There were no amenities. No frozen food, closed ice cream stand, wine store stocked with only cheap grocery store wine. No movie night and no popcorn. Very disappointed

Stayed at site 23 and the electric was having issues the voltage was fluctuating causing my surge protector to cut power to my trailer

We showed up late around 8:30pm. They had all our reservation info in a box near the door so we were able to get to our site. The campground is very nice and clean plenty to do with kids. My only downside is i have a 42ft 5th wheel and its tight. Also they dont trim trees very well and when asked to trim some so i can leave easier they said they dont have anyone that can do that.

Staff was friendly and welcoming when we checked in. Would have preferred a different site as it was angled, on a hill and backed up to the playground (we are seniors). The pool had cracks in the bottom and was temporarily fixed with a liner. Because it was leaking, cold well water was constantly being added. The property was wooden, which lent to privacy and quiet.

Staff was excellent and site was great. I had 2 issues, 1) both pools were not fully cleaned and were green in the deep end on the bottom l. I’m aware it’s early in the season but at least one of the 2 pools could have been done. 2) Geese poop is everywhere. You can walk down and paved area or on any grass area without stepping in it. If those 2 things were addressed, we would return often.

We stayed 1 night on our trip to New England & 2 nights on our return. We were given different sites each time & both were good. The facility had a few nice amenities but could benefit by adding some food service; not many choices in the area. We liked that it was a relatively small campground & not crowded or noisy. The trees & vegetation were great except for some poison ivy at site 149.

First off we arrived after hrs and the after hrs intake was awsome. Sights were clean and the property was set up great.so close to everything NY offers. I would like to see an update to the showers.

First off, the pool was not open. The activities that the claim to have , were not in good shape. Some weren't even usable. Second the Geese poop was EVERYWHERE!!! That's a big problem.

This is a very nice and clean campground. The sites are roomy with a nice buffer between each site. One of the bet ones yet.

We were about to give up on KOA after a few less than stellar stays, but this one convinced us to keep trying. This property is absolutely top notch. It was well laid out, everything worked well and the sites were naturally separated by trees and foliage. It was like a private oasis. The only thing that wasn't correct (and it was really no big deal) was the channel listing in the little booklet

A very large family group stayed near our site in KL2. A car alarm activated and they violated the quiet time being VERY loud until 1AM. The following night I had to call after hours security as they were doing the same after 10PM. Both I and my neighbor had an electrical supply issue. The wiring at the pedestal was faulty. There was 14 gauge wiring in the 30 amp circuit which is a fire hazard.

Had a great time! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We go here every year multiple times and sad to see they closed down snack/ice cream bar. Last year they offered a food truck so hoping to see my next visit!

Easy drive through access. The campsite was level and utilities were convenient. The sites were private and nested between trees. Very well maintained and friendly staff.

Upon arrival had electrical issues. Our 30 amp plug was bad. contacts on plug were burnt. Poison ivy was everywhere. Our site was shady but foliage needed to be cut back. Impacting slides. Good that site was level, #31. Need to curb the party goers. Loud after 10 pm, needs to be policed.

Very nice site. Excellent communication from the campground. Since NY has renumbered the exits on I-84, it would be helpful to update the directions on your website.

The location and out door conditions were great. The showers and bath rooms were unacceptable. Of 10 showers only 4 were usable( the others were locked). 2 of those 4 were filthy , appeared uncleaned for weeks or even months. My friend, I and mother tried to point this out to 2 employees, did not receive a response.

Sites are a bit close to others but were clean. Caretakers were nice and the facilities looked well cared for. Lots of activities for a variety of folks, and is nicely located off route 32. Parked a 20' Trailer and had plenty of room for both the trailer and the truck. Internet service was good in my area, had no problem streaming movies on our TV. Not everyone observed the night rules thought.

Just a quick overnight stay on way to destination. Internet service and cable service are now top notch, we have stayed at this KOA at least 3 or nights a year for the past 22 years and it is very camper friendly.

I would not recommend sites "in the parking lot area". We were in site 72, and it was very close to the sites on either side. Poison Ivy was all around as well. Sites on the other end of the park were much nicer. Rest rooms were clean, staff friendly and helpful.

