We loved our spot. It was well taken care of and very new. It was level and close to the entrance. We had a great time at the campground.

We were traveling to our SC home from Massachusetts. We decided to take a rest and visit some of the interesting historial sites, and we booked two nights. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Camp staff were friendly & helpful and accommodated our needs. We highly recommend Natural Bridge KOA. Nice clean campsites, cabins & tent sites. Located near historic sites! Loved this KOA.

We were in site 8 which is not very level or smooth and it is the first site entering the park which means you hear every vehicle entering and many leaving. Additionally, we very rarely had a WIFI connection - the signal was week at best and often no signal at all.

Very clean. I found bathroom very clean, modern, with plenty of facilities.

Bad directions to site which caused body damage to motorhome. No directions on how to exit park. Followed another camper through the "DO NOT ENTER" signs to get out. The WiFi wasn't working down in the lower park. Overall the worst KOA experience I've had. I will say that two staff guys really helped me out of the mess.

I would have liked a little more space between campsites. I had to park my truck to one side to avoid the picnic table on the neighboring lot.

Overnight only, but David of the staff was very helpful. Loved the camp sites with pads, patios and accessories. Beautiful area.

Worst KOA we have ever stayed in First site given us was too small for unit - told just to unhook- not the purpose of pull through. Give new site very uneven couldn’t connect to sewer as it was 35 ft from camper DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS KOA

Great campground well situated to the attractions in the Lexington/Natural Bridge area. It has been several years since I stayed here and there has been a lot of work put into the campground. Our site was quiet and spacious with a concrete pad and excellent landscaping. Highly recommend this KOA.

Easy access off the main roads. Pretty private feeling shaded sites on different elevations. Friendly staff, well stocked sore. Bathrooms ok, could use a remodel.

Quiet and peaceful, park is well taken care of, some areas are a bit primitive, which is nice, far enough off 81 you don’t hear the traffic make sure you go say hi to the goats

Clean, like the lay out, laundry facilities very clean and new. Internet could be better, but we enjoyed the campground and its proximity to things we enjoy doing.

We stayed in a primitive cabin while there to visit the safari park on a quick guys getaway . Cabin was great and very clean. They had a decent game room and the staff was really nice. They must be doing a lot of grounds renovations because they had a lot of the grounds areas torn up. Some buildings as you drive in looked a bit run down. Not the best first impression which is why the 4 stars. Overall a decent campground and affordable.

Just a nice quiet well-run KOA with friendly & helpful staff. Conveniently located off the highway, yet far enough away that you do not hear highway traffic. Yes, the natural terrain is hilly, but all the campsites I saw were pretty level. The hilly terrain enhances water run-off, so the sites dry quickly, and there were no annoying mud pits. Easy check in, great camp store, and a wonderfully picturesque full-service campground close to nearby attractions like Natural Bridge State Park, the Safari, and City of Lexington. We were so fortunate to be at Natural Bridge / Lexington KOA when we developed a power issue in our 5th wheel camper. This KOA has personnel who are knowledgeable in RV equipment and were able to replace a defective voltage regulator. That's a service that could take days to even schedule, but with the personnel at this KOA we were able to repair in 24 hours. Chris really helped us out, did an unbelievable job, and we could not be more grateful.

We just stayed for an overnight and we're very happy with the site, campground and all employees we spoke with. This is our second time here and look forward to a longer stay next time
