Beautiful sunsets right out my back window! They have activities for the kids around Halloween and everyone had their decorations and kids in costumes. It was really good!!

We stayed for one of the Halloween weekends in October with our 4yo daughter. We also had a friend's family with their 4yo rent a cabin while we were there. All of the accommodations at both the campsite and the cabin were wonderful. Easy hookup and layout at the campsite and nice, clean well-equipped cabins. Everyone had a blast, and the activities were a big hit with our children.

We stayed Friday to Sunday, check in and out was so easy, and our cabin was clean when we arrived. The playground was right there near our campsite, close enough that the kids could play and stay near enough if they needed me. The camp hosts were so kind and helpful, and the activities planned were so fun for the kids. I appreciated how communicative the camp staff was

Our stay was nice...liked the Halloween theme. Nice park. Clean and very friendly staff. Our site however was not up to par with other sites. Some repair is needed.

Went with a group of friends. We were not able to get help from campground with getting sites together. JR helped me disconnect my water from the RV which I appreciated. The bathhouse was nice with private rooms with shower/toilet sink. My site was not level side to side. Site 53. Sites are very close together in this campground but it is better in the deluxe sites where I was.

I loved my site #18. The staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly. J.R. and the other maintenance guys were very friendly and helpful. They took us on the "train" several times. They even helped one of the ladies with Sisters on the Fly pump up her tires and made sure her lights/brake cord was properly attached to her truck. I will definitely be back again.

I made a reservation in February for a Deluxe Patio site. When we arrived we were put on a small "patio" site right near the highway...far away from the Deluxe sites right near the water. It was also right on the camp road and in a very busy spot. (I had specifically asked to be in a "quiet" spot...). It appeared that they had just stuck this extra site in an empty spot. We will NOT be back.

I was in the tent section. The RV campers across from me were LOUD and VERY VULGAR. Every sentence was F this and F that. Because "quiet time" was at 10 pm, they played their music very loud with no consideration of other close campers. THe sites were TOO dense for me. So I would not consider again. However the young man behind the registration counter was very professional.

This is my third stay. I love your tent sites with the river view overlooking the marsh filled with wild flowers and cattails. The covered picnic table is a big plus. I spent every sunset in the big swings overlooking the river. I wish the kayaks had not been put away for the winter even though it was the end of September.

We were pleasantly surprised how clean, groomed and beautiful the New Bern KOA campground was during our stay. We cant wait to go back. Nice campsites, clean bathrooms and pleasant, accommodating employees. The Neuse river is a nice area.

We stayed in a cabin which was perfect for me & my husband and 2 dogs. The campgrounds are super nice, with a great staff! We were only there for 1 night, wish it had been longer!

I have stayed at this campground before and both times I have had a great experience. This campground is small but sits near the Neuse River, where you can walk to and sit and watch the sunset. The campground is very clean and the people are extremely nice. We were having an issue with our battery on the camper and one of the men helped my husband. I would def stay here in the future.

We always have a great time at the New Bern KOA. We were so impressed with how you couldn't even tell we just went through a tropical storm. Thanks to Leni and team for another great visit. We will be back soon!

Too loud Air Conditioner, Cockroaches every where, had debris in the porch and outside furniture.

We ended up staying 3 nights instead of 1 night because a tropical storm came in and sat on top of NC. The staff was accommodating and changed our reservations twice. They kept up updated on the weather. It felt like the perfect place to sit out a storm!

Even though we were in the middle of Tropical Storm Ophelia, the staff at KOA kept us very informed. They were most pleasant to talk with and to help with anything we needed.

Outstanding campground. We’ve been to this KOA before, the staff is friendly and helpful and facilities are impeccably clean and inviting. We stayed their during the recent tropical storm and the host graciously waived our fees. Leaving on Saturday would have been terrible especially since we were traveling north. I commend the host for extending our stay without cost.

Our first time here and we loved it...the entire staff was incredible (special thanks Anita and JR). Great service, an excellent dog park, and a great location. The only negative was spotty cable service, but we danced around that as Ophelia was bearing down on the entire area. Added an extra day just because!!! And the bathroom near us was immaculate. New pool coming in '24....thanks to all.

They offer RV dump station for a fee! Very clean and accommodating. Beautiful and situated in the Neuse River. They have both RV sites and cabins