Overall a good stay. Bathrooms not cleaned. I had high hopes considering the first weekend we were there in spring they were always clean. Store prices are way to expensive. Wine store slushies once again made the trip. Try the peach flavor. Of course Miss Carol always has a smile on her face and is there to greet you and make you feel at home. See you in fall.

The campground has excellent amenities and a fully stocked store. Most of their sites are KOA Quality. If someone calls for a reservation and are going to be put where we were, they should be warned that the sites in that lower area are way below the usual KOA quality. They were small in area, close together and extremely dusty. I was very disappointed in the site we had. Would not return there

Our only complaint is there aren’t enough restrooms & showers. 2 of the showers were out of order while we were there. I would also like to add that both nights of our stay we got late check-in neighbors that kept us up all night. The 2nd night they left their trash out & I had to shop a skunk away from my car. He had dragged their trash bag to our site & was rifling thru it.

My stay was as usual great, site was clean but this time the showers were not as clean. I have brought lots of family members to this campground including this trip, some of them stood at the cabins and others at tent sites. I hope showers are better on the next visit, we can't wait to return.

came in with a mobile home 32ft and towing a trailer with my car on it approx. 24 ft had to rent a storage space for car and trailer and a site for camper when I got site found out there was enough room for both car, trailer and camper

Beautiful campground. Nicely laid out for privacy and decent size sites. Would definitely stay here again. The only small complaint is that many of the washers at the back laundry were out of order. We were very happy though that there was actually a laundry room in the middle of the campground and we didn't have to drive our laundry to office. Very convenient. Lovely sites and campground.

With excellent campsites, solid wifi and the basics in place, this should be a great campground. But sadly, it is run down. Broken amenities, dirty bathhouses, and just not being well maintained. Goose droppings everywhere in play areas. With a little work could be 5 star, but it has deteriorated substantially since previous visits.

Very crowded and noisy (including after 10 PM). Had to constantly dodge Kids on electric vehicles. Positives were that common facilities were clean, accommodating staff, good convenience store, Pancake breakfast.

Nice, quiet, and shady campground that's easy to navigate. Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Its the personal touch that makes the difference. We will definitely visit this campground again.

For the second year in a row the campground was not ready for the weekend. They charged premium rates for the holiday weekend but weren’t ready. One of two commodes in the the bathrooms near us was broken. The snack bar by the pool never opened. Both pools were filthy with leaves and algae. One opened on Saturday. If I had kids, I’d be looking for a refund.

This was our first visit to a KOA and will not be our last to this one in particular. We spent a week with another camping couple and had an awesome time. The staff were friendly and attentive. When we arrived we were missing a picnic table. I called the office and figured by the time we set up, which takes us 3 hours min, we are tent glampers so we have a lot of stuff, they would be by. To our surprise they came immediately. It seems the previous campers had moved it to another site. Two young men moved it back, apologized and left. They come by every evening to pick up the trash. The dumpster on the map had been removed. The office staff were always helpful. Now for the "wildlife" There were two extremely large owls who loved to swoop down and startle us. We had a skunk visit us the one night my dear husband didn't put the trash out. The Fox's began crying out in the middle of the night, we didn't know what it was so our friends called the office and a night lady asked them to hold the phone so she could hear it and advised what it was. In the middle of the night, they answer the phone!!!! We had a bird fly into the tent one afternoon but the most annoying flying things were the mosquitoes, they were vicious, they ate me up to the point it was very uncomfortable. We loved the location and the campgrounds and are planning another trip in late May or early June, hopefully before the mosquitoes come comping. The other campers were friendly and respectful. The section we were in had a lot of trees but not so many you can't enjoy the sun. A really nice relaxing experience. Will be back.

We were here Columbus weekend 2020 and we coming back again. What a great campground. Our first time here for Columbus Weekend 2020 and we all had a blast. Kids had also a good time. Halloween theme weekend was good as it gets during these times of Covid19. Lots to do in the area wine tasting or hiking and biking. Place was clean and staff were really nice. We sure are coming back. it was nice listing to the music on weekends with band and dj. 2023- great as always love coming here
