We had a great time - the cabins were very clean and comfortable. All of the staff (especially Bill!) were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing games near the pool, and the live music was great.

I gave a 4 rating only because our site was too small for our motorhome and vehicle. The pavement needs replacing We couldn’t put our awning out because of a tree and had to park on the grass. Otherwise great stay.

We were parked in H2. One of the sewage pipes that we didn’t use tight beside of, the lid was cracked so we smelled unpleasant smells the whole time. Also, the sewage pipe we did use, the seal was dried up/damaged so there was smell coming from that one also. We loved staying there and the staff are super nice, clean campground. Beautiful pool. We will still come back. Sewage needs to be fixed

I love this KOA. We visit at least once a year. The park is clean and well maintained. The park has great entertainment and activities. We love the fact there is transportation from the KOA to Downtown so no stress of finding and paying for parking as well as no drinking and driving. The only negative, and it’s not the park’s fault, it the traffic from the road. Incredibly loud! It’s unfortu

The only thing I am confused about is I don't understand why we always get stuck in the back. I don't like it there you can hear the traffic so bad all through the night and for some reason you always stick us back there! I was thinking do you think we are trash or something and I seen other campers that are smaller closer to the building so I thought surely thats not your thinking. Just confused

It was overpriced. Granted, it has several amenities but I don’t think the additional cost was justified. And some of the amenities were irrelevant anyway. For example, all three hammocks near the pool were damaged where you would fall through them and the hot tub didn’t allow kids and was shoulder to shoulder with adults. Sites are also jammed too close. The dog watering faucet was broken.

Convenient location and a great staff. Only stayed one night while in transit, but it made a good impression.

The location is great and the sites are nice. Also, the entertainment is nice addition. One negative: the maintenance and cleanliness of the bathrooms left a lot to be desired.

We were very happy with the week we spent at KOA Nashville. The campground itself is very nice and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The shuttle made it so easy to go downtown. And I liked that the campground provided music every evening as well. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay there again if we ever return to Nashville.

This KOA was extremely busy. A lot of noise. Bathroom amenities near office were very dirty. Shuttle service was absolutely horrible. Driver was a very nasty old man with a personality to match. Shuttle service was very limited.Entertainment at the KOA it was good. Coffee at KOA should have been complementary rather than $2.25 per cup. Will not return to this KOA.

We had a great time as usual. Dogs love the PawPen so they can just hang out. Great music each evening as well. Staff is very friendly and service oriented, they really go out of their way to make your stay worry-free and relaxing

Staff was exceptional. Cabin was very clean, but surprised to see worn out sofa. Evidently guest before us had a dog or cat. There was pet hair in the glasses and a bowl had dried on cheese. Surprised that I booked cabin for 2 people for 3 nights and was only given 4 k-cups and 2 bath towels. Additional K-cups for purchase in store for $2.25 At $255 night they should be free. Will come again.

Staff was Friendly and Welcoming .We stayed in a cabin which we needed the bathroom/ shower house . Unfortunately the bathrooms & showers were not attended to regularly .They were extremely dirty and bathroom stalls went without toilet paper most of our 4 day 3 night stay . The cabin was clean, the windows are very old and had a horrible draft which made it hard to keep warm even with heater.

Great location for visiting Nashville. Shuttle service to downtown and quick drive to Grand Ole Opry made it a unstressed visit. Live music on site was wonderful and fun. Sites are beautiful with firepit, glider, table and chairs. Big rig friendly.

This was the second time we stayed at this KOA. Loved our site this time, pull through, behind the office. Nice big site… Hope to use the heated pool and/or hot tub next time we’re there. Really nice to have a shuttle available to take you into Nashville. Highly recommend reserving pull through sites.

Would have rated higher except they did not enforce their own rules. 1. Adults only in hot tub, kids were in almost constantly. 2. No dogs in pool area. Many times people had dogs inside area.

I am new at staying at a KOA cabin and wish I had been informed to bring my own cups. Was not 1 plastic cup in the cabin. Didn’t realize it until after the office was closed and had to borrow some from a neighbor. Otherwise it was clean and nice. Hope to return next year more informed now that I see how it works.

Cabins were very clean, spacious and affordable for what was offered. They have thought of everything. The staff was very friendly and would randomly stop by just to see that everything was okay. We were a large group and it was all effortless to have a good time. We will definitely come back on our next Nashville trip. Shout out to Bill for being so kind and attentive.

Stayed here in our 23' travel trailer for two nights on our way back from Florida to Minnesota. The park was very full, the roads are a little narrow and the sites are somewhat close together. But the park itself is in a great location. Its very close to downtown as well as having lots of dining and shopping nearby. There is bus transportation from the park to downtown Nashville (drops off at the Country Music Hall of Fame) for $10 per person. Highly recommended vs. dealing with parking downtown. We also enjoyed live entertainment in the park in the evenings which was fun. The restrooms were clean and the staff was pretty helpful and gave us some good recommendations. May not be the quietest park but if you are coming to enjoy Nashville its a great place to camp. We would stay here again.
