The "large" cabin I was put in was tiny; so small that I couldn't bring my dogs' kennels in. Last year I stayed in a much larger cabin close to the pool and expected the same accommodations on this stay. I am VERY disappointed. Also, the tiny cabin is in rough shape with wall-hooks that are broken and a toilet seat that won't stay attached to the toilet. AC unit too big - won't dry the air.

we had a great stay, and access to the shuttle service was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and all the games around the campground.

Great location to see the sights of Nashville. Shuttle was handy to get you downtown and back. Great sights at campground, well looked after. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

This is the spot, everything is well done, clean washrooms, laundry. Pool, hot tub, lounging area, live music, kids crafts and activities. The transportation to and from downtown Nashville is great!! We will be back and will definitely stay there!

Very clean and well maintained. I would recommend complimentary coffee for guest instead of charging 2.30 for a 12oz coffee

Absolutely LOVED our stay! The facilities were nice, the staff was excellent and they have a lot to do/activities with children. 13/10 recommend.

Absolutely wonderful! Lots to do at the campground and the bus to town was key! Never had to worry about parking or traffic. The cabin was great- clean and had everything we needed! Would absolutely come back!

Shuttle ride to and from Nashville was great! Well kept grounds, loved the Friday night entertainment.

We had an amazing stay Everyone was friendly. We stayed in the deluxe 2 br 1 1/2 bath cabin it was perfect for us and our friends who we vacationed with. The pool and hot tub were clean. We were super impressed and will definitely check out staying at a KOA during our next vacation

We had previously stayed at this KOA on a deluxe site & were very satisfied. This time we were unknowingly assigned to the older side(gravel) side & were very disheartened. The staff would not accommodate us to change sites even though there were several deluxe sites open.

We loved everything, friendly, clean and secure. Number one KOA in our books. With one tiny exception. Ladies, use the showers near the pool. The one I had at the bathhouse nearly peeled my skin off and soaked all my dry clothes in the outer area. That’s minor, just use the pool house shower and everything is ��

We were told our cabin was new and given directions to the cabin and our pass code to enter. The cabin was cute with a queen bed, bunkbeds and a bathroom. The pass code we were given did not open the door. We called the number on our checkin form and had to leave a message. My husband had to go to the registration again and wait in line to receive the real pass code. A few problems inside also.

your rate is too high we travel across the country staying a many KOA'S you are 2x the cost we stay overnight passing through. We don't use any of your facility

Our site was small and horrible for $179.00 per night. For that price it should be paved and beautiful. The spot was worth $50 dollars top. Crammed into sites I would not go back again

Our family had a great time at KOA Nashville! Our cabins were clean and well-stocked. We (Grandma, 40ish adults, preteens, and dogs) all found something fun to do! The Downtown Shuttle picked us up at the campground, which made our trip to Broadway stress free. We also appreciated being close to Opry Mills. Your staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a fun vacation!

Perfect pull thru site for an overnight stay. It was very quiet, site was level, and no frills online check-in was convenient. Easy in and out. Thank you KOA!

Nice resort with a lot amenities. Close to Opry and shopping. However WiFi wasn’t very good (practically unusable) and sites were gravel and uneven requiring side to side leveling. Restrooms were very clean.

We had site L10 patio site which was useless. Concrete pad & patio furniture was at the wrong end of the site. Others, you walk out to a concrete pad w/patio furniture, we had asphalt & sugar gum balls. Asked maintenance going by for a rake so we could clean them up for our dogs, said he'll see what he could do & heard nothing. I used the broom to get the bulk out of the way. DO NOT RESERVE L10

Great stay, great place and centrally located. The only drawback to the sites is the proximity to the highway and the loud noise from the multiple large trucks that seem to really like to use their exhaust brakes as they go by - otherwise, really like the campground. Plus, we needed some items for the camper and ordered from Amazon, and they were delivered to the site - great convenience.

When we checked in, we asked about going downtown and we were handed a card to get the bus. We got the bus it was dropped off downtown with no directions at all. We got back on the bus after wandering around in the wrong direction. The next day we were going to inquire about the gray line well that day the guy was on vacation. The girl at the front desk who was very helpful. Breakfast was close

This was the nicest KOA that we’ve ever stayed at in our travels. We had a pet paw site that was very spacious. There was a shuttle that took you into Nashville which great. Definitely would stay here again but we would book longer than 3 nights.

We have stayed at Nashville KOA twice a year for over 10 years. That will end due to price increase in 2023. We paid 40 to 50 dollars a night in February, 150 dollars a.night in April. I know seasons and events matter, but over 300 percent is just robbery. Will not do it again.

We loved all the amenities and the location. The only slightly negative comment would be that our friends were tenting and the boxes for tents are made too small for todays tents.

Great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to Nashville and the shuttle is worth the $10 per person. Definitely would stay again

We would definitely stay at this KOA again when we return to Nashville. Lots of things to do. There were even shuttles to take you to Downtown and to the Grand Ole Opry
