Nice place! Staff was friendly. Pool was great at upper 80 degrees. No-see-ums were brutal chewing onmy fair skined wife and driving her nuts. After heavy rains there is a lot of standing water impacting drives and capsites. Ours stayed above the water mark so for next year I spent the $25 to reserve the exact same site, We come to the Naples area every year to visit my brother.

Very friendly staff, spacious sites, great pool and hot tub. Rented a kayak and paddled the calm clear river. Really enjoyed our stay! Great KOA

Most of the stay was great except the no see um’s ate us up. Sitting outside was limited to breezy cool days. We had a nice site until it was flooded the morning we were leaving with as much as 4-5 inches of standing water. Nice pool and great laundry with very helpful staff.

The Staff were super rude telling me they "can read the map, we made the map" when I asked a question about the type of site I had booked versus what I got. Really unpleasant experience upon check in ruined my stay here. Got stuck in a site right in the middle of everything by the pool where everyone is chatting super loudly. The pool lights don't go off at night. The worst koa I've been at.

My mother was put in hospice during our stay there and the koa had no sympathy for our having to leave early. No adjust or due bill was offered at all. Very sad kindness had left this facility. I would never stay there again!

I was not able to use the prompts above. We had a wonderful time in Marco KOA. The staff is kind, helpful, and always very welcoming. We booked for next year already. We would highly recommend this campground. The staff makes the difference. Everyone was wonderful. The girls in the office make their job seem easy as I know it is hard to juggle all they do!

The campground is very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem for us was the “no see ums” which were terrible. We could not be outside without loads of bug spray and long sleeves and pants.

The entire campground was clean and well maintained. The entire staff was pleasant to deal with and I really liked having the ability to do a light wash to get the road film off my rv which helps it look better in the park.

We paid this ridiculously high price because we thought it was on the Marco island beach. Instead it was in the middle of a bunch of trees where we got eaten up by sand fleas. The sites were so close together that you had to be careful that you didn’t step on the neighbors feet.

Stayed 3 nites. B15 jammed in, went to open awning and it hit rv next to us. no fire pit because units were to close to each other. Mosquito's and no see ums were awful. Would not stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It’s going to become an awesome place to stay once they get the reconstruction finished and figure some things out. Great staff! Problematic pool situation.. pool is open 7/24. Quiet time is 10 pm… the two are incongruous. No way people in the pool at 1AM are quiet. Lighting at the pool is super bright, good and bad. Great till bedtime…no so great when you’re trying to sleep next to

Very tight spaces. Advertised cable but no longer is there due to hurricane. Glad Wifi was available. Lawn crew circling camp site at 9am on Sunday. Why?? Very noisy. Grass did not need mowing in my opinion. It's winter. The mosquitoes and no see ums were bad even thou warned by office. Lots of standing water breeds mosquitoes.

Stayed one night passing through so did not utilize any amenities. However, grounds were clean and presentable. Staff was courteous and helpful. We experienced some parking issues when first arriving and stopping to check-in at the office that required us to have to disconnect our tow vehicle right away. Other than that no issues.

We stayed in row A in 43 motorhome towing. Site plenty long & wide. Nice patio, furniture & fire pit. We like the location here. The KOA staff are super nice & helpful. We didn't use other amenities due to weather, but pool looks great, clean & lots of places to sit.

The campground was beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately we had rain and wind for most of our stay. The streets were flooded and the ground was soggy creating a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Bug spray was insufficient for the numbers generated and I stayed inside much of my stay and lived on benadryl and anti-itch cream. So, go but check long-term weather forecast first.

From the moment we called to make our first reservations and then pulling into the park, they make you feel like family! We enjoyed Christmas and New years here and will most definitely be back. Looking forward to the finishing touches they are still doing after Ian, nothing that keeps the park from operating. The whole group works hard to make this a park you want to come back to! Will be back!

It was very nice, I would stay there again, but we had heavy rain and I can see that it gets flooded in spots. I know they are working on things there after the hurricane I just hope that is fixed as well.

Clean bathrooms, but could use some ventilation due to humidity. Friendly staff. Nice patio. You’re getting there, cleaning up from the hurricane. Good luck. Unfortunately, above my price range, even with KOA benefits.

KOA provided free amazing Xmas dinner. Can’t say enough good things about owner & staff. Only negative is mosquitos. Park still under construction but didn’t bother us. Very helpful with everything.

My husband and I had a very relaxing stay at KOA. The heated pool was so nice, especially with the weather being cool. They are still rebuilding, but everything is up and running. Your employees were very friendly and went above to help, answer questions and accommodate us. We'll be back. Thank you

The staff is outstanding in helping and seeing and trying to solve any problems and the grounds are outstanding after the hurricane And grounds people are making it look good again. The only problem that I had were the NO SEEUM’s. Unfortunately the weather Was over cast a lot of the time so the only place to be when it’s like that is at the pool.

The cabin was so cute. Perfect size for a couple or if you have a small child. Screened porch was handy. Don't forget the bug spray.
