I would like to see a little more lighting in the parking area outside the office. It was difficult to see where to park to go inside and register.

Beautiful park well maintained; staff is excellent and friendly; sites are large and park is easy to maneuver with a large rig; location is great for entertainment and shopping with a very nice mall nearby.

It would be helpful to have a small ground light near the rock as you turn into S section to help identify where the road is when it's dark.

This was a wonderful KOA to stay at. Close to everything. The downtown shuttle was a real bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Washrooms were very clean.

Both outside staff and inside staff friendly and very helpful. Campers need to keep vehicles completely off narrow road. Makes tough to pull out.

Average. Roads poorly maintained. Very tight spots. Toilet area ok, but, just barely. Showers near office terrible ( low pressure, low temperature, broken fixtures, mouldy).

The staff were very friendly. The site was ready easily accessible and being escorted to the. Site was helpful. Pool was clean. Helping with trips to Dow town and grand ole opry was well planned. We were happy with our stay. An item that should be reviewed, Bath house flush valves were set way too low and the toilets were not clean. This is the largest complaint but was very frustrating.

We extended our stay twice because we liked it so much. Everything is clean, well maintained and everyone is very friendly. We loved the shuttle to downtown, the pool, workout facility and lounge!

This was the most convenient campsite to our daughters apartment. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again when we go to see our daughter. Our boys loved playing on the many amenities -- especially the bouncy pillow. The staff was mostly very nice (there was one rude encounter) and campsites are not big enough to make parking easy -- but parking in Nashville isn't very easy anyway.

Loud, very bright lights from Camping World and the restaurant next to it. Broken picnic table. We took one from another site that was empty

We stayed for 14 days. We had a patio site with a private dog pen. We enjoyed our stay. We've been here a couple times before and would definitely stay again.

I can't wait to plan another trip to this campground and bring some friends! The staff was amazing, friendly and very accommodating. They have a shuttle bus to take you to downtown Nashville that leaves on the hour. Entertainment by the pool every evening was wonderful.

Very nice place! Awesome pool area. Bad experience with the man who ran the little cafe. We wanted to order food and he was working on another order. He didn't acknowledge us at ALL. He walked past us to deliver the food and when he came back, he STILL didn't greet us! I had to ask if we could order something and he seemed really put out about it. He did not have 4 of the 5 sides offered.

We enjoyed our stay as we were visiting my son who lives in Nashville. Everyone was helpful and polite and our sight was cleaned and groomed perfectly

Not what I expected for a Resort. Sites were close together. Some staff members were actually rude. When asking questions about the area, many times the only answer was “I don’t live here”. Two staff members impressed me with trying to find answers for us. Just not how I expected it to be.

FABULOUS experience. Such a nice facility & kind, respectful staff. So grateful the laundromat was abailable 24/7. Pool & hot tub looked so inviting!!! And the shuttle to downtown was absolute WONDERFUL! Thank you. �

We stayed at site I-9. There were two things that were not good. 1. A diameter of 6 ft around the water hook up was completely water logged with apparent leak. I discovered that when I went to connect my hose and my foot sunk into black stagnant water. I had to request a piece of plywood to place over the area in order to hook up my hose. Number 2 was the spigot was way to low to the ground.

Fabulous pool and hot tub! Shuttle to take you to downtown Nashville. Lots of amenities. Highly recommend. Pool is open late.

Me and Me Friends have just stayed Here! The customer service from every employee was great! We had some issues with the first cabin and they were quick to address the issue to get us comfortable to the next available cabin! I would totally recommend it's not far from downtown Nashville offers a lot of amenities! Can't wait to return

Nice large campground, with convenient location. The best Wi-Fi I have ever experienced in an RV resort. Bathrooms and showers are nice and convenient. Near the freeway, so some road noise. We were here in 2020 and many aspects have been upgraded. This resort is well maintained. Great pool and hot tub.
