Everything was fine, until I walked into the corner of the roof of my cabin which left me with blood pouring out of a head wound. There was no warning of this hazard, and poor lighting and torrential rain didn't help. I left before 9AM the next morning, so I was unable to report the accident, but I did send a text message along with a photo. I thought I would get an acknowledgement, but nothing.

service at the office outstanding - little store seemed to have everything one would need for a camping stay Cabin we stayed in was clean and spacious and accommodated our needs to a greater degree than expected loved the fishing pier

Our cabin was clean and comfortable. I didn't like the bed pushed up against the wall, but will book a different kind of cabin in the future. Our specific cabin (L6) had a loud mini-split heat pump mounted on the outside back wall. As it 'kicked into gear' during the cold night, it sounded like a large truck accelerating on a highway... but it kept us toasty warm. Camper or cabin, KOA is great!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was wonderful! Beautiful set up, with dishes, pots, microwave, fridge, 2 burner induction top. Super clean and cute. Loved the outdoor patio space with table and Adirondack chairs as well as the fire pit. We also appreciated the informational text messages. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Very close to the highway, but still quite nice. I loved the pier. Beautiful tent sites near the water, and very nice bathrooms.

The facility was great. Clean, comfortable. There was an issue with the TV service, Could not get any local stations to watch the news. It also kept freezing up. Other than that it was great.

Return customers. Had some business in New Bern and chose to stay in one of their lodges instead of hotel. We’ll be back in March. Happy Holidays.

Cabin was very clean, could use more shelving in the kitchen area. Understandably you need to do upgrades off season but was disappointed with the pond being drained and equipment everywhere. it sure took away from the beauty and peacefulness. think offering a discount during those times would be a good idea as the prices are very high

We stayed for three nights and the deluxe cabin was very clean and well stocked. It was also in a perfect location to enjoy the sunset! We will definitely stay again!

Very nice cabin and great staff. My only criticism is that the mattress was very, very soft and hard for both of us to sleep on. Woke up many times a little sore. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the accommodations and the park

We really enjoy every time we stay at the New Bern KOA. ALL the staff are so nice there! We reserved K-1 this time as we only could stay one night to spend time with the grandkids. The only complaint I have with the cabin is the mattress on the bed would be a lot better comfort wise if it were a little thicker. Doesn't change how much we like it there though :-)

Rented a cabin. Was given L1, Very busy, noisy, everyone coming in or out had to pass our cabin and the noise from Hwy 17 was non stop. Not the quiet, relaxing vacation we were hoping for. Landed up leaving a day early. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Great campground...very clean, lots of fun activities, friendly, helpful staff!! We WILL be back!!! Loved all of the Halloween decorations and fun!! Food truck was an added bonus!! THANK YOU for accommodating a great vacation for our family!.Appreciate the safety -mindedness (no traffic during trick or treating)...can't say enough good things!!!

They offer RV dump station for a fee! Very clean and accommodating. Beautiful and situated in the Neuse River. They have both RV sites and cabins
