Great couple of days. Staff was great and the campground was in tremendous shape. Looking to return during the summer!!!!

We were placed in a back-in section of this "Holiday" KOA. Our site was in the 60s section. It was a parking lot; vehicles parked everywhere because sites were too small to accommodate both rig and vehicle. Very congested. Fire rings and picnic tables tossed haphazardly around with a pathetic excuse of a garden at each site. There was no love or attention paid to this section of the KOA.

Only an overnight stay but was nice & peaceful. Site level enough. Checked out bathrooms, showers & laundry & all looked clean & neat Lots for kids to do if you have them. It is a very woodsy site which we enjoyed.

The people were nice. The firewood we paid $8 a bundle for was so wet we couldn’t get it started the first night. The camp store closed early (6:00) and we couldn’t even buy fire starter�. The bathrooms needed a good cleaning. The surroundings were nice.

Please cut back the trees on the interior road and fill in the pot holes, but otherwise a fantastic campground !

Overnight stay on pur way south. Staff very friendly and nice place to stop. Campground is older, sites not particularly level but overall a good place. Definitely return, been our stop several times.

Nice and woodsy. Electric fine, bathrooms clean. Water had a strong chlorine smell. Sites were nice size but roads and entry to site was very tight with 37' fifth wheel and long bed truck. If the site behind my pull thru was not vacant I don't think I would have been able to make the turn into it. Likewise leaving pulling forward would have been tough. Longer rigs beware, but nice park overall.

Always a nice stay. Any problems are usually taken care of. Just wish they'd go back to site escorts and set their sewer drop down to ground level.

My only complaint was that the part of the park I was staying in was very noisy in the afternoon from road traffic and mowing going on somewhere in the area. By nightfall it had quieted down fortunately.

We lucked out and had a private site. Large trash bag of garbage was at the entrance to our site when we arrived…still there when we left the next day. Staff was friendly. Most sites were very close with little privacy. Noisy campground. Okay for an overnight off season. Probably a great place for young families with lots to do.

We have been coming to Newburgh KOA for years. This time we were very disappointed. Dogs on the loose, we saw 2 adults running the place. And that was on Friday. No mini golf balls , basketball's in the pond, We usually start our season there and end it there, NOT next year.

Some pull thru sites are ok in size but tight getting into . Definitely need trees trimmed back on turns and entrances.

Nice pull thru sites in a forest location. Can be a little hard to find but nice other than the loud music for the Entertainment concert held by the KOA. I do not go camping to hear loud, horrible rock music.

We loved the campground but not our site. Although it was a close to activities, we would have preferred one of sites on the side of the campground that were more private!

We were able to get a pull through site #100. Was a great spot for us!! The Camp store was well stocked minus a sticker or magnet of the campground--we like to collect those so that was a disappointment. We would come back it was close to our friends in Wallkill & cute town called Beacon--had amazing donut shop!

We stayed Columbus say weekend for rhe Halloween weekend which we enjoyed. Staff was friendly ans helpful. Only improvement I would like to see is upgrades to the restroom and especially the showers.

Convenient for our travel but honestly a poor KOA. Only 3 showers were functional and all were filthy. Mold on the shower curtains, dirty floors, tile in bad shape. At least they were warm. Roads were in bad shape. Potholes everywhere. Very tight sites. Neighbors septic hookup under our table. Just mot we've come to expect from KOA.

Bathrooms, showers & laundry area still need much better cleaning & maintenance. Camp sites need better cleaning up after previous occupants. Rules for not parking in the road in front of another site, riding bikes the wrong way on roads or after dark & golf carts being driven too fast by campers & employees must be reinforced.

We had such a great time. Easy to check in since we arrived late at night on Thursday. We had a wedding to attend to Saturday night. The KOA was so clean and quiet where we stayed. Staff was friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back

Great cable and wifi. Level site with patio and bench swing. Very nice. We came back this way and stayed again we liked it so much.

Stayed one night in pull thru site #100 which was plenty long enough for camper and our car that we towed. Our site felt secluded which was nice. They sold me wet firewood which was a bummer as it wouldn't burn. Perhaps they could shelter the firewood storage a little better?

Great and friendly staff. If you're going to use your GPS, you'll likely end up in front of a woman's house, who by her own admission, "reroutes a lot of lost people from in front of her house to the KOA!" Sweet lady. It was late in season, so camp is starting to empty out. Water pressure in our section of camp was inadequate and couldn't pressurize. Had to fill onboard tank and use pump.

This was our first visit to a KOA and will not be our last to this one in particular. We spent a week with another camping couple and had an awesome time. The staff were friendly and attentive. When we arrived we were missing a picnic table. I called the office and figured by the time we set up, which takes us 3 hours min, we are tent glampers so we have a lot of stuff, they would be by. To our surprise they came immediately. It seems the previous campers had moved it to another site. Two young men moved it back, apologized and left. They come by every evening to pick up the trash. The dumpster on the map had been removed. The office staff were always helpful. Now for the "wildlife" There were two extremely large owls who loved to swoop down and startle us. We had a skunk visit us the one night my dear husband didn't put the trash out. The Fox's began crying out in the middle of the night, we didn't know what it was so our friends called the office and a night lady asked them to hold the phone so she could hear it and advised what it was. In the middle of the night, they answer the phone!!!! We had a bird fly into the tent one afternoon but the most annoying flying things were the mosquitoes, they were vicious, they ate me up to the point it was very uncomfortable. We loved the location and the campgrounds and are planning another trip in late May or early June, hopefully before the mosquitoes come comping. The other campers were friendly and respectful. The section we were in had a lot of trees but not so many you can't enjoy the sun. A really nice relaxing experience. Will be back.

We were here Columbus weekend 2020 and we coming back again. What a great campground. Our first time here for Columbus Weekend 2020 and we all had a blast. Kids had also a good time. Halloween theme weekend was good as it gets during these times of Covid19. Lots to do in the area wine tasting or hiking and biking. Place was clean and staff were really nice. We sure are coming back. it was nice listing to the music on weekends with band and dj. 2023- great as always love coming here
