We only stayed 1 night but the campsite was well maintained and the bathrooms were very clean. There is a nice pool but we did not use it. The Natural Bridge state park is a short drive from the campground and we visited it.

This was our second trip to Natural Bridge KOA. We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful grounds, close to shopping, attractions, easy off/on Interstate. We look forward to staying again. Thank you.

This is our 4th stay at this particular koa. We chose it due to the location on our way to see family in the Norfolk area. We will most likely stay there again. Usually just do an overnight due to traveling but this last stay I used the pool. It was clean and very nice.

Everything was excellent, but have to mark down for the wifi. My Starlink was inop and the local wifi was unusable. Otherwise, beautiful place, clean grill, all good for the night.

Enjoyable LDW stay. Very quiet campground. Not a lot of activities, especially since it was a holiday weekend, which was surprising to us.

This was one of the best KOA's we have ever stayed at. Plenty of activities for kids, very neat and clean and also very quite and laid back. The sites are very roomy and just over all pretty. We stayed in a deluxe site. I highly recommend! I see a lot more visits in our future.

This is a great place to camp with kids: planned activities and friendly staff, a large game room, and a pristine pool area. The grounds are well-maintained and the restrooms (and showers) are immaculately clean. Only drawbacks: noise from nearby interstate and speedway (and current construction even on the holiday weekend) and site-specific reservations are not available.

We enjoyed our stay at the Natural Bridge KOA. The staff was friendly, helpful, & had lots of fun things planned for campers for the Labor Day Weekend! The campground is well-maintained & very clean. Camp store is small but has all necessities. Propane was also available. We will return to this campground in the future.

One of the nicest campgrounds we have ever been to. All facilities were spotless and maintained and the grounds were very nicely landscaped and kept up. It appeared to be closed to capacity for Labor Day weekend and staff kept everything running well and clean. This was our second time here and we will definitely return. We were in a back in site at the edge of the woods in a small camper.

Pros: The staff were friendly, campgrounds were clean, bathrooms/showers were very clean. Con:#9 campsite was disappointing. Zero privacy, picnic table a few feet from our neighbors sewer line, odd incline (we're a Class B and couldn't get level), small, and the water post was rotted-out with hundreds of ants. IMHO, #9 needs to be leveled, and add a bush/fence to block sewer line view.

As always this is one of my favorite campgrounds and always kept clean. BBQ grille at our site was meticulously clean, as was the site and campground. Staff was friendly as always.

Very level pull-through lot with decent wifi for our over night stay in our 2015 Ventana motorhome with Chevy Colorado truck as a tow. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, but the sites were really short. I barely had room to park my tow vehicle after parking my 35 foot RV in an upgraded pull through spot. Also, direction should be given to disconnect tow vehicle before attempting to navigate through this park. Roads are narrow and there are few level spots to disconnect.

The campground is beautiful and peaceful. The facilities were exceptionally clean and maintained. The check in process was quick and painless. We were sad that we were at the end of our trip so we were only able to stay one night, we hope to come back and stay longer next time we are that way.

Campground was very clean and staff was friendly. The bathrooms and pool areas were spotless. There wasn't much to do there, but then we were out and about mostly exploring the local area, so it didn't matter. The WIFI is not good (very weak) and neither was the cable, which was very snowy. To me, it was more of a KOA Journey and a Holiday. Lots of one-night stays.

We were assigned #68 and had to ask for escort to site. Space was unable to level, so they moved us to 60. Escort made a rude comment about getting what we paid for. Still very unlevel but we used 5” of blocks to come close. We understand they’re on a mountainside, but imho, attention needs to be directed at fixing old sites, not just making new ones. Place felt depressing

We had a great stay here. First time at a KOA! Live about an hour and a half away so not far to get here. We had wanted to spend some time in Historic Lexington and visit sites in the area. We got to do just that very thing an some time to kick back. Folks there were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice campground directly off of Rt 81. Close to local attractions. The park has had regular upgrades, everything was clean and new looking. Sites were level and full hookup/sewer/cable/wifi were available. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'll stay here again.

We stayed in a primitive cabin while there to visit the safari park on a quick guys getaway . Cabin was great and very clean. They had a decent game room and the staff was really nice. They must be doing a lot of grounds renovations because they had a lot of the grounds areas torn up. Some buildings as you drive in looked a bit run down. Not the best first impression which is why the 4 stars. Overall a decent campground and affordable.
