Had a wonderful vacation. People that work there are so friendly and very helpful. I can't think of anything bad whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again.

The facilities are very nice - clean bathrooms, lots to do. However, too many people with multiple dogs. In front of us were two buddy campers who had 5 dogs between them - and they were aggressive.

We had a very nice time. Grandchildren throughly enjoyed themselves. and I did too. We did leave a litte earlier than we planned. There was a threat of bad weather on Monday night and we were in a pop up camper and thought it might not be safe. It turns out that the weather did not get bad, but we were being cautious. However we did enjoy the time spent.

We've stayed at KOA New Bern and the facility is fantastic, extremely helpful/friendly staff and a view that is memorable. Can't wait until next time.

Best campground ever! New Bern KOA is our favorite place to go. Leni and Chino do an excellent job keeping this campground running smooth. I can not say enough good things about our stay here. The staff is always pleasant, grounds are spotless, plenty of amenities, fun things for adults & children to do, stunning view, spacious sites, clean bathhouses, & we love to hear the train whistle blow!

Great people are running this KOA Holiday campground. From check in to departure it was a flawless stay. Great fir families, and couples. Thank you all for a first class holiday park.

Area is well maintained bathrooms were super clean. Sites are small and close together. The pool could be bigger or an adult pool. I think someone should periodically check the pool, boy was playing with the hose spraying people with water

Service très lent à l'accueil. Par contre, nous avions un magnifique terrain avec vue sur l'eau. La piscine était super et tranquille. Il y a deux parcs à chiens un pour grands et un pour petits. Il n'y a pas de casse croûte et ça prend un véhicule pour pouvoir aller manger.

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend getaway. This was our first time staying at the New Bern KOA. We were pleasantly surprised. The campground was so clean, the view was beautiful of the river, the staff were amazing and so helpful. We will definitely be returning for another trip soon!

The best KOA we have stayed at yet. Most well kept grounds of any we have stayed at and the amenities were nice and well kept. Very quiet even with kids around.

This was our first time camping and we are hooked now. The place and people are so wonderful! Everyone helped out with whatever we needed! Will definitely be going back!

We had a short weekend stay. We are local. It was my birthday and I was pleasantly surprised when the weekend had soo much for us to do. We were watching our granddaughter so with all the activities we had a blast with her. As usual, we were greeted by super kind staff members. I can not say enough good things about the staff. They are 100% helpful all the time. Thank you for the great weekend.

Loved everything there except the mosquitos. Wasn’t disturbed by other guests. Loved the dog area. I don’t fish but I assume people who fish would like it. Downtown NewBern is cool.

Friendly staff, clean campground, great having a laundry facility and the Wi-Fi was perfect. Beautiful River view, lots of restaurants and shopping within ten minutes drive.

They offer RV dump station for a fee! Very clean and accommodating. Beautiful and situated in the Neuse River. They have both RV sites and cabins

My family and I had the most amazing time at this KOA in New Bern! The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and ALL truly Amazing. The Saturday before we left they had a bunch of activities for the kids! They have a play ground with a jump pad. They have a big laundry room, four washers and four dryers. They have WiFi, and trash pickup. We stayed at one of the pull through sites with a patio and the view was so beautiful. The grill was so nice to use and the landscaping was kept nice! You can fish and rent canoes to use at the river. We had a amazing time fishing!! We really hated to leave, but can't wait to come back!!!
