampers so we have a lot of stuff, they would be by. To our surprise they came immediately. It seems the previous campers had moved it to another site. Two young men moved it back, apologized and left. They come by every evening to pick up the trash. The dumpster on the map had been removed. The office staff were always helpful. Now for the "wildlife" There were two extremely large owls who loved to swoop down and startle us. We had a skunk visit us the one night my dear husband didn't put the trash out. The Fox's began crying out in the middle of the night, we didn't know what it was so our friends called the office and a night lady asked them to hold the phone so she could hear it and advised what it was. In the middle of the night, they answer the phone!!!! We had a bird fly into the tent one afternoon but the most annoying flying things were the mosquitoes, they were vicious, they ate me up to the point it was very uncomfortable. We loved the location and the campgrounds and are planning another trip in late May or early June, hopefully before the mosquitoes come comping. The other campers were friendly and respectful. The section we were in had a lot of trees but not so many you can't enjoy the sun. A really nice relaxing experience. Will be back.

We were here Columbus weekend 2020 and we coming back again. What a great campground. Our first time here for Columbus Weekend 2020 and we all had a blast. Kids had also a good time. Halloween theme weekend was good as it gets during these times of Covid19. Lots to do in the area wine tasting or hiking and biking. Place was clean and staff were really nice. We sure are coming back. it was nice listing to the music on weekends with band and dj. 2023- great as always love coming here
