We had a late check in, it was good to have our information available by the door for us to go to our cabin. Great pool area, nice to have love music by the pool. Would be nice to have free coffee in the office for all guests

Loved our Studio Cabin. Comfy, clean sheets & towels. Patio wonderful with fire pit, BBQ & chairs. May I offer some advice? As an ex Hotel Manager, I noticed a few things you may want to address. Unit needed a good dusting,the clock radio, window sills, lower shelves in the bathroom, kitchen shelves were very dusty. The floors sticky, needed washing. Toilet was not clean. Needed better cleaning.

Great campground. This stop had everything including live music. The pool and spa were nice too. Extra bonus was the shuttle to downtown Nashville from the front office in the campground. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Great stay. Loved our time there. One thing that would be nice for us pet owner is to add a few more chairs out side the pool fence so we can listen to the music at the pool. We sat on the bowling wall with our furry friend. Thanks again for a great stay!

As a KOA member I’m very disappointed in the treatment I received from Sharon in trying to extend our stay by one day. First, I asked to extend our spot S-22 and she said not possible since already requested by another member. That spot had Freeway noise right by Campland and was muddy. We needed to extend due to an emergency tire problem. The new spot was $108! Old was $59! I’ll never go ba

The Nashville park is an amazing setup, staff were all wonderful, only thing that was extremely unpleasant with the site H13 is the fact it is right beside the public washroom, Lighting is on all night and we had to drape towels and blankets over our windows to reduce the brightness to be able to sleep!! A simple solution would be a tall fence to block lighting and improve privacy for this sight

RV sites to close to each other. Pull-thru sites too short/narrow. Bathrooms disgusting - toilets almost never flushed; played a guessing game on whether or not you would get warm/hot water as some shower stalls had water valves installed backwards and others had hot/cold indicator plates reversed. Staff attitude - indifference! Will not use this KOA in the future travels! ���

The stay was fine. When calling to make reservations I called 4 times and no one answered. 2 time I waited 15 minutes then it asked to leave a message which never got a call back

The person at check in was rude. When I went to the bathroom, it was being cleaned at 7:30 in the morning, was told to go to the bathroom over there, had to ask again where over there was, he said the office, I sighed he yelled that he has to clean or people complained, I and another woman walked away, he kept yelling, got to the office, she said it didn't open til 8. Sites weren't good,

My stay was good. However, a staff member on a golf cart chose to drive immediately in front of my dogs, who were very obviously scared of the golf cart. When they barked, he yelled back at them. There was no reason for what he did. He was an older, mustached gentleman. He needs training on how to recognize animal fear and told not to provoke. They were being dogs. He was being a jerk.

One of the better KOA’s we have stayed at. This was our second trip here in 2 years. Great pool and hot tub. The shuttle to Music Row is very convenient. Golf cart staff are super friendly! We have grown to love KOA’s in general because even if traveling to or through an unfamiliar area, you can feel safe, secure and comfortable camping at a KOA because you know what you are going to get!

Overall decent stay . Check in was an hour late due to staffing. Cabins were clean . 1 parking spot per cabin website said 2 . Cabins had no towels so had to get them from front desk . Staff was nice . Overall the price is a little high for outdated cabins . And family had 4 cabins and all were stocked different. Some has grilling utensils some didn't .

We were in Nashville two nights visiting friends. Easy access to where we needed to get to. Site was level and amenities were great. Staff was very helpful.

The only problem I had was with the smell in the cabin (C28). The smell was a chemical smell maybe used to clean/freshen the air in the cabin somewhat like febreeze but not the same smell. After spending some time in the cabin I couldn't smell it but after leaving and returning it was still there. Turning the ACs on helped a little bit.

It was our first time there and the grounds and amenities are amazing! We used the hot tub every morning, had breakfast at the club house, showers were clean, convenience of the trolley, garbage pick up at your site and a little store!

Welcoming KOA! Great hearing Tia sing, helped fill some free time. Pool looked great, didn’t swim, but lots of people did. We ran into truck issues apon leaving the grounds. I went back to see if they could help and Sharon and Bill went over and above to try and help, and I really needed the hug from Sharon in that stressful time! Will definitely recommend this KOA to anyone .

Staff is friendly and very helpful! Very nice pool and hot tub. Love the live music on site. Location is good for going downtown and Opryland. Showers on the cabin side are always cold. We stayed here 2 times.

Cabins were very clean, spacious and affordable for what was offered. They have thought of everything. The staff was very friendly and would randomly stop by just to see that everything was okay. We were a large group and it was all effortless to have a good time. We will definitely come back on our next Nashville trip. Shout out to Bill for being so kind and attentive.

Stayed here in our 23' travel trailer for two nights on our way back from Florida to Minnesota. The park was very full, the roads are a little narrow and the sites are somewhat close together. But the park itself is in a great location. Its very close to downtown as well as having lots of dining and shopping nearby. There is bus transportation from the park to downtown Nashville (drops off at the Country Music Hall of Fame) for $10 per person. Highly recommended vs. dealing with parking downtown. We also enjoyed live entertainment in the park in the evenings which was fun. The restrooms were clean and the staff was pretty helpful and gave us some good recommendations. May not be the quietest park but if you are coming to enjoy Nashville its a great place to camp. We would stay here again.

Fabulous pool and hot tub! Shuttle to take you to downtown Nashville. Lots of amenities. Highly recommend. Pool is open late.
