Great KOA! The bathrooms were SO clean! The cabins were nice and the campground is spacious.

Check-in process was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful in navigation. Cabin space was tidy and well-kept.

Everything was good, except the camping cabin took a few hours to warm up to a comfortable temperature. It would be very helpful if the staff turned the heater on in the morning, when a guest is expected.

Nicest Virginia KOA so far with enough room for everyone. My only suggestion is that with a deluxe cabin/lodge that can accommodate 6 people is to provide a coffee pot that makes 10 cups instead of 5. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

We once again were treated to another great stay at Natural Bridge/Lexington KOA! This was our second time staying and will not be our last, the campground is great, staff is friendly, needs are taken care of fast and efficiently, everything is clean and taken care of. We really enjoy our stay here and are looking forward to coming back!

The cabin I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Thumbs up to the wonderful man who helped me get my vehicle started in the morning when I discovered my battery was dead! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Very clean bathroom. Cabin was adequate. Would have liked security at the campground- limited access. Anyone off the street could come in and use the bathroom and walk around campground if they wanted to.

This was our first KOA experience and it was a good one. We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was nice, clean and very will outfitted with dishes, towels, etc.

We stay here every Fall with another family. It's a nice, clean, well-run campground. We used to stay in tents, but have been staying in the rustic (bare necessities, but very clean and nice) cabins. They have a variety of Halloween activities for the kids and adults as well as live music. The staff are friendly, store has everything you need, there is a great game room, and the camp is pretty.

Cabins and bathrooms are very clean. We originally had a tent site reserved and due to weather, changed to a cabin. The lady who helped me change my reservation was very helpful. Staff in the office are very friendly. Highly recommend this campground!

Great cabins. Amazing facilities. The playground, basketball court, swimming pool, & game room are great for families with kids. Super clean bathrooms. Less than a 10 minute drive to Natural Tunnel State Park.

The cabin was nice, it was just our next door neighbors that made our visit less enjoyable. They were up slamming things around, and arguing. We tried sitting out on the porch of our cabin and we couldn’t relax not knowing what they would do next. I was so excited to come but now I feel we wasted our money because we ended up leaving a day early because we were upset about the whole trip.

Cabin was nice staff was nice . Other than the guard rail on gravel trail from cabins to restrooms need more rails. My four year old almost fell through. Narrow path pretty high over small drain/creek

The rustic cabins are perfect for traveling with my two dogs (95 lbs and 45 lbs). We were towing a small u-haul trailer and campground staff was very accommodating with parking. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We stayed in a primitive cabin while there to visit the safari park on a quick guys getaway . Cabin was great and very clean. They had a decent game room and the staff was really nice. They must be doing a lot of grounds renovations because they had a lot of the grounds areas torn up. Some buildings as you drive in looked a bit run down. Not the best first impression which is why the 4 stars. Overall a decent campground and affordable.

Just a nice quiet well-run KOA with friendly & helpful staff. Conveniently located off the highway, yet far enough away that you do not hear highway traffic. Yes, the natural terrain is hilly, but all the campsites I saw were pretty level. The hilly terrain enhances water run-off, so the sites dry quickly, and there were no annoying mud pits. Easy check in, great camp store, and a wonderfully picturesque full-service campground close to nearby attractions like Natural Bridge State Park, the Safari, and City of Lexington. We were so fortunate to be at Natural Bridge / Lexington KOA when we developed a power issue in our 5th wheel camper. This KOA has personnel who are knowledgeable in RV equipment and were able to replace a defective voltage regulator. That's a service that could take days to even schedule, but with the personnel at this KOA we were able to repair in 24 hours. Chris really helped us out, did an unbelievable job, and we could not be more grateful.

We just stayed for an overnight and we're very happy with the site, campground and all employees we spoke with. This is our second time here and look forward to a longer stay next time
