Great place. Customer service was outstanding. Last night there we had a lot of campers come in and had a spike in electricity. Our surge protector did its job so no damage to Rv electrical but I would recommend having one when camping there. Not saying it’s the camp ground issue. It is was likely the electric company’s issue. Great stay.

This KOA never disappoints. Grounds kept clean with table, chairs and grill. Camp store and bathrooms super clean and well taken care of. Kudos to new management for keeping this place special

We had a camp site near the Neuse River with a patio. It was a peaceful stay. The outdoor grill & patio furniture were both great to have at our site.The campground is clean, well maintained & the staff was wonderful! This was our 3rd visit & we booked already for next year. Thank you New Bern KOA for a lovely visit. See you next year!

I really like this park. Two dog park areas. Doggy bags all through the park at trash cans. The laundry room is clean and the washers and dryers work great. Nice bathrooms and showers. Lots of things to do in the park.

KOA New Bern is our go-to place for access to New Bern, Beaufort, Carteret, Ocracoke and other points of SOBX. The patios with outdoor furnishings, firepit and grille provide a drive in, light setup and you’re done! Thanks!

Had a great weekend. Grandson enjoyed the catch and release pond. Our only complaint was some people let there dogs poop around it and did not pick up behind them.

Arrived here a year ago today. No issues with fellow campers. Clean restroom and shower areas cleaned daily. Can't wait for new pool being built Wright now. Bigger and deeper. Laundry room all ways working. Fun staff. All's good. Stay safe.

We had a relaxing stay with pleasant walks around the park & down to the pier. The staff was very pleasant. We look forward to our next visit.

We always enjoy our stay at the New Bern KOA. The facilities are always clean. The staff are more than willing to be helpful and are so friendly. The views are amazing. The sites are easy to access and always clean. Just an all around good campground. We do miss seeing Miss Pat in the office.

Beautiful campground on the water. Loved sitting on the swing at campground watching the sunsets. Also close to downtown New Bern, which was a great town. Will definitely being going back there again.

Overall fine place. Clean. Very nice staff. Easy to get in/out. Looks like they are investing in the campground (e.g. new pool being built). We will be back!

This was our first time camping at New Bern KOA, so should we decide to book a future stay, we’ll make sure it’s in an area that offers larger sites. We were in #18, which was very, very close to campers on each side of us.

We stayed at New Bern KOA for Thanksgiving. Staff is wonderful as always. Campground is very well maintained and the new pool construction was never a bother even though our site was very close. Can't wait to see the finished product. We will be back!

The site was clean and fairly level. The campground is in a convenient location for visiting New Bern & the coast. I don't know if this is a regular occurrence but we were placed next to a buddy site which was very noisy on the Saturday night. Other weekend sites near us also had a lot of activity though they generally quieted by 10PM. During the week it was quiet. We would stay here again.

We love it here. Staff is wonderful and works hard to manage the grounds and help campers. Our favorite place. Peace and quiet, large sights, great dog park and just minutes away from downtown New Bern. Thank you.

They offer RV dump station for a fee! Very clean and accommodating. Beautiful and situated in the Neuse River. They have both RV sites and cabins

My family and I had the most amazing time at this KOA in New Bern! The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and ALL truly Amazing. The Saturday before we left they had a bunch of activities for the kids! They have a play ground with a jump pad. They have a big laundry room, four washers and four dryers. They have WiFi, and trash pickup. We stayed at one of the pull through sites with a patio and the view was so beautiful. The grill was so nice to use and the landscaping was kept nice! You can fish and rent canoes to use at the river. We had a amazing time fishing!! We really hated to leave, but can't wait to come back!!!
