To start out with, the person showing people to their sites hardly slowed down to point at the site and then they just drove off. The site we had was not paved and it was so close to the RV next to us that we chose not to have a camp fire for safety reasons. We were close to a dog park which was nice but it was mostly dirt, so our dogs got pretty dirty. This is just an average park to stay at.

I liked that it was located near the Oprey and about 20 minutes from the downtown area where we visited two days. I liked that they tried to appeal to kids and others who were camping there by offering activities and amenities. However, I prefer nature and space to amenities, and the most disturbing thing was having a campfire with the neighbors’ black/grey hose only a few feet from the fire.

The lot was a little tight for my slide outs but that’s the only negative . The location of the KOA is so convenient to downtown . Would definitely return

We had a great time at this resort very clean and convenient to get downtown the shuttle was perfect for us so we could leave our car and not worry about parking. The staff was very helpful also.

Even though we were only there for a night (got in late, left early), I was so impressed with this KOA!!!! It felt like someone had prepped our cabin just for us, had the AC at the perfect temp, set out dog dishes and treats, and had the lights on so we could find the right one in the dark. If I ever need to stay in Nashville again, I'm staying here at the KOA!

Our cabin worked well for us, however in continuing with going green, we were disappointed that there were no dishes/silverware. A microwave and toaster were provided but needed to go out and buy paper products. A few things needed replacing/repairing and we informed the staff before we left.

Not a safe location. Heard gunshots at 3am and the next day there were metro police cars responding in the campground. No security gate or even night patrols. If you’re still thinking of staying here then you’ll have to fight with large potholes, uneven and muddy sites, and unprofessional staff. I have been to so many KOAs and this shouldn’t even be one let alone a resort. It’s not worth i

Stopped over on our way back from Golf Shores Alabama - sites are always clean, the shuttle to downtown is super convenient, and the staff is always top notch.

Our site was next to a noisy RV repair shop and the freeway. Could not sit outside. For the exorbitant fees you charge the spot was gravel only and unkept. Actually pretty bad. The staff and main building are nice enough so I gave y’all a D grade

The sites are amazing. Really enjoyed the Friday evening concert. I would have rated 5 stars if the bath house would have been nicer.

lots of amenities . shuttle service to nashville was great. we liked the friday night campground entertainment. Our site was kind of small, but overall a good experience.

Location is perfect but the wi-fi is less then adequate. In today's world, the wi-fi at rv parks is of utmost importance. Yours is less the adequate.

I love the cabins but it was not as clean as it has been in the past…bathroom floors were dirty and some dishes were not clean..popcorn in the pullout sofa and on the floor under it�…hopefully this is a one time issue as I’d like to stay there again!

We spent 5 nights in a deluxe cabin. It was clean and nicely appointed. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice place to stay. Really enjoyed the downtown shuttle, it made getting around very relaxing. Was a little pricey, but for a family with kids I could see that they had lots to do. Would definitely stay again.

We always stay here on our way to Florida and on the way back. They have the best pool/hot tub area! Good breakfast/ lunch. If I had to complain about anything it would be some of the workers are not that friendly…some are though ���� But we will always go to this camp site!! See you next year!!

We just love this resort ! Wonderful experience, and that you’ve given attention to keeping a families pet comfy and safe says a lot about your resort ! I don’t have a pet but I have friends that do and they would just love this place so YES I will be going out of my way to recommend your resort ! Also very kid friendly �ϋ� See you again in the fall !!

The Nashville KOA is the cleanest, most efficient and nicest KOA my wife and I have had the pleasure of staying at. You and your entire staff do an outstanding job and deserve the recognition for your efforts. We have already recommended your KOA to several friends that are planning on going to Nashville who do not have a RV but to stay in your cabin’s rather than a hotel in the city.

We were only there one night but our cabin was perfect. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only issue we had was I thought that plates, etc were in the cabin. There wasn't any bowls or silverware for our cereal at breakfast. But that's our fault for not being fully prepared. This was our first time using KOA cabins and we loved it!

Fabulous stay other than problems with the water tap; maybe pressure was too high and kept blowing off our filter and we had water running everywhere outside and made a mess of the site.

We would definitely stay at this KOA again when we return to Nashville. Lots of things to do. There were even shuttles to take you to Downtown and to the Grand Ole Opry
