Friendly staff very nice. But it is a desert park. And there are not too many trees so you trailer like this time of year in June gets extremely hot because the suns just beating on it. But all in all it’s a nice facility for one evening I just use it for when I’m in transit.

Spacious campground but lacks the quality of upkeep of other koa journey we have visited. The buildings were dilapidated, in need of repair or fresh paint. The bathroom was as clean as could be for an old, overused facility. There are other options in that area so I don't expect that we will be back.

We booked a full hook up with 50 amp. We only got a 30 amp in 100 degree weather. Some power problems and we were told that the electric repair person would be out shortly. No work was done, to the best of my knowledge. We stayed there in a 38 foot motor home.

Over nite stay only. We always stay here coming and going and always h enjoy our stay. The pa4k is clean, well maintained and the managers are very nice.

It's OK for an overnight stay. Dirt/gravel lot in the wind is not fun. Shower floors need better cleaning (hair around stall posts).

The staff was very friendly, facilities clean. Nice store where you can restock many needs without having to leave the campground. propane available as well.

Always a great place to stop on our way to or back from California. The staff is always friendly and the park clean and quiet. Luckily it wasn't hot on this stop as the 50 circuit at our pedestal was faulty and kept tripping our power watchdog and we had to us the 30 amp instead which worked fine since we didn't HAVE to have the acts on. This was at space 49.

Nice park and really friendly staf but if you “need” internet, pick another park. I still give a 5 star because I don’t need it and everything else was great.

Absolutely love this KOA!!!! Carla and the staff are fantastic, I stay here at least 3 times a year, they take excellent care of me. Love the location right off Hwy 40 with easy on and off. Everything is close in this park, laundry, pool and showers. They keep the grounds clean and well taken care of. Feel very safe when staying here. Check out the store with Route 66 stuff!!

Good location with Route 66 outside the gate. Rock features with all the military present. Beautiful tribute. We had a quiet spot away from the road. Would stay again.

Nice people. This place is ok for a stopover, but lack of maintenance of utilities and dead trees is a problem.

Staff is fantastic! Loved them. The site is clean and pretty and has plenty of space including the great dog park. A pretty serious drawback is the bathroom security. It is not safe at all. I felt very unsafe, because anyone can walk onsite and do harm. One night a bathroom stall looked to be used, but no one answered and the two curtains were drawn. I did not feel comfortable showing there.

Absolutely wonderful staff, the cabin was a little more than I wanted to spend but a great price nonetheless. It is the desert so the landscape is bleak 😂 But the bathrooms were nice and clean, laundry facility as well. Have a nice big rec room with a TV and a pool table, outdoor fireplace on the patio. And of course the k9 camp off leash area. The pool was open but not heated so not quite ready for human activity. Lol And finally the last thing that really impressed me, one of the main cacti in the middle was huge but completely dethorned. It's a small thing but it's amazing. I was able to feel comfortable letting my dog run right up to it to sniff, not to mention kids running around. Overall I definitely say this is one of the better KOAs out there, I will definitely be back when traveling in the area.
