We enjoyed the membership special for the dates of our stay, which gave us one night free, in addition to our usual KOA discount. The campground itself is QUIET, and in September, it was nearly EMPTY with temps 96 - 116 degrees over 5 days. The ENTIRE campground is gravel, surrounded by desert, so perhaps nice in the winter, but not comfortable this time.

Wide, mostly level spots in a quiet location. Host is very friendly. Facilities are good. Clean, well lit restrooms ans showers. Was our 5th stay with them and they are perfect for an overnight near, but not noisy, I-40

We only stayed 1 night but the staff was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it minus the heat but the site can’t control that in the middle of summer.

Very nice campground. We were placed near the bathrooms as requested. thanks. Very friendly person checked us in. The only problem we had and I’m not sure what the solution would be was the very hot humid bathrooms. Not possible to get a good shower. It was 106 outside with no AC in the bathrooms. Other than that everything was fine!

Easy to access, on/off I-40. Nice park, good for overnight stay. Dog park appeared nice, but we didn’t use it. Large area to walk around. Gravel lot only. Didn’t notice any concrete pads. Had a little issue leveling due to recent washing of the gravel after a heavy rain. Few trees on several spots. All-in-all a nice park. Would stay again if passing through the area.

Just stopped overnight. Staff very friendly and helpful. Limited 50 amp sites and little shade. Did not use restrooms or pool. Fuel MUCH cheaper across AZ border, just a couple miles away.

The campground was clean and the staff was friendly and they had a nice dog walk area it was just too hot when we stayed there. I would definitely stay there again just with the understanding that it will be hot in the summer.

For our overnight stay, this place was perfect. The pool was the highlight of our stay, just the right temperature. The staff was super friendly. If we were staying longer, shade and/or trees would be needed. Big sites and easy access.

This is a great first night stop for me when traveling from home (in spite of how brutally hot it can be in Needles). Pleasant office manager and well stocked store with reasonable prices. I didn’t use the amenities other than the dog park, but assume they were clean and working as the rest of the park was. This KOA is on my permanent list to use!

The KOA staff and facilities were amazing, as they had all of the normal amenities, in addition to a small walking trail. Additionally, they provided a great dinner at a reasonable price along with breakfast at no cost. Will make sure we stop again if in the neighborhood.

They were very accommodating when we had a family medical emergency while traveling back to California from Colorado. We were able to make a last minute reservation and checked in after 11pm. Our paperwork was waiting for us at the office door & we had two spots together for the night. We even used the laundry for last minute cleaning!

Our host was great. She was welcoming and effcient. The swimming pool on a very hot day and evening was wonderful. Overall a great experience.

The place seemed a little run down from the last time we stayed a couple of years ago. No grass anywhere for the dog, even in the dog area. Felt like a big dirt lot with RV spots scattered around. Especially when we noticed the beautiful park right next door with shade and grass areas. We were disappointed in our choice to stay here.

Easy check in but I would hardly call this a lush oasis in the desert. Yes there are a few old trees but no shade and the RV campground next door is much better with large oleanders between sites for privacy and shade. Facilities at this KOA clean and well maintained

These people really care about you.very place to stay Karla and bill make you feel right at home also there staff are very nice as well pool is awesome very clean showers and laundry also playground for the kiddos also a very well and stocked genral store with just about everything you need thanks guys nice place to stay.

Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Easy off/on I-40. Well stocked store. Grounds and site well maintained. You have to see the Burros in Oatman, AZ, only 24 miles from KOA.

Clean sites (some shade), clean pool (wonderful on such a hot day) and clean, but old bathrooms. Will stay again mostly because of the location to and from LA visit and price. Visited historic town of Oatman, disappointed, more MAGA than history. Won’t go back.

We've stayed here before. This time was a quick over-night. We arrived after closing and found all our information easily. We left before opening, so, I'd like to say a special thanks for making our last-minute reservation so easy.

Staff so super accommodating as we had a little hiccup and needed to stay an extra day. Plus the mobile mechanic they advertise on their map, actually came out with in 2 hours to help us out !! Rave to Mohave RV!!

Absolutely wonderful staff, the cabin was a little more than I wanted to spend but a great price nonetheless. It is the desert so the landscape is bleak 😂 But the bathrooms were nice and clean, laundry facility as well. Have a nice big rec room with a TV and a pool table, outdoor fireplace on the patio. And of course the k9 camp off leash area. The pool was open but not heated so not quite ready for human activity. Lol And finally the last thing that really impressed me, one of the main cacti in the middle was huge but completely dethorned. It's a small thing but it's amazing. I was able to feel comfortable letting my dog run right up to it to sniff, not to mention kids running around. Overall I definitely say this is one of the better KOAs out there, I will definitely be back when traveling in the area.
